We were in the area for Liberty Univ graduation. It was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with essentials. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the Wintergreen hiking trails and throughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!!

Very affordable place to stay for a weekend golf getaway at Wintergreen. Very clean and has everything we needed. Located conveniently right next to the market and lodge, with only a 5 minute drive to Devils Knob Clubhouse! Highly recommend!

Really liked this place. kitchen was impressively well stocked, and the complimentary firewood kept us toasty on the cold nights.

We’ve stayed all over the mountain and this has been our favorite spot this far. The location is key, it was great to let the teen walk over from and not have to drive. Condo was cute, quaint and very comfy.

My son, his best friend and I had a great weekend at this awesome condo. It was the perfect location, easy to locate, walking distance to a little market that had everything you would need. Condo was clean and offered great amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a quick skiing weekend. Overall, pretty good place to stay. There is a short (about 1/4ish) mile hike to the slope. Not too bad in ski boots but can drop off those who don't want to walk by car near the ski school. Older building, only issue is that the hot water heater does not hold much and when it runs out it (think essentially after 1 shower approx 10 min in length) takes quite some time to reheat. Would consider a restay if back in Wintergreen.

This property was just right in every way for my husband and I - the size, the amenities, the location! It was within walking distance of The Edge restaurant, the Market and tubing/skiing.

We loved our time at this condo! It was just the right size for my family of four. Kitchen had everything that we needed and we easily made three meals there. This condo is a 5 minute walk to the slopes. We found amazing trails just outside of the condo and went on two very rigorous hikes. Beds were all very comfy. It was amazing to have firewood already cut just outside! Things to consider but did not bother us: The loft room with twin beds can overlook the living room so noise could be an issue for anyone sleeping upstairs while others watch t.v. in the living room. We ran out of hot water if four of us each took 5 minute showers in a row. The fourth person took a luke warm shower at best. Needs attention: the dishwasher leaks but the owner contacted us to warn us which was nice. I think it will likely be repaired soon. The only thing that bothered us was the stench/odor of the couch. As mentioned in previous reviews, it smelled so badly of body odor. :( We draped a blanket over the entire couch to be able to use it during our stay and that helped a bit but the couch desperately needs to be professionally cleaned. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. We had a blast and it is just the right setup for a family of four. Kind wishes.

Great place and amazing location. The Edge (restaurant) is walking distance. The Market (groceries) is also walking distance... we loved the place. We enjoyed reading the instructions that requires homeowners to stop feeding birds (as in birdfeeders) because bears have been known to climb to second floors to eat the seeds... OH MY!!!

We loved this condo! Central location, well appointed, cozy but plenty of space for our group three.

The location couldn’t be better. The market was across the street and all our activities (trails, wineries, and breweries were minutes away.

We had a wet weekend from Hurricane Ian, but we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Kim was very responsive. We did venture out to wineries and dinner on Sat, and the location of the condo was perfect. We had a fabulous dinner at Basic Necessities…very quaint little restaurant!

It was a short walk to the slopes. In the morning it was not bad but after a day of skiing it seemed to take a little longer. Overall the property was awesome. Kids loved sleeping in the loft area. Did have a black bear climb out of the dumpster in front of the condo. The condo had everything we needed except some measuring spoons and a measuring cup.

The easiest process ever. With COVID numbers on the rise, the checkin and checkout process was totally keyless. We are already planning a second trip with Kim and this location. Condo was walking distance to the slopes. Very best and clean. Couldn’t find the towels until we looked in the dryer so at least we definitely knew they was clean! The condo had EVERYTHING you need for a stay.

The condo was the perfect place for our small groups ski trip. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. The living area was great for reading and board games. 5 minute walk to wintergreen. We had a very nice vacation.

The apartment is as advertised. It would be better for a family of four than two couples. There is not enough common space for four adults. We were only two so it was just fine. We love Wintergreen and it is close to the Blackrock market, main lodge, and has it’s own pool. The house is well stocked with the cooking extras - spices, etc and they were kind enough to leave some kcups for the coffee maker. We had two issues - the couch smells like BO and either needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. We had to put blankets on it to dampen the smell. The second issue is the internet. It is not robust enough for two working adults. They have not upgraded to fiber yet which is now an option on the mountain. Several times I went to a friend’s house to us the Internet and work so I could have reliable video chat capabilities. The Internet is just fine for email and simple web surfing so if you are just vacationing.
