Situated in Palm Desert, this attractive condo for £78 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Home The home was designed for fun and relaxation! You're coming to the desert for its weather, right? Our extended patio encourages you to be outdoors! The patio is comfortably furnished for outdoor dining, evenings by the fire and grilling! Watch the golfers go by, nap, read, play cards, enjoy a cocktail, watch the sunset, grill your lunch or dinner, dine by candlelight, enjoy a fireside chat, etc. When you finally come inside, you will enjoy the recently updated decor throughout our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortable home. The master bedroom has a king bed, golf course view, TV and its own bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (or a king bed, your choice), TV and its own bath. This home is perfect for a small family, two couples or a single with visiting guests! Pack your clothes and come enjoy the desert sun! The home has everything you will need! Each bathroom has more toiletries than a luxury hotel room (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable shower cap, etc.) We provide all bed and bath linens and pool towels as well. There is a 15% discount if your stay is 28+ nights and the discount will automatically be applied to your quote if you enter 28+ nights as your stay. You do NOT pay the 12% city tax if you stay 28+ nights, so if you are booking 28+ nights, do NOT use instant booking!!! Enter the dates of your stay and then send an inquiry asking me to remove the 12% city tax. I will reply with a corrected quote with the tax removed and an invitation to book. The kitchen has granite counters, is well stocked and is open to the living area so you can visit while you cook. The kitchen has virtually every staple item (paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, condiments, oil, seasonings, etc.) so you only need to buy a few groceries once you arrive! The living area has a TV with cable and a DVD player and DVD library, comfortable seating, a dining area, high ceiling, all with a view of the golf course! We have also provided a small desk and basic office supplies. Notable features are central heat and AC, ceiling fans in every room, wifi, full size washer and dryer. We try very hard to make your stay relaxing and fun! We keep the property clean and well maintained for your comfort. We communicate well from initial inquiry to checkout. She had all the little things you miss when you leave home. She said the trains bothered a couple of people but you can barely hear them-no problem at all. Great trip.

This is a lovely unit. So peaceful sitting on the deck overlooking mountains and palm trees, entertained by birds and golfers. Close to all amenities. Unit has everything you need to live very comfortably, well stocked kitchen too. Our dog was happy there as it was just like home. Naomi is a congenial host, very easy to communicate with. Must return again!

My visit to this 2-bedroom condo in Palm Desert, California, was truly heartwarming as it allowed me to spend precious time with my son, daughter-in-law, and our new grandbaby. It felt like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to create beautiful family memories. One of the aspects that made our stay even more special was the fully stocked kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise to find everything we needed, from utensils to cookware. This meant we could prepare delicious homemade meals together, just like old times. We shared stories and laughter over the dining table, making it feel like a warm family gathering. What touched my heart the most was how comfortable and cozy the condo was. We found ourselves spending a lot of time indoors, not only because of the lovely living space but also because of our desire to be close to our precious grandbaby. The condo provided us with a peaceful retreat where we could bond with the newest member of our family. We cherished those moments of cuddles and laughter. Additionally, there was a nice space in the condo where we could gather and play games. It comfortably accommodated up to four, and sometimes even five of us. Whether it was a lively round of board games or a quiet evening of card games, it added a delightful touch to our stay. In the end, it wasn't just about the condo itself, but the warmth and togetherness it allowed us to experience. became more than just a vacation rental it was home for 7days

This was our second time to stay here and once again, it was fabulous. My husband golfed at many nearby courses. We went to the nearby Living Zoo and Gardens which is much bigger than you'd expect and well worth it. (You can feed a giraffe!) This is a great location for many great restaurants and shops and stores. A visit to the Brandini Toffee Factory in Rancho Mirage is always fun, hidden away behind some shops. Most of all, this condo has anything and everything you want or need during your stay. One of the many pools is a short walk from the condo. You'll have a perfect view of the spectacular sunsets from the patio, overlooking the 13th hole of the Palm Desert Resort Golf Course.. And Naomi and John are very responsive to any questions.

A fantastic property for our family to enjoy the Coachella Valley! It was a great jumping off point for trips to all the sights in Palm Springs. It had all the amenities of home and was very clean and tidy. The owners were very attentive to any needs we had and were easy to get in touch with. The pool was a few a short steps away and provided relief at the end of the day. A great stay and a great property! Look forward to our next trip!

Sitting on a security golf course home setting. Safe for walking, visiting country club for meals and plenty of swimming pools with hot tub so never crowd. Hostess keeps home stock well in the bathroom and kitchen if you want to cook. Keep you from needing to buy so much. So stress free and relaxing.?

Three of us stayed at Naomi's property for 4 nights and the home exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable place with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially loved the secure feeling if the community as well as access to the many pools in the neighborhood. Check in was a breeze! Our favorite thing was to spend mornings sitting on the patio enjoying the mountain view and watching golfers. I even saw my first ever roadrunner! Beep beep! ;)

I have stayed in different units in Palm Desert Resort CC and this is one of the best. Unit has been tastefully updated and beautiful western views of the mountains. Kitchen had everything we needed and appreciate the extra tank of propane in case BBQ ran out. Easy walk to the pool.

It is in a gated community which is very efficiently run. Everyone on the property was so friendly. If you play Pickleball, this is the place to stay! There is also golf. The unit is quite small. Two couples could be tight. (To be fair, my husband and I travel with a lot of stuff. It is cozy, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks over the Christmas holiday. My son, daughter & her boyfriend, and sister and brother-in-law joined us for Christmas dinner. The property was very clean and quiet, with nice views of the golf course and mountains. The people at the gate were very pleasant and accommodating to our guests. When we cooked Christmas dinner, we found everything we needed!! Very well-kept property that I would definitely stay at again, and would recommend to others.

My husband and I share birthdays Nov 15th. Our adult son joined us. Communications with hosts, Aline, Naomi and John were most helpful before and during our stay. We were extremely happy here! Everything we needed had been thought of. Hosts were most welcoming and accommodating, even acknowledging our birthdays with pizza and beer on our arrival! We hope they will welcome us back!
