Located in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for £198 per night is a great choice for your next break. Prefer Saturday arrival check in Our beautiful and spacious split-level townhouse with a one car garage is located across the street from Siesta Key Beach voted #1 beach in the world. Siesta Key Beach is known for its white powdery quartz sand that never gets hot to the touch. Siesta Key Beach offers tennis courts, volleyball courts, picnic tables, grills, snack bar and playground area for children. They also have a drum circle every Sunday night at sunset Our spacious first floor unit (approximately 1400 sq ft) has a large living room (16x24) with high ceilings that gives you an open and airy feeling when you walk in the door. There are ceiling fans through out the entire unit. The living room has a large balcony that overlooks the lake. There is a 55' Flat screen TV, DVD player, and a stereo/CD player for your entertainment. The new Key West style living room furniture has a sleeper sofa if you need additional sleeping space. The formal dining room (12x12) seats 6 comfortably and overlooks the lower level living room. The dining room also has new Key West Style furniture. The master bedroom (12x16) also has high ceilings and sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the lake. The master bedroom is furnished with new Key West style furniture. It has a king size bed with a new mattress & box springs and a 32' flat screen TV. The master bath has just been remodeled with all new tile, walk in shower, new vanity and sink, new dressing area vanity, all new mirrors and has mirrored closet doors. The second bedroom (12x12) has twin beds, 32' flat screen TV, large closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the upper level away from the master bedroom providing privacy for the guests. This bedroom also has new Key West style furniture with new mattress & box springs. The second bath which is located next to the second bedroom has been completely remodeled and updated. New tub, sink, toilet, tile floor and lighting. The fully equipped eat in kitchen (12x12) also offers a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has totally been remodeled with new cabinets, tile floor and new appliances. You should find the kitchen fully stocked with everything that you would need. The unit includes a one car garage (with garage door opener) that is located right below the unit. We provide some chairs, floats, beach toys, two adult bikes and one child's bike in the garage for your use. Our House At The Beach offers a large pool (heated), two private tennis courts, large open gazebo with tables/chairs and a grill if you wish to grill out during your stay. You can enjoy the sun by the pool or relax in the shade under the gazebo. Island activities include paddle boarding, jet skiing, fishing, boating (boat rentals), kayaking, parasailing, or just walking on the beach enjoying the beautiful white sand and the beautiful sunsets. The sunsets are MAGNIFICENT! They also have a weekly drum circle on the beach every Sunday night at sunset. You will want to go to Siesta Village where they have numerous nice restaurants and shops. Enjoy island style nightlife with some dancing or just listen to the band. The village is within walking distance (moderate walk) or short drive. There are several companies that offer FREE RIDES that you can take which are offered for TIP only. Downtown Sarasota is only 10 minutes away. There you can enjoy many fine restaurants, shopping, performing arts centers, opera, ballet, and symphony. If you are a golfer, Sarasota has numerous golf courses to choose from. If amusement parks are in your plans Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, and Tampa Aquarium are approximately one hour away. Disney, Universal, Epcot, and Sea World are approximately two hours away. We just return from our vacation in Siesta Keys and can’t say enough about the condo. You could not ask for a better home away from home. Condo has everything you would ever need, and you can’t beat the location. Trolley into town stops right outside the condo entrance. Décor throughout the unit was beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

We loved this condo! It was very spacious and clean. Furnishings and decor appeared to have been recently updated. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable too. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and spices. The beach was a short walk across the street. There were also plenty of beach chairs and toys. When we had questions, Phyllis was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Being directly across from the public beach entrance makes everything so easy. The trolley pick up is at the condo entrance allowing everyone to go shopping and eating in the village withoutthe hassle of parking. We will absolutely be back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. This unit was perfect our family. Our young kids had plenty of room and outlets, with tvs everywhere for the rainy mornings. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and very clean.
Being directly across from the street from the beach made it quick and unbothersome to get back to the unit to relax. Also the location made it easy to get into town for groceries.

The location was a perfect balance of close to the action and enough distance to allow for privacy. Our teenagers loved being close to the beach and a short bike ride from town. We couldn't have asked for better host, they check in with us to make sure everthing was good but gave us the privacy we want in a rental. We would stay there again.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located right across from the beach! We loved the back deck overlooking the pretty pond for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Beds are very comfy and the owner has included many amenities to make it like home. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was our second stay at this property and was once again wonderful. The furnishings and attention to detail are outstanding. The location is also great with Siesta Key Village a manageable 20-25 minute walk away. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

This was the perfect townhouse to visit Siesta Keys for the first time. The location of the unit was perfect, close to the beach, a nice pool, and close to Siesta Village. There is so much to do that we were busy every day. We did a bus tour of Sarasota which really helped us know what we wanted to see. We enjoyed the restaurants. Best of all we rented from a wonderful couple whose townhouse was wonderful.

Siesta Key is a beautiful beach. The public parking fills up in peak season so it was so convenient to be directly across the street. We could easily go to the beach multiple times in a day to walk, read and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

My husband and I rode the bikes up to the village which was a very short 5-6 minutes away and the houses on the way were Amazing to see! Highly recommend The Hub Baja (restaurant/bar) w/ outdoor seating ,live music and a Great menu (even for those of us with Dairy allergies and on Keto!!)

Family of 4 vacation
This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and we didn’t want to leave! Phyllis and Craig were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location! We didn’t even have to leave the island. Phyllis was always very responsive to any questions I had, and had every detail covered! We loved the bikes, and everything that made it feel like a home away from home! We will miss turtles out back, which were always there to greet us. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

We had a wonderful time in this unit. Couldn't beat the location across the street from the best beach! The unit was spacious, and great deck to watch the little turtles in in the pond each morning. We loved the bikes which we used often to take to the village. The kitchen had everything including washer and dryer which we used. Thank you!
