About this house rental

Located in Dusseldorf, this attractive house for £151 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The idyllic old building apartment is simple but functional and forms a self-contained unit. Anyone expecting luxury accommodation is wrong here. The apartment consists of a master bedroom (approx. 14.4 sqm with double bed, connecting room to the small bedroom and the second toilet), small bedroom (approx. 12 sqm with 2 single beds), living room (approx. 16.4 sqm), office (approx .12 sqm with 2 single beds), kitchen (approx. 16.3 sqm), bathroom, hall, storage room and 2. WC as well as an approx. 10 qm terrace and a covered loggia (approx. 5 qm). There is an overnight stay for 6 people. Enjoy the quiet garden location on the terrace and experience convivial hours with spicy food from your own barbecue! A parking space in front of the garage is included in the price. Check-in and contact: If I cannot be present for check-in: There is a key safe near the front door, which can be opened using a number combination and from which you can remove the stored key. I live about 10 km away and unfortunately cannot personally greet every guest, but I can always be reached by phone. Transport connections: Due to the good transport connections (bus / train / Autobahn A 59 and A 46), the apartment is ideal for all kinds of activities. You can reach the main train station by S-Bahn (Reisholz station) and then take the U 78 or U 79 (to Messe Ost or Esprit Arena / Messe Nord) the Düsseldorf fair. The 785 bus also runs from the Hassels Kirche stop to the city center: In the rush hour it is recommended to change to the S-Bahn S6 in Düsseldorf Reisholz to Düsseldorf Hbf. The total travel time by public transport to the city center is approx. 20-25 minutes and to the trade fair approx. 50-55 minutes. The Cologne exhibition center can also be reached in 50-55 minutes by bus and the Regional Express (from Düsseldorf Benrath train station). Others: One set of towels and bedding is provided per person. If the apartment is used by less than 3 people, one bedroom will be closed. It is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden. At the end of the rental, the apartment must be handed over “swept clean”.

Hello Everyone If you’re not used to it, it’s Internet Era when once your reservation made, you would have Stefan (a Real Human) very Kind to give you all information needed that if you’d follow you won’t be lost, then once there: Welcome to The Little House on the Prairie except that it’s in the city. You have a real house with gardens. It is Real Heaven in particularly for families with kids, all ages. Everything is meaningfully provided except your toothpaste and brush. You would Feel Home whether for work or holidays and with No offence, just mind Please you’re still at others and to behave knowing also that you are dealing with a Very Kind Culture that speaks for itself. Enjoy your stay Bonjour à Tous Si vous n’y êtes pas habitués, c’est l’ère d’internet où une fois la réservation effectuée, vous aurez Stefan (un vrai humain) très aimable qui vous donnera toutes les informations nécessaires que si vous suivez, vous ne vous perdrez pas, puis une fois sur place : Bienvenue à La Petite Maison dans la Prairie, sauf que c’est en la ville. Vous avez une vraie maison avec jardins. Un Vrai Paradis surtout pour les familles avec enfants, de tout âge d’ailleurs. Tout y est significativement fourni sauf votre dentifrice et brosse à dent. Vous vous sentirez chez vous que ce soit pour le travail ou vacances et sans offense, de garder en mémoire que vous êtes chez autrui et de bien se comporter sachant aussi que vous traitez avec une Culture très aimable qui parle d’elle-même. Although the exterior look is disappointing, the home was very clean , nicely furnished with a great kitchen. It’s very practical having individual thermostats in each room. Stephan was always very prompt in answering my questions. A parking space in front of the garage was a real bonus.
