About this condo rental
Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 in sunny South Maui! The interior of this condo is ALL NEW due to a recent complete remodel, including new bathrooms, new cabinets and appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, new Hawaiian-style furniture, linens, art work, decorations and much more. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child. Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage. Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations. Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community. A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer. Information was shared with us from the beginning of our booking. We received information about the area such as things to do and eat. A week before we received information on how to check-in and check-out of the condo. It was great to receive a welcoming package especially after long flight. We enjoyed the facility and its amenities - pool and beachfront, and we even used the grill for a night in. It was a quiet place and the room was sufficient for a family of 4. We spent most of our time outdoors, surfing and exploring the island. A few things to note. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so you have to be cautious in getting in and out of your car.
The king size bed is upstairs that may hinder those who have trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit narrow. The bathrooms are an open shower concept with a partial barrier wall but be prepared to have a wet toilet floor. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family. We would go back.

Beautiful beach and location. Rental was ok, clean but smaller than pictures showed. Staff could have been nicer, seemed put-off and short when we asked for assistance on password information and 1 hour extra for checkout.

It was like staying in a boutique hotel! Only two stories, maybe about 40 units. Small enough to meet and get to know other guests, many of whom were frequent visitors. The unit was recently updated, and the location was perfect - directly ON the beach. Everything we needed for the kitchen, pool, and the beach were available. Would love to visit again!

Great Stay. Coffee and Tea on the patio in the morning to get your day started with great ocean view. Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

lovely condo and grounds/pool however location is VERY windy every day for most of the day. You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

We have enjoyed many stays at Kihei Sands & have stayed in both 1 and 2 bedroom units. We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.

Kiehi Sands always provides a fantastic Maui experience. It's location and grounds are ideal for soaking up the beauty of Sugar Beach. Our condo is always clean and well maintained, but our favorite part is the beach and pool area where we can relax and enjoy the view, the beautiful sunsets, walking the beach, and seeing the whales appear on a regular basis. The managers are always friendly and helpful, too.

Great place right on the beach. Unit was clean and nicely equipped. Loved the care package left on the table. The pool was nice and the extra beach toys were fun for the kids. The parking lot was very tight.

Wow! What a beautiful spot! Walk out your door to the ocean! The unit had everything you'd need to make a meal even though we never did, too many great spots to eat on Maui. Strongly recommend Monkeypod kitchen! I drank my coffee on the patio and watched whales every morning. Would totally stay here again.

Really enjoyed the property and the location. Loved that everything is so easy to get to. Central location of Kihei Sands was perfect for us as we wanted to drive and visit as many different places as possible in our 10 days.

Nice area, parking could of been better. Overall decent but our unit had cockroaches. Management didn’t seemed like they cared and didn’t do much except throw a few traps in the unit. Expensive trip to spend time with cockroaches

This property was perfect for our family. We rented six condos so each family had their own space. We loved the location, the pool, the common patio area and the proximity to the beach (steps away). The property was well maintained with a friendly helpful staff. We walked on the beach to the ABC store and farmers market. Short drive to Kihei town. Restaurants we liked were Coconuts, Cafe Olea, and Maui Brewing. Some in our family did Zipline, Surfing lessons, snorkeling, and luau.
