About this condo rental
Situated in Avon, this attractive condo for £122 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beautiful 2nd floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found. Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems. At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh. Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Condo has a well supplied kitchen, comfortable bedding and is spacious. Because we have little skiers we opted to drive and park each day at BC Village however, the shuttle service to gondola seems like a very easy way to get onto the mountain (just not to the ski school area.) The staff at BC West was very friendly and helpful.

The condo was updated and nice for skiing Beaver Creek. The condo has been updated and shuttle to gondola was nice. A couple items in the condo need repaired but it did not interfere with our stay.

Perfectly reasonable place to stay, clean and has everything you need. Always wish linens carpets and upholstery were better but ski condos get a lot of wear and tear, so I understand. Check in and staff were great. Shuttle to bc gondola very convenient and vail shuttles are later in the week. All in a good value.

Had a great experience at this conveniently-located condo.
Pros: large unit, lots of room for luggage/gear, adequately-appointed kitchen, plenty of toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels, nice balcony, large and convenient hot tubs/pool and sauna. The bus system in the area is easy to use and operates throughout the day/evening which made getting to the slopes easy. Not too far of a walk from this location to restaurants, groceries, and a drugstore.
Opportunities for improvement: This unit could use some updating (especially the mattresses, which were very soft). The large living area could use additional comfortable seating (another armchair or a loveseat instead of the rocking chair). The sliding shower door in the master bathroom is a little broken (not connected to the track at the bottom, precarious).

We had a wonderful time in Avon & Beaver Creek Feb. 23-26th. This property was overall good but there are a few things that could be improved by the owner/management company to make it great. As a Vacation Property owner in Texas, I think the property was fairly accurate as listed but a few things could be improved.
-Guest Info Binder with helpful info was not on the counter or main table, so we didnt see it until our 2nd day.
-The check in process was fairly easy and staff were friendly but it did require arriving in person to sign documents.
-The coffee maker is a traditional 12 cup drip coffee maker (FYI wait for it to finish brewing, because it wont stop dripping when you remove the carafe) but there is also a Keurig single pod coffee maker too for this unit. There is no coffee provided other than leftovers from other stays (also no sugar for coffee).
-Dishwasher detergent pods were not provided for our stay but they are available in the office (we didnt know this until our last night)
- Dish washing liquid was provided but it was nearly empty. there was a dirty dingy scrub brush but no sponge provided for hand washing dishes.
-Fairly well equipped kitchen except no wire whisk or measuring cups or measuring spoons. We found an almost empty salt shaker but no pepper. The pots/pans and cooking utensils had seen better days but usable.
-Bar Soap was provided in the bathrooms but no shampoo/conditioner was provided
-Bed comforters were thin and blankets were hard to find for everyone. It would be nice to have thicker blankets for each bed on those extra cold nights.
-Need Better instructions on how to adjust the heaters in each room
-Fireplace in listing did not indicate if it was wood or gas (it is traditional wood) and whether wood was provided (it is, on the back porch) but no fire starting materials like a starter log or smaller kindling was provided. A lighter was found in a kitchen drawer but not near the fireplace. We decided to not bother.
-Building well equipped but stairs were icy and nighttime lighting outdoors was spotty or not very bright in places like the stairs (the stairs by our unit had an LED light that was barely working).
-Free shuttle provided - This part was in the listing it only takes you to the Riverfront Gondola area of Avon BUT they leave out that it also drops you steps from "Avon Station" where there is a free city shuttle (Skier Express) to the BC Village directly.

The condo was exactly as expected and wanted. The shuttle picked us up just a few steps from our front door and dropped us off near the gondola that took us to Beaver Creek.
The locals were very helpful with advice on where to eat and shop. Extremely friendly, which hasn't always been the case in other ski resorts.
The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items to complete just about any meal.
Unfortunately, our time was spent on the mountain skiing so we did not check out the pool/hot tub.
I would definiely stay here again.

This property was exactly like the pictures. The check in process was easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. There is Nottingham Lake just steps away. They have a small beach, paddle boarding and paddle boats. A City Market grocery store 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable. They loan out tennis rackets. I highly recommend!

10 minutes to Vail for the Bravo Festival. Very clean, cool, spacious and comfortable. Host responds quickly to messages. Accommodating when requesting an hour early check-in time. Staying in the same complex in a couple of weeks.

Clean and great location
We traveled with our family of 4 for the Vail lacrosse tournament and the location was perfect. Nottingham lake was to the back of the property and was an excellent surprise. Our boys spent a lot of their off time swimming in the lake and exploring. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a nice area for Beaver Creek skiing. There is a bus that comes right through the property takes you to the Westin for the gondola. There is a view of the mountain from the living room sliding glass doors. The walls and ceiling are thin, so just be prepared. This unit is on the second floor. There was wood for use in the fireplace which was very nice. Beds were comfortable. There are 2 hot tubs and the heated pool.

This VRBO is managed by Beaver Creek West Condominiums. 4pm check in became 4:35, so a little inconvenient after a full day skiing. This is an older unit, but is in a great location and provides clean and comfortable accommodations . . . everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Avon.
