Zero responses from the many emails sent regarding how to obtain the keys to check in - we had to book a different property in the end as they provided no detail how to get the keys due to our flight arriving in the evening from the UK, not even on the day of arrival, and no responses to any messages either directly or via booking.com. Totally unacceptable. I sent many many messages over a 4 week period and not one of them was replied to, and with attending a wedding in the region, had to book somewhere else that turned out to be such a great place we will likely return there in the future. This is the worst "Customer Service" I have ever experienced, to not reply to a single email or message via booking.com about a critical piece of information.

Die moderne Einrichtung und eine Ausstattung ohne Mängel. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Ein großer Balkon in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Spree. Kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß beim Bäcker und Metzger. Mehrere Gaststätten in einem Umkreis von 500 Metern. Kahnfahrten auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort Lübben ist aus unserer Sicht einer der schönsten im Spreewald.

Okay, aber wirklich das einzigste waren die durchgelegenen Topper auf der Matratze.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sowie ausreichend Platz zum wohlfühlen. Kurze Wege in die Stadt um sich zu versorgen, sowie Aktivitäten zu organisieren. Direkt an der Spree gelegenes Objekt wie im Katalog angegegeben. Fahrradraum zum abschließen sowie parken im Innenhof, hat uns sehr gefallen.
