Amazing Oasis in Alleppey!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here and by far the best place I stayed in India. From as soon as I checked in Clint & Alina made me feel welcome. Clint is always on hand to answer any questions or requests and also booked a great trip for me for the backwaters which I loved. Breakfast had a lot of choices and the host at breakfast always greeting everyone with a happy personality and happy to help if you want anything not on the buffet. Rooms where big and modern and Air con was Super quiet which was great to get a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Location is also excellent. Thanks Clint for making my stay perfect 👌🏽

stayed for one night. very comfortable and fun stay

property was very close to the beach. pool was clean and good. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. loved the food.

roads to reach there is a bit narrow.

Great place to stay near the beach , good for a family group. Loads of outdoor space and a pool.

Great place to stay near the beach. Restaurant and swimming pool on property. Beach 100 m and easy walk to restaurants . Lovely to join the crowds watching the sun go down . We didn’t have a car but tuctucs available to take you everywhere. 150mr to shopping and backwater in Alleppey. Host will arrange backwater trip , taxi ,massage treatments , very helpful.

Exceptional

Having stayed at hotels in Kerala many times before, we are overjoyed to have come by Beach Haven Villas. It is by far the best accommodation we have found in this area. The manager, Clint, was nothing but helpful, cheerful and friendly. The receptionist Rosemary was just as wonderful, as well as the amazing cleaning ladies. They all work night and day to provide a beautiful environment, with a very personable atmosphere and great support to guests. We stayed in two different rooms, both spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. They were kept very clean and refreshed by the staff. There is also a games room with different activities, a badminton court, a large and well kept space of green, and a beautiful infinity pool that lights up in the evening, features a big Buddha statue and multiple sun-beds. This was relatively empty so we enjoyed having the space to ourselves a lot of the time. The restaurant is a stunning, open space. The breakfast at Haven was nice, and it is offered in the room price. The restaurant was ran by Saji, a lovely man who was more than accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at Allepey Beach Haven and we will be back!

Disappointing Stay, checked out one day early at a loss

Positives: Good breakfast, although less options. Courteous staffs. Clint was good trying to sort out our concerns and informed issues to his management, but couldn’t do much to help

Don’t get flattered by the photos and high ratings on Booking.com. This property is less than average and do not quite understand whether it qualifies in the resort category at all. I booked two Superior rooms for 3 nights but have to check out one day earlier at a loss of approx Rs 13000 (inc GST). - Narrow access roads. Difficult for traveller or vans. Small cars are fine. - Limited parking within the compound, but only for small cars 5% surcharge on credit card. Debit cards do not work. Tried 2 NRI bank debit cards, but transaction failed. Only my overseas credit card worked. Otherwise they needed cash. - Poor maintenance of rooms - Under construction or maintenance - Paint smell in the room - Mosquitoes - Foul smell in the toilet / bathroom - Stained bed sheets / towels - Ants in the room, bed and toilet - No mineral water provided - No intercom / telephone - No mini fridge - Intermittent power outage - No handrails for the stairs (safety issue) - Some rubbish stored under the staircase - Superior room does not look any superior! Overall it was not a good experience.

The staff members were very cooperative. Clint ( who was managing) was very helpful and took care of any issues quickly. He also guided us on various spots in alleppey. Amenities provided are also very good.Beach was 5 min walk from the property. It was a decent stay for us .

Very good

Support from staffs was exceptional. The place is well maintained. It was calm and quite stay.

The location is not very attractive as this is 50 m away from the sea shore.

Best stay near beach

The ambiance, pool, greenery, cleanliness, 3-5 min walk from beach. Mr. Clint has helped us a lot in shifting the luggage and making sure everything is fine with all the facilities. Thanks to him.

The staff is so lovely, helpfull for all request and disponible, even if you feel hungry at 11pm they make you food and bring it to your room ! So friendly with us. The swimming pool is just fabulous and the room so confortable and beautiful. The food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful and prepared à la minute so fresh and local we reallly love that. And i can't finish without a word on the absolutely amazing ayurveda massage. It is so energyser and feeling as ligth as a bubble. Probably the most emotional massage i ever had ! Amazing therapist ☺😊 Just a BIG BIG thank you at all the staff, change nothing, your're all ammazing ! Kisses and cuddles 🥰 Marion and Tessa

Location was amazing and food was good.

The room amenities mentioned while booking are not available.I had booked a Superior room with pool view but it was already assigned to other guests.Not true to the value for money.

Hopeless place

The pool looked nice. No shade though.

This hotel is not worth the price. Looks nice on pictures, but it was built cheaply and after a year you can already see how things are getting broken. The sheets are dirty and we found red ants in the bed, the WiFi doesn’t work at all - the only place you can catch it from is reception. The owner keeps repeating he exchanged the WiFi cable to optical fiber but this doesn’t change the connection quality one bit. Don’t believe the good comments, you can find way better places in Allepey for less money than this. Owner was nice until we paid the money, afterwards it was difficult for him to handle any complaints. We are aware of hotel standards in India but this is just a scam.
