Safety, quiet, luxury and unparalleled style and amenities. Situated next to our private lounge and spa. Oversized heated swimming pool is meticulously maintained and steps away. High-speed Internet access and full access to the Cocoa Beach Health Club.. Steps to our private Ocean Gate and beautiful beaches. You will have everything you need including beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards! Cleaning supplies, Laundry accessories, etc. We also allow one small pet (under 35lbs!) $155 (Basic Only) Cleaning Fee. Guests must take care of this 2nd home while visiting. Nicely remodeled, excellent owner communication, close to many restaurants, nicely stocked Kitchenware. We had a nice relaxing, long weekend.

The unit was clean and updated and fully furnished kitchen and steps to pool and beach. They had construction going on during stay and outside and adjacent properties somewhat dated but Steven was very responsive and the inside of unit very nice.

We went down to visit Kennedy Space Center and (unsuccessfully) observe the launch of the Artemis I. The condo was great, location excellent and proximity to the beach was perfect. Everything was as described. Fortunately, Elon and SpaceX came through with a night launch on our final night to cap off the trip.

I stay at Sandcastles every summer. This unit is clean, spacious and updated. The ground level unit is perfectly located near the parking lot, pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay!

We were very happy that the condo was so clean, the master shower has wonderful pressure. It’s nice to be able to pull up out front to unload .Steven was very easy to work with. Just love sandcastles location is perfect.

The condo was fine, but the landlord got really upset at check-out and threatened to charge us $200 as an excess cleaning fee. We followed every detail in the check-out procedures and left the place in great shape. Fortunately, VRBO investigated the claim and agreed with our assessment. It is a shame there was so much unnecessary drama. It ruined what was otherwise a pleasant vacation.

My wife and I stayed here with my wife's parents. My father-in-law uses a walker/wheel chair, so it was great to have an accessible place for him. It was very convenient to be able to drive up right to the door on the bottom floor, and my father-in-law was able to move around the space easily. There is beach access right from the complex and they had boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella to use. The pool/hot tub is also right out the front door. The host was very kind and responsive. We had a great stay!

This was a fantastic experience. Details of the property were perfectly explain. Ground level was such a bonus. Steps from the pool and beach access made things so easy. Property was very well maintained. Communication from owner was easy and very responsive. Thanks for helping to make it a great vacation.

Everything was as expected and unit was in a great location. Location to pool is extremely close as well as easy access to beach being very convenient. Steven was a great host. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This property is right on the ocean in the middle of everything there is to do in Cocoa Beach. It is clean and properly maintained. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and steps to beach access. The owner is great and very helpful.

Very well decorated, equipped, and comfortable condo. We had a blast! Just a few steps from the beach, heated pool, and hot tub made our life easy with the kids. Safe and quiet place. We definitely will be back!

The apartment was wonderful for a family with a disabled member. Very well equipped with a great location to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had such a nice time, we decided to stay an extra day.

Beautiful accommodations! Pictures are exactly as the condo is . Huge Master suite. Beach is a very short walk and pool is right outside your door .

Steven does a great job with this property. It was pleasantly decorated, super clean, and amazingly quiet. The first floor entry right next to the pool was a bonus. Everything you could need for a relaxing vacation is here. The kitchen is amply supplied to be able to cook some of your own meals if you don't want to eat out at the many delicious nearby establishments.The property is very well maintained. You really can't get any closer to the beach. If you're planning a vacation in the Cocoa Beach area, this is the perfect place to stay.

The condo and surrounding grounds were clean, well-kept and quiet. We enjoyed the large, clean pool only steps from our room door. The beach beyond the locked gate was fabulous too. I felt safe here and would definitely come back with my family and friends!

The condo was great. It’s right across from the pool which is really convenient and just a short walk to the private beach access. The condo was roomy and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The condo property felt very safe and clean. Everyone we met at the pool and beach were very friendly. Steven is a great property manager and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely book this condo if we visit Cocoa Beach in the future.

Super easy check in! Well equipped condo! Had everything we needed for a few short days. Our teenagers loved it! Close walk to the beach ( just no view) 1st floor, front of complex, across from pool. Great view of the pool!! Steven was very accommodating!
