Located in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for £1,197 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Bring the entire family or 30 friends and stay at 1003 Ariola Drive. This home offers 11 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, private pool. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.) The beach access is just 100' to the west of the home and offers delightful views of the sand and surf. There are large covered porches on the south side of the home facing the Gulf and on the north side of the home overlooking the pool. There are four king bedrooms all of which have private bath. There are four double queen bedrooms three of which have private baths. The 4th double queen bedroom shares a hall bath with the three double twin bedrooms. There are two living areas both of which have large flat screen televisions. All 11 bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The back yard features a private pool with lots of deck space. The back yard also has a tiki bar ideal for pool side entertaining with two gas grills. If frozen drinks are your thing the commercial ice machine in the laundry room will keep you in ice for your entire stay. This home was built for vacation rentals with terrific attention to detail. We had our family Thanksgiving at the beach. This house is perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen for cooking all together.
This is our second stay in this sane house and it’s perfect, so close to the beach and also having pool.
We would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again!

Our large extended family loves to stay in this house. So many rooms for everyone to spread out, and the closest beach access imaginable. We have no complaints at all! This was our second stay in Ariola 1003, and I'm sure we'll be back for many more stays in the future.

We’ve been to several different places for our summer family reunion. This was by far the best! Everyone’s favorite. Plenty of room with great bedrooms. Great beach access. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Great kitchen setup and plenty of cooking “resources”(pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.) The ice machine was a very appreciated icing on the cake. Definitely hope.to return!

This property was perfect for what our group needed. Three couples with their six kids took over the upstairs; lots of room! The other adults all enjoyed the four main floor bedrooms/baths. The large kitchen/eating area could accomodate everyone at the same time. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a commercial size ice maker. The large pool/deck was thoroughly enjoyed every day and the uncrowded beach was only a two minute walk away. The few small concerns we had were promptly addressed by the maintenance personnel. We also appreciated having the trash bins moved to/from the street twice while we were there. This was a great accomodation for our large group!

We had a family reunion with 29 people and it fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the beach was close and it was all very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if there was some sort of shade area down by the pool and better knives. Loved the ice machine and having two refrigerators.FYI - you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

The Starfish House is the perfect home for your large family gathering! This is our 7th consecutive year in Pensacola Beach, and with Paradise Beach Homes. As our family has grown and our needs have changed, we have changed properties three times. This is our second year in the Starfish House, and it will now be our permanent vacation home! We are a group of 21 adults, and five children. This home fits our needs perfectly. We are never cramped or crowded! We gather for large meals and games in the large kitchen/dining area. You can always find a group of us on the expansive front porch in the mornings and evenings looking at the beautiful gulf views directly across the street. The pool is used by our family every single day after our days at the beach! The perfect way to cool down and relax after a day of sun and sand. The industrial sized ice machine is AMAZING!! If you have rented vacation homes before, you know what it is like to have to go to either the gas station, or to the big ice machine on the island every day to get ice for your coolers... I’m telling you, the ice machine is amazing🙂Our experience with the rental company has always been very positive. We have had a few little items that needed attention, and they have always been quick to send someone out and help us immediately. No complaints whatsoever.Things I recommend... Take a trip to Joe Patti’s fresh seafood market. We have done this for several years and have a night of wonderful, fresh seafood. This year we rented a double deck, pontoon boat with a waterslide. We docked it in the sound, which is just a short walk from the house. We set up canopies with our beach chairs and had a wonderful day of boat trips, lounging, music.etc. A great time! The kids always enjoy the go carts/putt-putt, zip line course. We rented a slingshot, lots of fun! 😊 There is always so much to do! Most importantly, make memories with your family♥️

We had such a nice stay the week of Memorial Day 2023. The property was clean and well-maintained. We called about a few small issues and the response time was exceptional. The maintenance team was friendly and considerate. We had 23 family members staying in the house. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities to host a large group. The ice machine and extra refrigerator was a must.The pool and balconies provided plenty of outdoor space for everyone and we loved the convenience of the beach, just a short walk away. The wood part of the pool deck, gave us many splinters. That was really the only negative; but we had tweezers! The Boardwalk is about 1mi. away, some walked it and others used Gopher Carts to travel back and forth.Great family vacation! The Starfish House was good to us!

A group of friends rented this house and had such a good time. The home is very spacious and is great for a large group of adults due to the 11 rooms, many bathrooms, and large kitchen. The beach access is very close and we enjoyed sunning and swimming by day then retiring to the pool in the evening and making use of the grills for dinner. I don’t believe we have any significant complaints. We’re hoping to do this again next year! Thanks for a great weekend.

You cannot beat the location and layout of this house. I booked this property for a team building weekend with my co-workers. The beach access was so convenient, and the house was close to many restaurants and shops. The ice maker provided is also a huge bonus! Communication with the management company was great. They were very helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. The only thing I wish could be improved would be going to keyless check-ins. It was stressful trying to time out a long travel day with a large group to arrive within an hour window to pick up keys. It would also make it easier for larger groups that have several people coming and going to not have to continually pass the keys around to make sure everyone can get in. In regards to previous reviews discussing bugs found in the home, we did find 3 large roaches in the house but all were dead. No live bugs were ever seen indoors. Overall, it was a great stay and I would book this house again in the future.

This property was amazing! This family weekend was a tremendous success due in part because of this beach house. I would recommend written instructions to operate the tv/cable boxes. We finally figure it out thanks to one of the wiz kids in the family. Check in and out could not have been any easier. The staff at PBH were very friendly and courteous. The house is nice and waswell equipped for us, a group of 13. House was in good shape, expect dinning room table and benches that were sticky but once we made them aware of the problem, it was taken care of. Bad varnish or stain caused the issue. As for the rest of the house it was in good shape. Pool is nice but a little cold this time of year, which it didn't cost do much to heat for the week, so we could us it. Differently will be back.

The house is right across the street from homes on the beach. The house was great! Very nicely decorated and furnished; it was super comfortable for our whole family with 22 people! The kitchen was awesome for cooking big family dinners. The table was a really nice size as well as the island. The table is sticky and does need to be refinished like other guests mentioned. The only other negative is that for $15,000 for a week they only left 1 roll of toilet paper and no laundry soap so when you are flying in those aren’t the type of things you want to purchase. We enjoyed our stay! The beach was an easy walk, the pool was great!

We had a four night stay at the Starfish House. My group has stayed here before a few years back. We do like the layout of the house and it has enough bathrooms for all 25 of us. The pool area was nice and clean. The access to the beach is very close and easy. You can sit on the front porch in the mornings and watch the sunrise! There are some downsides to the house. The kitchen appliances need some updates. The filter on the refrigerator didn't work at first, the stove top is iffy, the top oven takes a long time to heat up. I don't feel the house was as clean as in the past. WE found some dead bugs and then a couple of live ones towards the end. Other than that, we loved our stay.

The yearly price increase was the most by far for 2023 ... over $3500! The home is showing some age & could use some minor repairs & painting. The washer & dryer need to be updated to large capacity. Most homes this size have 2 washers & 2 dryers. I've suggested over the years to improve the front porch seating from the hard bench & 2 Adirondack chairs to rocking chairs or something more comfortable to enjoy the amazing view. We didn't want to junk up the front porch with fold up beach chairs. The pool area is amazing & they have added beautiful landscaping & new pool chairs. Overall the house is amazing & filled with wonderful memories of our family vacations 😊. With the few suggested improvements the house will continue to be amazing. One last thing ... the long kitchen table & bench seating is very sticky & never feels clean even after multiple cleanings. It would be great to refinish the table & benches.

This home is perfect for a very large family. We have stayed here for 8 consecutive years; but unfortunately they have not made some necessary updates. The kitchen table is disgustingly sticky and desperately needs to be refinished or replaced. And the ovens in the kitchen get extremely hot when in use, which is not normal for the exterior of an oven, and with small children in the house creates a serious hazard. We had a 2 year old burn her hand last year. We have voiced these concerns for a few years, but no updates have been made. With prices skyrocketing every year, it is upsetting. Lastly, the fact you can't check in until 5 pm is absurd.

This property worked well for our large group providing private spaces. Heated Pool was a great alternative to the beach. Beach access was fantastic. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. Our beach vacation at 103 Ariola was all we were dreaming of. We have been coming for 4 years and we love our Ariola Street rentals. The weather was perfect to enjoy our beach time and the heated pool is so enjoyable when the gulf water is cold. Derek worked very hard and had our house welcoming for us. The walk around the corner to Easter mass is always wonderful. Our family filled a whole pew! We rated our vacation a 5 Star as it was awesome. The only negative comments would be floors were a little sticky in some places even after Dereck mopped them quite a few times. He cam back and did another pass with the mop and they were better. Kids in the house before us did a number on it. They also left a crack in a chair on the porch. When my niece sat in it the chair broke. We noticed the neighborhood is starting to get a bit crazy with all the high school kids renting the houses. There was a very large group in I think 1004 or 6, across left from us. They got loud and un-orderly. Walked the streets at night. We had a few really drunk boys come to our door attempting to come in thinking they were staying in our house. We picked up trash on the beach that was left after a large group of kids trashed the beach with their drinks and beers cans. We love the beach and don't want to lose the ability to have a beautiful place to take our kids to. But overall our Easter Family Vacation was absolutely wonderful. We love Derek and all the really nice and helpful ladies at the Paradise office. We hope to keep coming to see you for years to come. Our only real disappointment at the end of this trip was finding out that our house was already rented for next Easter! It is the perfect house for our family and we love it.Thank you all!!!

Such a great house for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms, bathroom, and space to spread out...and we used every room! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups silverware, cookware, etc...all the important stuff for a large group to function. The two coffee pots make things great in the morning as well! The large capacity washing machine worked well for us. The proximity to the beach is perfect, just out the front door, across the street, and you're on the beach. Everyone enjoyed the front deck, looking out towards the gulf. One bathroom toilet handle broke the first day we arrive, but the management company had someone there immediately to fix it! Overall, it couldn't have been better. We would (and probably will!) rent this house again in a heartbeat. If you have a large group, don't hesitate to book Ariola 1003!

The most disappointing was the pool heater was broken & so the pool water was very cool. I had called the week we were to arrive to add this to our reservation & they then charged my credit card. Found it was not working & called. They left a message they thought it would be repaired prior to our arrival. This was one of the reasons to rent this house & should have been advised it was not working prior to our arrival & then given an option for another home. Our children/grandchildren were looking forward to the pool. We did love the location to the beach. Also one of the dishwashers was not working & with 27 people two instead of one would have been a great benefit. There was a broken dresser in one bedroom, a broken chair in livingroom/dining area and the feel of sand on our floor. We were not charged for issues we saw upon our arrival, which we did appreciate. They did call regarding a medical device left which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home as long as the pool & dishwasher were in working order.

This was one of the reasons to rent this house & should have been advised it was not working prior to our arrival & then given an option for another home. Our children/grandchildren were looking forward to the pool. We did love the location to the beach. Also one of the dishwashers was not working & with 27 people two instead of one would have been a great benefit. There was a broken dresser in one bedroom, a broken chair in livingroom/dining area and the feel of sand on our floor. We were not charged for issues we saw upon our arrival, which we did appreciate. They did call regarding a medical device left which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home as long as the pool & dishwasher were in working order.

We absolutely LOVE our vacations at the Starfish House!! The location is amazing & space is plentiful. There are 2 things that would make the house absolutely perfect. First would be adding comfortable seating on the front porch. It has a long bench & 2 Adirondack chairs. The view from the porch is amazing & we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view & breeze. We don't want to "junk up" the front porch with our pop up beach chairs. I'd suggest taking away the uncomfortable bench & adding rocking chairs. That would make it an awesome place to relax & enjoy the view & breeze. The washer & dryer are small capacity. Adding a larger capacity washer & dryer would help tremendously with the volume of towels & clothing washed for 30 people. These 2 suggestions would complete the perfect beach house ��

Enjoyable week
Finding this property on VRBO was pretty easy. Our only complaints was the 3 and 4 inch roaches that were on both levels and the rats that we saw running up and down the outside stairs. When I pulled back the comforter and found a 3 inch roach was pretty scary.
