Check in was swift and easy, the cabin was as advertised, very clean and in a superior location. Only suggestion I would have is to update the DVD player for one which plays blue ray. Cause you never know! Overall, a great stay for me and my fiancee, will gladly do it again!

Exactly as described. The most peaceful place with the river right outside that sounds like total heaven. We will definitely be back to this River Paradise.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and the view of the Little River from the back porch. It is such a relaxing and peaceful place.

Very peaceful cabin with the river running behind. I could just sit on the porch all day and listen to the river. Beds were comfortable and everything is as advertised. Close to stores and restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful.

We were right in the middle of Townsend. Just a few miles away from the entrance to the National Park. Great restaurants & coffee shops. Easy access to the cabin with great river view. Cabin had all the comforts of home & was exactly as advertised.

The cabin was exactly as advertised, cozy & warm feeling. Th creek behind the cabin was a plus. Enjoyed resting on back porch after full day of adventuring out.

What a wonderful piece of heaven. Quiet, easy location for activities, walking distance to restaurants, beautiful creek behind the property. Looking forward to returning in May.

The cabin was just as advertised. Beautiful setting near the Little River. Very easy to find and access. Close to park and eateries but did not have that crowded feel you get near the Smokies. Great communications also.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Our first night was great, and we enjoyed a peaceful dinner by the river.
But the mornings were another story. There was major construction on the unit next door, with power saws, hammering and even a Bobcat loader beginning at 7:00 AM. We would made another selection had we known about the construction.
We expected anpeaceful place by the river, but that was not the case in the morning. Ask questions. Be aware that there may be circumstances you will not know about until you arrive at the property.

We really enjoyed our trip, even the rain. The cabin was the right fit for our family vacation. Everything we needed was already there for us. Two of us went zip lining, and all four went to the caverns. All in all a great time.
Thanks.

Loved the cabin, location, everything about our stay was great! The air conditioner worked great which was nice with the hot days, and being right on the river was awesome!
Only thing I’d recommend would be some privacy shades on the front and back door so at night people can’t see right in. Thanks for letting us stay there, can’t wait to book again!!

This log cabin is a gem. The moment you walk inside you see the charm from room to room. The views from the backyard as you relax on many swings is spectacular and so relaxing. The cabin is centrally located. Our host Tommy was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. We were very comfortable in “Oasis on the River!”

Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. The creek in the backyard is wonderful!

Booked the cabin for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The cabin was clean. The view was spectacular. The only negatives were an over complicated coffee machine. We had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Some of our food had to be thrown away. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The path to the river was very steep. Steps would’ve help. The ring cameras were activated, and we felt an invasion of privacy.

Had a great time in Townsend. Hiked to Laurel Falls and the Middle Prong trail, drove the Cades Cove loop and the Foothills Parkway and had some great meals. The Cabin was clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed sitting out by the little river and watching the tubers go down the river.
Highly recommended!

We came to the area to attend the quilt show in Pigeon Forge. As always, we preferred to stay in Townsend. It’s the quieter side of the Smokies, and a lovely drive up Wears Valley Road to get to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was exactly what we wanted. And proximity to Cades Cove is a bonus. We will return.

Cabin is right off the main road but with the creek in the backyard it is so relaxing and peaceful. Very clean, had all the necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was very clean and set up. loved the back porch and water so close. A little construction noise down the road, but other than that, things were relaxing.--LR

We had a wonderful three day weekend! The main purpose of our trip was to visit the Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival, but since it rained most of the day Saturday, the main focus turned out to be quality time with family in the cabin. This cabin had every amenity as advertised and more. Since we are 67, 85 and 93 yrs old we all appreciated relaxing on the porch swings and listening to the Little River. Thanks you for a great time!

We loved this place. The view of the river was amazing and the location of the property allowed us to be in the National Park in a few minutes or in Pigeon Forge in about 30 minutes. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be staying there again.

This was our second year of staying at this riverfront cabin while attending the Bronco Super Celebration. It has all of the aminities needed and is spotless. It is a wonderful cabin with a spacious deck overlooking the river, lots of yard and a nice, newly added, patio. We ate nearly every meal outdoors. The decor is perfect for a cabin and the gas fireplace is wonderful for taking off the evening chill. The location is beautiful and it is on the "peaceful side of the mountain" but within easy driving distance of popular attractions and right next to GSMNP. We were fortunate this year to "friend" the neighborhood goose couple. He was a beggar but we enjoyed watching her on her pier nest. On our last night their 8 goslings exited the nest for the first time and came to visit as well as on the morning of our departure! We also watched a blue heron fishing the river and a couple of unique duck varities.Perfect place for us and we have reserved our third year stay already! Highly recommend staying here! (Just not on the week we like!😄LOL)

This was our second time at this cabin and we just as pleased this time as the first. Everything was neat, clean and amply supplied with the basics. The cabin is right on the river. Great location near entrance to Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We will definitely go back and recommend this cabin.

Very nice cabin with everything you need to get away from the pressures of the city. We were there in March and it was a bit cold, but the cabin was cosy and warm.
Definitely the quiet side of the Smokies, don’t go to Gatlinburg! Townsend is a great town with everything you need and you are minutes away from Cades Cove.
