Die Lage war super, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bars und Kneipen in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hotels. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren riesig.

Obwohl das Zimmer riesig war, war das Doppelbett sehr schmal. Im Zimmer roch es seltsam, möglicherweise kam der Geruch von der Klimaanlage. Frühstück wochentags leider nur bis 9 Uhr. Tische im Frühstücksraum wurden nicht nach jedem Gast abgewischt. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt und es gab lediglich Wegwerfbesteck und -geschirr.

Other than the missed cleaning schedules, my stay was great. Front desk staff were so gracious.

Perfect location - area not crowded, walking distance to Riverwalk, Mag mile. Room is spacious. Near Target, Walgreens.

My room was not cleaned up as scheduled. Had to make follow-ups.

Very good price/quality ratio and location.

Perfect location. Despite others complainig about breafast, it was ok.

There was nobody cleaning the room during our 6 days stay, even though it was promised.

Awful service

The room was big, had a lot of space

Beakfast was mid at best, poor variety, awful coffee. They say that after the 3rd day of your stay they clean your room every other day. We were in the second week of our trip and the room wasn't cleaned for 5 days, and when they did after complaining MANY times, they didn't do it fully (microwave was still dirty, didn't add soaps, etc.) The staff don't comunicate correctly, they lost one of our packages, they say that they only are gonna charge X amount for the stay and I get charged more, one of the staff was absolutely rude (was at night) and didn't care about any concern. Even tho the room it's absolutely beautiful and spacious, this are the things that makes you hate your stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Fair Price, Good Location & Very Clean

The staff were lovely, it was clean, great location and a fairly okay-ish breakfast offering. I would return.

I could hear the clicking mechanics of the elevators. The floor I was on smelled of marijuana - but then, so does the whole of Chicago.

落ち着いた便利なエリアにあり、安全で、部屋は広くて快適でした。Queen studio suite with bathtub with sofa bed -Accessible というお部屋を予約しました。角部屋でソファベッドをベッドとして設置しても余裕ある広さで、快適でした。車椅子でも利用できる作りで、バスルームの扉は引き戸でした。キッチンには冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど一通りありますが、ガス台はありませんので、火を使う料理はできません。朝食に野菜が足りないと感じましたが、近くのスーパーで何でも購入できますので問題ありません。宿泊日程の変更、アーリー・チェックインにも対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

小さなことですが、ソファベッド用の羽毛布団が準備されていなかったことです。すぐフロントに電話しましたが、なかなか布団が届かなかったので、フロントに直接お願いに行き、解決しました。

Great location, nice staff, but does not live up to the cost.

Location was excellent Manager (Andrew?) and Reed at the Front desk were very nice. The guy running the breakfast café were completely overwhelmed with probably 200 people trying to eat breakfast. They were completely understaffed, and it was not their fault. .

Requested three times to have my room cleaned as I was there for three nights, and the most they did was drop off a bunch of towels. I continued to ask, but nobody ever showed up. Isn’t that why we partly pay to be at a hotel?? Furthermore, when it came to breakfast, I got in line at 8:36 AM and did not get through the line until 9:13 AM and all the food was gone. They refused to bring any other food for all the people still waiting in line. I would like a refund for breakfast, since that was included. The guys are running the café we’re understaffed, and it was not their fault but the only people who lost were the people who paid for breakfast and didn’t get it.

Good value for money only because of location

The location is excellent.

The breakfast situation is a joke. Area is too small to cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Need to move the waffle ans toasting section to a different area to reduce the ques. Our room also had mould under the bed. We didn't spot it until the last night but very disappointed about that.

Look elsewhere

It's in Chicago. Staff did check in via text upon arrival. When I spoke with the front desk about a concern, I got a ya sorry.

Breakfast was a complete cluster. The set up was poorly planned, so getting in line was confusion and extremely slow, which caused frustration from many guests. Every morning they ran out of food, and there is not enough seating. Parking is several blocks away, extremely expensive, and not the safest when parking late in the evening.

SEGÚN LA POLITICA DEL HOTEL LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE ESTE IMPORTE SE HACE ENTRE 5 Y 15 DÍAS. AÚN ESTOY ESPERANDO LA DEVOLUCIÓN DE LA FIANZA. PERO LO PEOR Y MÁS ME HA INDIGNADO, ES QUE EL DÍA 18 ENERO (YA ESTABA EN MI CASA) ME HACEN OTRO CARGO POR OTROS 130 DOLARES Y QUE SEGÚN ELLOS FUE UN ERROR. HOY ES 27 DE MARZO Y AÚN NO HE RECIBIDO MI DEVOLUCIÓN. SON UNOS SINVERGUENZAS. ME DIJERON QUE EN CINCO DÍAS ME DEVOLVÍAN MI DINERO. CANALLAS WHEN I VACINED THE ROOM ON JANUARY 16TH, THEY CHARGED ME FOR ABOUT 125 DOLLARS WHICH THEY ACCORDING WAS FOR A DEPOSIT. IF IT HAD ALREADY COME OUT!!! . ACCORDING TO THE HOTEL POLICY, THE RETURN OF THIS AMOUNT IS MADE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 DAYS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT. BUT THE WORST AND MOST OUTRAGED THING IS THAT ON JANUARY 18 (I WAS ALREADY AT MY HOUSE) THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER 130 DOLLARS AND THAT ACCORDING TO THEM IT WAS A MISTAKE. TODAY IS MARCH 27 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RETURN YET. THEY ARE SHAMELESS. THEY TOLD ME THAT IN FIVE DAYS THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. ROADS

강북지역 편안한 숙소

업그레이드를 두단계나 받게 되어 좋은 가격으로 매우 크고 좋은 방에 묵었음. 전자레인지, 식기 등이 있어서 너무 좋았음. 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있다는게 단점일 수는 있으나 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 위치임.

실내 온도조절기를 올려도 내부가 춥단 느낌이 많았음. 조식은… 저렇게 할거면 굳이? 라는 생각이 들 정도로 형편없음.

Underwhelming

The view was nice.

Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room keys and entered the room of some strangers who were made very uncomfortable. The hotel did nothing to really solve the issue, to compensate us for this unpleasant experience, or to do anything proactive to try to right this wrong. Additionally, even though my guests payed extra early check-in, the room was poorly prepared and lacked basic items such as conditioner and a hot plate .
