Nestled in Palm Beach Gardens, this charming house for £279 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Christmas is available from around 16 - 30 Dec and we prefer to rent min 10 days. Enjoy your vacation in confines PGA National. Our home is in the gated community called Marlwood, located in PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This wonderful four bedroom home that was totally renovated 2017 offers an open plan living area with open floor plan and a kitchen/living room featuring high ceiling, sliding glass doors that open to your covered patio and connects you to the huge outdoor spaces with an over sized private pool and a lovely view overlooking the PGA squire golf course and a pond. Our home is 3400 sq/ft under air with all new furniture. The house offering a spacious well appointed kitchen and futures a bright casual dining area surrounded by windows that overlook the pool area and the golf course. The home has a 75' smart TV in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 3,5 baths, 1 with a tub. The master suite has a king size bed, 55' smart TV, a sliding door leading to the patio, walk-in closet and a luxurious master bath with his and hers vanities, a bathtub and a shower. There is also another guest room with a 32' flat screen TV. All 4 bedrooms have king size beds. New hardwood floor, new beds and furniture. The large covered patio offers dining furniture and lounge area and a private over sized pool. Fully equipped house with everything you need for a great vacation. In Florida you will enjoy some of the greatest golf in the United States. PGA National has played host to The Honda Classic, Ryder Cup and the PGA Championship. Our home is only 10 minutes from the beach, The Gardens Mall featuring Saks, Nordstrom's, Macy's and Bloomingdale's is only 10 minutes away, numerous of restaurants in all price ranges nearby and much more. Only 15 minutes from Palm Beach and City Place, Worth Avenue and Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts. Only 15 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport and 75 min from Miami airport. Here is a price indication for the rest of the year. 1 week is 2.800-3.500. 2 weeks 4.500-5.500. 1 month 7.000-15.000. General Golf Info: PGA National is a private golf course. We do NOT have a membership, You can play at PGA National if you play as a guest to a member or take a golf lesson. Sometimes during low season you can also book tee times online, no membership needed. If you are interested, I can inform you later what web side. There is a lot of great golf courses close by. North Palm Beach Country Club, the course is not so long but you have to think twice before selecting a club, one of the best greens around. Abacoa Golf Club , super nice, good greens. Sandhill Crane, just 10 min away. They just finished 3 million renovation with Bermuda grass greens. One of the most challenging one is Madison greens, about 25 min south. If you want more golf courses, you´re welcome to contact me. General Resort info and more: At the resort you can use the restaurants and the spa. Since we are not a member you can not use the resort pool or fitness facilities. There is a new L.A. Fitness only 2-3 min away, it is great and they even have a long lap pool, they also have great rates. There is also the PGA Park that can be used without membership. It´s located on the right side when you enter PGA from Northlake Blvd (South). At the PGA Park they have several soccer fields, tennis courts (good), basketball... they are all free of charge. There is big public tennis facilities with 13 tennis Courts (nice) only 5-8 min away.

This house was so nice. I cannot say enough about Rolf. He was so fast at getting back to me, and very accommodating. The house was very open with lots of sitting room, and the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and lots of cabinet space to work on. The pool was very nice, and clean. Location was perfect.

The property was a good size and good location, but the house was not well cleaned at all. It was only surface clean. There were crumbs under the couch cushions, the sheets had stains on them, the house also had ants and cockroaches. We had an issue with one of the bathroom faucets which was broken but instead of fixing it, the owner told us to do it ourselves. So, it was not great service. The house had a nice pool. Overall stay was average, but cleanliness of house is an issue. Owner needs to get proper cleaning service in there to do deep clean and get rid of the ants and cockroaches.

This property is absolutely one of the most beautiful, trust me I’ve stayed in many! The owner is extremely helpful responds immediately and you can need for nothing, the house is pristine and very comfortable. Easy accessibility to all shopping and restaurants. We did not want to leave! Thx Rolf

We stayed at Rolf's house this past week. It was perfect for us and it was very smooth dealing with Rolf. Beautiful open floor plan house with plenty of room and four spacious bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor area and pool. Very quiet street and it was peaceful relaxing by the pool with nice view of the golf course. Great location right off PGA Boulevard, and there are extensive dining and shopping options very close. Thanks Rolf, I hope to return soon.

We traveled here for a family Thanksgiving. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. The layout of the house is very spacious, and allowed for plenty of room for our group of 8. The pool was beautiful and provided many hours of entertainment for our kids. We all agreed, this was one of the best houses that we have stayed in!

I stayed here with my family and friends for a week for my daughter's dance competition. The house was very clean and well kept. The pool was great, very clean. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you'd need to make a meal. Rolf was quick to get back to me with any concerns, although there really were not any problems. The location is great and there were lots of choices for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home and if I'm ever back in Palm Beach I'd 100% stay there again

Rolf’s home is truly lovely and by far the best home I've ever stayed in and could not have been more pleased! The home was jaw-droopingly beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. Even at max occupancy as listed there is room for everyone and the house is absolutely perfect. The children indeed had room to play while the adults still had ample space to relax. I'd recommend for anyone.

Stayed for a week, house was clean, well stocked, comfortable, nice amenities. Plenty of towels, blankets, cooking supplies, pool toys, and good location. House was right by entrance to PGA off PGA Blvd which gave easy access to 95, shopping, restaurants, dunkin donuts, and Public plus West Palm and Jupiter. Rolf is responsive but 8 hrs time difference so contact first thing in our morning. Easy access to house, good instructions and information on area things to do. Would stay again for sure...
