Turtle's Nest is a beautifully decorated and furnished end unit townhome. Even when you are inside, the wall of windows from the great room brings the beauty of the outside right in. Open concept living in the huge great room allows for your entire group to gather while watching the 55" flat screen TV, cooking, dining, playing games or just relaxing. Watch the turtles swim by, the dolphins play and the seagulls soar from the comfort of the living area or from one of 2 spacious balconies. The well appointed, high end kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, and gorgeous cabinetry. All this and an array of small appliances provide everything you'll need to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. There is comfortable dining room seating for 8, 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional option out on the balcony. A beachy queen bedroom with flat screen TV, full bathroom with access from the bedroom and/or the hallway, and a full-sized washer and dryer are also on the main level. Upstairs you'll find the king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a jetted soaking tub, separate walk in shower, double sinks/vanities and a private water closet. The large private balcony off the master is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular sun or moon rise over the gulf. There is also a coffee station here for your first cup in the morning! Another beautifully furnished queen-sized bedroom with flat screen TV, a 4th "under the sea" themed bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (the kids won't want to leave!) and a full bathroom complete this floor. Luxury linens are on all beds. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. The ground floor has garage parking for 2 vehicles as well as a built in bar It's a great hang out something from your favorite sport's team and hang it on the wall! There is also a propane grill, gulf front patio with outdoor shower and ample room for driveway parking. Come on out to the sand and sea where the turtles play. You might be lucky enough to see a hatching! NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. Enjoyed having the ocean right out our back door. There was enough space for ten of us including grandparents, parents with five children and an uncle. We could spread out and sleeping arrangements allowed for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals in and the ice machine was an added bonus. Had a few bad days of weather but plenty of room for us to play cards. Boys loved the dart board in the basement. Would definitely stay again. Management was friendly and great at communicating. Thanks for sharing.

Quick family trip to Navarre. Townhouse was great location and easy to find. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. Balconies were great for morning coffee. Only negative was the master bedroom mattress is terrible. Did not sleep well. Other bedrooms seem ok (per my children)!

The garage fit 2 trucks perfectly with room to get to the garage bar and ample parking outside of the garage. The included grill made dinner easy. The home was clean and well designed. This was our second time renting this property. We love the location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked as we did a lot of cooking and we love the access to the garage for storing our beach items. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. The management went above and beyond because we left an item at the house and they were kind enough to mail it back to us which we really appreciated.

From top to bottom, from beginning to end, we loved Turtles Nest. My best friends & I have been meeting in the Panhandle the last 4 years and this is by far our favorite house out of the 4! It has the perfect set up and right amount of space for our 3 families. The garage was an extra bonus that let us spread out even more. We had a wondeful time. Blue Moon is the best and we were lucky to find this house in their collection.

This quadplex was very clean and a short walk to the ocean. We made friends with our neighbors and it was perfect for our family of all ages. We wanted to book for next year, but the others that have stayed there must have loved it as much as us since all four homes were already booked.

I never here kids complain about mattresses but mine actually said the bunks were soo hard. When some of our family left the kids actually wanted to move and share a better bed. Other than that everything was great.. VERY CLEAN!!!! Also if we ever needed help Blue moon was on it ASAP. They truly cared.

We had a great time. Very clean and spacious. Only things we saw that needs attentions was pots and pans in the kitchen, and utensils. Things were warped and broken utensils. Never had a kid complain about a mattress before but the kids said the bunks were so hard and very noisy. Once some friends left the kids moved and decided to share beds because they couldn't stand the bunks. Outside outlet needs attention. Didn't work and in the middle of a huge heat wave a fan outside would have been nice. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
