Moderne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Meeres. Gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.
Sehr stark riechender Raumduft, dieser konnte jedoch entfernt werden. Leider lag unser Apartment in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, davor direkt eine Strasse welche für La Graciosa sehr stark befahren ist. Es werden vom selben Anbieter auch einige Apartments direkt am Meer angeboten- dies würden wir empfehlen.

Ubicación muy buena: a 2 mins del supermercado y a 5 del puerto. Está todo en muy buenas condiciones y decorado con gusto.
Estuvimos 2 días y durante casi 1 día no tuvimos wifi. Entiendo que no es algo que dependa de ellos, pero entonces deberían avisarlo en el anuncio para que así no lo reserve alguien que depende al 100% de ello.
Le faltaban algunos básicos en la cocina como aceite, sal,…

DO NOT book this place in the middle of nowhere. The island is a separate island to lanzarote. The staff was not responsive. Waiting to connect for half a day with all our luggage and a child. My first bad review and I've been traveling for years, I've stayed in hostels that treat people better.

We really liked our stay. The location is perfect. The staff was nice and the apartment was what we expected, even little bit darker. The kitchen could be more equiped. We do not complain but it always gets better impression when there is larger bed/kings bed.
The area of living room is little bit dark.

Facilities in the apartment were good.Very Clean.Lady on duty was lovely.Bathroom excellent. Close to harbour good position.Love Graciosa stay each year.
That we were in a side apartment with nowhere to sit outside !! Lots of empty apartments available really disappointing.Bed was so hard like sleeping on a plank of wood.2 nights with little sleep ! Nowhere to hang out wet clothes.Will not book here next year.

I liked the comfort of the bed and everything was very new and clean.
The kitchen was well equipped, it would have been helpful to have a kettle.

bed was quite hard (for our preference). property is well insulated, so condensation builds up and hard to dry things (eg bath towels), with no outside rack or rail. terrace is very small

A well appointed apartment in a nice location. Easy to check in and the free bottle of wine was a nice touch.
A few small things could be improved: the WiFi wasn't working and after a day the bins needed changing and it wasn't clear how to do this. Otherwise all good.

The apartment is very nice and has all you need for a short or longer stay. A fully equipped kitchen, a shower with a lot of space, a comfortable living room and a big bedroom. I really enjoyed the stay at La Graciosa - a small and amazing island. The best way to discover the island is to rent a bike and do some great hikings along the beach and on the volcanos.

It was self catering. The shower was great.
Wifi that worked. A proper terrace. staff who could tackle a problem when it arose and not blame others for the problems in the first place. It was grossly over priced.

Quite big appartment (we had a one bedroom appartment with living room). Irene - that we saw the day after our arrival and the day we left - is very nice.
There are no shutters in the living room where is the sofa-bed and unfortunately there is a strong street lamp just in front of the room. So you need a mask to sleep if you are sensitive to light (we were 3, so one of us had to sleep in the living room). Also, it would be nice to find basic food like sugar, salt, oil, tea ...(things that are not expensive but you do not want to buy or carry for 2 days).
The arrival was complicated because the woman who wellcame us (not Irene, it was her day off) did not speak english at all and did not find our booking (of course we had a copy of it, but it still remained complicated ...).
