Aloha and Welcome to beautiful Kihei Resort unit # 120 which is conveniently located in the back of a quiet oasis. This is a lushly landscaped resort with a beautiful Hawaiian ambience. Comfortable linens, nice pillows , absolutely stunning views of the grounds, comfortable furnishings, light and bright and oh so clean. NEWLY REMODELED! Check our new photos just added a few weeks ago! This condo is located in the back of the resort so it is nice and quiet! *MOST IMPORTANT*You will be ecstatic that you have chosen to stay here at Kihei Resort. We provide Laundry soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and SO MUCH MORE ( Full size washer/dryer in the condo ) , beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, hair dryer, and SO MUCH MORE! It was clean and had all the right amenities and I really have no complaints

Grounds were very nice. Staying here in the winter might be problematic due to flooding issues in this area. Susan addressed any issues promptly.

Clean and well appointed unit. I found the pull out sofa uncomfortable but would likely be fine for petite people. I also wished there was a kitchen table for our family to eat at together but i guess i missed the memo in thy listing description that there wasn't one.
The main issue had nothing to do with the unit, but to do with the property manager. When my husband didn't answer to door to him fast enough, he started to enter the unit.
Also, with this manager, i would not call this a child friendly stay. There were many children making bare minimize minimum sound in the public pool during pool hours and all were repeatedly told to "be quiet". "No horseplay". "There are cameras". He was in at least three conflicts with parents besides me.
So while i wanted to leave a great review and considered not leaving one because i couldn't leave a good one, and Susan was great and did all she could to help.... i needed to share my experience.
If you want you kids to play at the pool, look elsewhere. For just 2 adults, id give the place a higher rating.

Pictures are outdate. We were pleasantly surprised! The property is incredibly clean and modern. The location is perfect. Very quiet area and centrally located to the rest of the island. There are 2 AC units and 2 ceiling fans. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, etc.

Lovely, clean, fully equipped apartment tucked in amongst tropical garden grounds right across from the beach with calm waters and resting turtles early morning and at sunset. Safe, comfortable, midway between all parts of Maui. Friendly host and property manager. Highly recommend!

We cannot thank Susan enough. The condo was newly renovated and clean very spacious and absolutely beautiful. It came with beach toys, laundry and all your kitchen needs plus more! I had a couple issues at the beginning regarding the reservation on my part, but she answered all my questions, was patient and helped me through. She also responded very quickly which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place as it was a perfect location to beaches, shops and only 15-20 min from the airport. Mahalo and see you again soon!

Unit was way beyond our expectations. Nicely appointed with above average items. Unit is ground floor in back area of complex which makes it quite, near bbq area and assigned parking spot.

The furnishings and condo were extremely clean, with beautiful new furnishings that have a beach theme! Very quiet with lovely grounds and a nice private patio to enjoy outdoors.

Enjoyed our stay and except for the kids constantly running back and forth upstairs, really enjoyed the place. Would stay there again.

Condo was just as advertised. Had everything we needed. Susan was very responsive and even put in a shower chair I had ordered and sent. Although the condo is not advertised as wheelchair-accesible, it could work for someone who can walk a little. There is a walk-in shower and unit is ground level. I could get my wheelchair in the front door and main areas, just not the bathroom and bedroom. Patio is a so nice and quiet, felt like I was in a tropical paradise!

It is a good place to stay for vacation. It was clean and had new appliances. Location is good because it is right across the street from the beach. Outside is very beautiful and had an island feeling. It had everything needed to go to beach. Close to Kihei shopping stores for food and shopping.

Close to beach, yet still quiet. Beautiful gardens. Near restaurants. Well equipped. Kitchen had recently been completely updated. Owner communication was very helpful.

We loved the location of the condo. It was so close to a nice park and the beach. Because we did not rent a car we found the bus system to be very convenient and efficient.

The property was just as described. We were able to walk across the street to the beach where we enjoyed our days in the warm Pacific waters and soft beach sand. We used the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided. The property was peaceful and well landscaped. The kitchen was well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location, etc. However the night before we would be leaving the next day, a note was posted on our door that Pest Control would be spraying outside and inside of our unit by 8:00am. It indicate that if we had allergies or issue with smell, etc. we should vacate 2 hours prior. *I contacted our host via text/email, but did not hear anything back until the morning. This would be our final day and we needed those morning hours to pack. By 8am, pest control was pounding on our door. Needless to say, we made a hurried and non-relaxing exit on our last day. I expected to receive some small compensation due to this inconvenience, but did not receive anything other than I'm sorry that happened. We would still appreciate some sort of compensation in respect to this issue. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Kehai resort. Everything was just as advertised. Great location! Right across from the beach and close to grocery stores/markets. The beach chairs, umbrella, and body board in the apt were especially great to have. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our Maui trip. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more! I loved how it is tucked away so you feel a sense of privacy but also a short walk and you are on a beautiful beach! The location was the perfect spot to adventure the island and check out local shops and restaurants.
