About this house rental
Across the street from the beach and 5 blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, this house is perfect for anyone coming to enjoy the sunshine and waves in Jacksonville Beach. The house is equipped with everything from towels to bowls. There are four bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds and 1 of which has 2 bunk beds for the kids. The open design kitchen - living room is great for watching the game, or just hanging around on a lazy summer day. The log cabin interior dates to the 1920's but the bathrooms and kitchen have all been updated in 2017. There are three parking spaces on 6th Ave. South in front of the house, but there is lots of parking on 7th Ave. and across the street at the beach

The house had everything we needed and plenty of room! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved sitting outside with 3 different spots to choose from!

Great location!!
You couldn’t ask for a better location than this! Just across the street to the beach. The house was great and the owners are wonderful! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave early but our son and his family stayed the rest of the week. They loved it. A lot of good restaurants and a grocery close by. The beach was never very crowded. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available at the house. The owner checked in to make sure everything was going well and had left some beautiful flowers to welcome us. The couch in the living room was so comfy. I think all 8 of us could fit on it. Would definitely stay there again.

As they say in real estate, this was a prime location with ample parking and cozy comforts. Right across from the beach such that you could walk barefoot across the street and steps from the beach. The house had a walkaround porch where guests could sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The cozy couch is ample sleeping for 2 or 3 and there is plenty of seating everywhere. The bedrooms go on and on down the hallway with 3 bathrooms. There is a bbq grill out back with a picnik table. Everything we needed was present and stores and shopping are within biking distance. Hospitality is at its greatest on this gem! We all had a great time!

Summer 2021 family vacation
We had a great family vacation. The house was wonderful and right across the street from the beach. Mary was very attentive and kept us informed of everything going on around the house. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Family Gathering
Mary was a pleasure to work with creating a no-hassle experience. The house is charming, cozy and inviting, comfortably accommodating 8 adults. Fabulous location and a great outdoor garden-like sitting area. We would definitely rent this property again!! Thank you!

Fantastic place
I rented this location to be near where my daughter was getting married. It was a perfect place. it is very clean and love the decor. The back patio was nice to sit outside and chat while enjoying a drink. The manager was extremely quick on communicating with me when I had any questions. It is so close to the beach and they ended up getting married just across the street on the beach. Thank you Mary!

Wonderful place for FL Beach getaway
This was the perfect place for my big family to stay and be steps away from the beach! The house was clean, had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. Check in was so easy, and both ladies were very nice! We will definitely stay here again and had the best vacation here!

great location....unique....
SORRY to say but it does need a some " TLC ".....DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE....A LOG CABIN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR( even though the yellow siding covered most of the outside)...WOW.....DIFFERENT.....needs some shade for this time of year....hot,blazing sun isn't fun to sit in or play in....didn't want grandkids outside to long... brought a canopy for shade...a lot of traffic on the street(1st street) facing the ocean ( of course it was 4th JULY week)....
GREAT LOCATION....everyone was ecstatic about that....

Great location and very clean
This would have been perfect but it had a musty smell and there are no screens on the windows to air it out. The air conditioning worked great though. And the kitchen was well appointed. Nice layout and comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay! The weather did not cooperate but can’t fault anyone but Mother Nature for that! All needed necessities were available, home well taken care of and clean, excellent outside areas to sit and relax and so close to the beach!

Perfect getaway for our annual GA/FLA weekend!
We loved this sweet little beach house for our annual GA/FLA weekend! With three different couples and several other friends, we had plenty of space for fun and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and there were plenty of extra blankets for snuggling on the BEST couch. The location could not have been more perfect, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Place was very clean and well equipped. Location is excellent short walk to nice sports bar and nightlife. Even shorter walk to beach.
4 bedrooms was nice, 3 bathrooms with showers was awesome.
I would recommend this property to anyone.
Only reason I didn't give 5 star is outside patio area could be a little nicer or freshened up. 41/2 stars!

Awesome house with great owner
The house was an awesome house for the price. Great location. It was equipped with anything you may need from towels to dishes to beach toys. The owner is amazing. She actauy stopped by while we were unpacking to make sure we didn't have any problems gertit in and wished us a happy week. Highly recommended vacation house.
