The kitchen and living-dining rooms are centrally located on the ground floor with easy access to outdoor dining and pool area. Ground floor: the Rosa Canina bedroom features a queen bed (or two twins), glass doors that look out to a peaceful view of the grassy fields, and a bath with shower over tub. Lower level: the Papavero bedroom is spacious and opens directly into the garden and pool area. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath with clawfoot tub & separate shower. GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: You can relax and settle into a different rhythm here under the wisteria-covered pergola or on the covered loggia or by the beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) which is surrounded by flower-filled antique orci.
