Great location and views of Plymouth Bay. Was quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. We would stay there again.

Stayed for a week this year and could have stayed longer. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful beach, beautiful town. So easy with the dogs. Thank you Oscar!

We love this place! This is second visit and it was as great as we remembered. The ocean with the seals and whales and the little beach across the yard offered enough entertainment that you didn't need to leave. The house is perfect for the two of us, everything we need is there. You can walk to White Horse Beach and the Lobster Pound (seasonal).

Great location and views. Could have been cleaner…kitchen floor sticky and feathers galore from couches.

Perfect location to relax. Loved watching the seals from the deck, and strolling the private beach for sea glass.

This place was great. It was really clean. We didn’t cook much because it was our anniversary but the kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots and pans. We had a great ocean view from a quiet community

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this is the perfect spot! The views from the house are amazing, including spectacular sunrises and sunsets. It was especially nice because we were able to bring our dog with us on our vacation. The beach (which is dog-friendly) is just a short walk away and the house is on a quiet street in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The owner was very attentive and responsive, even checking in with us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. There is a nice grocery store (Clement's) and Dollar Tree about a mile away for groceries, prepared meals and essentials. We had excellent meals from nearby restaurants including 42 North (seafood) and Gerard Farm (barbecue). The Upper Cape and Plymouth are both just a short drive away. The week flew and we were sad to leave, but we are already planning our next visit! Thank you, Mr. Brookins, for sharing your lovely home with us.

The view of the bay and the incredible sundowns and sunsets make this location a wonderful choice. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Plus, it is pet friendly. The owner is accommodating and accessible. The local area has great restaurants, and the house is a centralized location.

This is a nice property with a beautiful ocean view. We liked the quite neighborhood and the sounds of the waves. It was close to a sandy beach and we enjoyed walking there. It’s not far from some very popular historical sites and Cape Cod. The furniture is not what was shown in the pictures and the bed was very small. The couch was extremely large so we slept there and used the twin size bed. Bring your own toilet paper!

You are reasonably close via short walks (5-10 minutes) to the beach. The house was small and very basic, but functional. The bathroom is tiny with no outlets or shelves. There are no frills, but if location and view are most important than this is a good deal. If comfort is desired, keep looking. The owner lives in Boston but was responsive and friendly. The caretaker lives nearby and was also responsive and friendly. We would seek a bit more comfort next time but likely will not find a better view. It is a tradeoff. This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed through VRBO! Oscar was very accommodating and leaving lights on for us since arriving later. The view is gorgeous and beach close by. It’s a cottage, so the furniture is just fine. Loved the sectional couch. I wouldn’t have second thoughts renting here. Thank you OB!

3 of us and our small dog stayed 4 nights in July and did day trips. Ocean view off the back yard is beautiful. Yard was good to stake dog up while we enjoyed the deck and views and sunrises. We saw seals daily. Quiet neighborhood. Driving in/out views of ocean all around and sunset in front of house. Beach right down the street - enter through a public boat ramp to sand. We did evening walks on it. We did a whale watch, chartered a sail boat from Scituate Harbor, and day trips within Plymouth and Hyannis. Experienced what others have said. Wished the basement had a door rather then being open so it would be sealed off from house - but that is a structural component. Oscar was very good to work with.

A nice one-bedroom house located on the top of a beautiful cliff with a fantastic view of the bay. White Horse Beach is within a short walking distance. The house is clean, all appliances work properly, WiFi connection is fast. We really enjoyed spending one week in this house in August.

Beautiful location!! Very accommodating host. Beach access is 3 mins away, down a boat ramp. Easy on and off. A few tiny ants that the host took care of immediately. Looking forward to returning.

My parents are older in life and were not impressed with the restaurant-Lobster Pound. Which is in walking distance. They got their lobster rolls to go only to find the meat was separate from the roll and the taste was not to their liking. No complaints with the cottage
