This 4 BR, 3 BA cabin has everything your looking for and more. Home sleeps12 in beds (no pull outs or futons). Outdoors the home offers privacy and a large covered concrete dock, fire pit with wood, kindling and roasting sticks, corn hole, hot tub, outdoor seating for 12+, paddle boat (while it lasts), 2 Kayaks/paddles, 2 Paddle boards/paddles, parking for 3-4 cars in driveway (additional parking available if needed), stainless steel cable railing, and natural gas Blackstone griddle. Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer, pots/pans, glassware, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, griddle, George Foreman grill, regular coffee pot & more), USB outlet in kitchen for charging convenience, 2 person 'Doc & Pies' arcade game and a separate foos ball table. We also furnish, at no additional cost, citronella candles, butane lighters, sheets, towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/dish soap, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, hair dryer for each bathroom and much more. I can’t be happier with the stay here. From the very beginning of the booking process, the owner was clear and communicative. She went out of her way to answer questions and even ask her daughter for more advice. We loved the house, had space for all the members of our family. When my me, my husband and kids wanted a break from our in laws, we found retrieve outside or on the dock. The property is beautiful, and so well maintained. Everything you need was available, from dishes for more than 10, to entertainment such as kayaks and paddle boards. Even enough trash bags!!! (Sometimes at VRBOs, we run out!) Everything was clean and well taken care of! We had a picturesque family vacation mostly due to this amazing home! I couldn’t recommend it more.

The property was fabulous….clean, accessible, had all the amenities you would need. The host was easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend this property! It’s perfectly located in a nice, quiet cove. Our family of 10 enjoyed all it had to offer. We will definitely go back.

Great for family stay. Older adults my have issue w steps leading to dock but my mom said it was worth it. Would stay there again.

Amazing location, quite and tucked away from the boat traffic but close to some great activities. The water at norris lake is unbelievable clean and turquoise. The owner was always in communication and very helpful. Would definently stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hiwassee Haven! Marie was amazing to communicate with and was extremely responsive. The location is perfect! Back in a cove with little to no traffic. We loved paddling around on all the toys that were included! Our daughter and her friends paddled out to jumping rock and played on that for a while. The house was PERFECT! So clean, everything included and the perfect layout for two adults and three teen girls. We could have easily had more guests! Overall a wonderful trip!!

We had two families staying at this cabin with a total of 10 people, including 7 kids (ages 7 through 17). The cabin was perfect for us! The layout was great and with multiple beds in most of the rooms we had plenty of room for everyone. The game room in the basement was great for the kids. The internet was very fast with no issues. The cabin was extremely well-stocked and very clean. The host was very friendly and had great communications. The cabin is in a beautiful location and since it was the off season it was nice and quiet. The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities and even in December the weather was nice enough to allow us to do some fishing and paddle boating. We would love to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake more.

My family and friends have traveled to Norris Lake every year for the last 15 years. Hiwassee Haven was by far the best house we have rented and the first one we will definitely rent again. Marie was a wonderful host with excellent communication and made the check-in process easy. The house was exactly as described and EXTREMELY clean, even where not expected as in the oven, under the beds and outside areas such as the grill, patio furniture, hot tub and dock. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious with nice furniture and TVs in every room. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Unfortunately we had rainy weather which prevented boating most of the weekend but the house had many options such as kayaks, games, hot tub, foosball, air hockey, and 2 large family rooms to entertain us. I will certainly seek out Marie Ayers as the host of any future rentals as everything was perfect!

Our process for renting the house was the best experience ever. The process went so smooth ,something I've never experienced with vacation rentals. We will go threw VRBO with all our future rentals.

Norris Family Vacation
My family and I enjoyed a weeklong vacation on beautiful Norris Lake during the first week of July. Marie was great to work with and quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. The home was clean and met our expectations for a great week on the lake. We loved having the paddleboard’s, kayaks and floating toys. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Wonderful Stay
Property was very clean and had lots of extra touches. Very good communication with property owner. We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake. It was so nice to have the dock for our boat! Not to mention all the fun extras, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Highly recommend Hiwassee Haven and would definitely stay again!

Great Property
The location of this house was great. In a private cove which was nice and it was located about 30 minutes from 1-75. There are two marina's that are close and plenty of open space on the lake to explore. The dock was perfect to hang out on when we were off the boat with plenty seating space for our large group. The house was well equipped with all the necessary things you need to cook. We would definitely return!!

Great place for family gatherings
We had a great time at this property. We had multiple families with kids 8 and under. The paddle boards, kayaks and game room were a hit for all ages. The owner is responsive and helpful. The property was clean. We rented a pontoon boat from a local marina and drove it to the properties dock for the day. We were able to cook and feed a lot of people easily there! Definitely recommend this property!

Enjoyed nearby hiking and Norris Dam, paddle boat and kiyaks, fire-pit and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would defiantly stay again.

We plan a trip once every 3-4 months with 2 other families! We have all been friends for 10 plus years and all have 4-year-old little girls who are besties by default! We planned this trip to celebrate New Year.. since this has been such a bummer year! We absolutely loved everything about the place. Very well stocked with everything you could need. The owner Marie was so helpful!

Wonderful get away
Went for a week during Christmas with family, there were 9 of us total and there was more than enough space. It was extremely clean, Marie has everything you could need from kitchen to laundry to outside activities. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had as a family. As others stated the driveway is quite steep and with the snow that made things a little harder. The walk down to the dock is quite the hike but its so quiet and private that to me it was well worth it. Great communication and quick replies. Highly recommend! 10/10
