Located in Four Corners, this lovely house for £75 per night is a great choice for your next break. We have instituted extra measures to keep our homes sanitized and safe to stay. ENHANCED CLEANING AND DISINFECTING. PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. Located in the upscale Reunion Resort, Carriage Pointe is an exclusive Luxury Townhome Community adjacent to the 17th hole of the Tom Watson Signature Golf course. Guests at Reunion Resort will have access to the majority of Reunion's amenities such as six swimming pools, on-site restaurants & bars, boutique spa, bike rental, and children's activity program. Pools available are: Seven Eagles Pool with the Cove Snack & Bar, Carriage Point Pool, the Terraces Pool, the Homestead Pool, the Heritage Crossing South Pool, and the Heritage Crossing North Pool. We are located 5 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. We are also convienent to all major Orlando attractions: Universal Studios, SeaWorld, International Drive, Outlets, Millennia Mall, Orlando Convention Center and Downtown Orlando. Just a quick 25 minute drive to Orlando Airport. This beautiful and luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom townhome sits on the golf course in Reunion and comfortably sleeps 8 people. We also provide an air mattress. The master bedroom features a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, a king size bed and desk and a private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds. Two guest bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom with a shower/tub. All 3 bedrooms feature flat panel TV's with PRISM cable and DVR and ceiling fans. We also have DVD players and dvd collection for your entertainment. Smart TV and Netflix available for your enjoyment! The living room features an open floor plan to the kitchen and eating area. There is a one large sofa with an oversized chair and ottoman and a brand new LCD TV with with DVD player. A den/office is complete with queen sized sleeper sofa and quiet sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. ) and has seating for 8. This was a perfect place for our family & perfect location. The amount of beds was perfect that everyone had their own beds to sleep on. We made some great memories and the best part is that the owner definitely has made this home feel comfortable for families in mind. . Location is geographically close to Disney parks and the 192
. Comfortable accommodation that can sleep 8 (master bed is huge). Close to facilities and well equipped.
. Gated community feels safe

:Not so good
. The entrance and egress to carriage point is via Old lake Wilson road which is VERY busy day and night, you will get stuck in traffic. What should be an easy drive to and from Disney often won’t be, with journey times doubling. Be prepared to be stuck in traffic.
. The property does feel isolated from Reunion, with there being no direct access from carriage point to the main Reunion resort.
. The interior of the property does need a little TLC, by way of example the main couch is very uncomfortable. This is because the springs have clearly gone and rather than replace the couch a large piece of wood has been inserted under the cushions. The whole couch needs replacing.
. The shower head needs cleaning or replacing as it is black with mold.
. The property advertised hair dryers in each bedroom, this isn’t the case there was only one in the entire property
. The house is very dark with not much natural light.
. The swimming pool is not less than a minutes walk as advertised, more like 5 minutes (it is also overlooks the very busy road mentioned earlier. It isn’t a peaceful pool).
. Road noise is an issue you can hear it all night

The property was clean, as described and in a great location. We traveled as a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 teens and there was amble space. I would stay here again. One small note, The information sent to us prior to staying indicated there was be more than one tablet for laundry and there was only one. Other than that it was great.

We’ve stayed in the area four years in a row for spring break- this is one of the best locations possible. Close to everything you’d want to do in the Kississimmee area. Close to parks, close to major interstates, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Pool for the neighborhood is a bonus! As experienced travelers to the area- we would highly recommend.
The home itself is fantastic for a family of 3-5 or even 6. Had everything we needed and with a grocery store within a mile or so- it was perfect. Super clean- easy to unwind after a day. The neighborhood is quiet and private and SAFE.

This place was awesome for our family of four. We were able to use the amenities on site, plenty of boardgames for our two boys, lots of space really made for a nice week away from home. Great location, makes everything in Orlando within a reasonable driving distance!

Homey and Clean
Staying in this condo was great. The hosts were very clear with directions and helpful when we had small issues. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was very comfortable and the parks and shops were easily accessible. There is a shuttle to Disney TTC, but you have to book it in advance. I was only able to get reservations for one day, but it was very nice and the driver was super friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice too. If I come to Disney again, I will definitely try to get this property.

We had a great time. The townhouse and property was just as described. We spent lots of time at the pool near the home and most of the time our family was the only ones there. The house is very cozy and relaxing. The water park was fun and the little ones really enjoyed the splash area. Perfect for an Orlando Getaway
The property is well maintained and centrally located for the variously Orlando / Kissimmee activities. The only issue we had was that no wash clothes were provided (small issue). However, Walmart is less than 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, and we were able to make meals in the well stocked kitchen. Location was close to the parks, but the roads can get crowded going to and from them on the 2 lane road. There were a couple of things missing when we got to the house, but were able to contact maintenance and they were able to help us. Since we stayed 2 weeks, we also did some laundry there. My only real complaint with the ammenities is that the dryer took over 90 minutes to dry a large load of clothes.

Fantastic Vacation Home
We stayed here for 4 days during. a recent Spring Break trip to Orlando. The home is clean and has everything that you need to make yourself comfortable. This property was a jewel — we had an absolutely wonderful time. It was the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Disney and don’t want to stay on Disney property. The homeowner was extremely accommodating and prompt with her reply’s every time I reached out. We would love to come back!!

Excellent Property!!!
The home was beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5 and then some. The location was amazing, about a15 to 20 minute drive to any Disney park. Plenty of restaurants close by and a Walmart, Aldi, and Publix all within 5 to 10 minutes. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
