GORGEOUS VIEW - 7th FLOOR OF SUGAR TOP - SAVE BY RENTING Thru VRBO - GATED RESORT WITH INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB!! Our unit has been renovated, and is one of the best units in Sugar Top! Large (1100 square foot) condominium high atop Sugar Mountain. Here you look out over several states at an elevation of more than 5000 feet. The beautiful scenery is viewable from each room or on your own private balcony. Condo is nestled in an alpine-like village, Banner Elk. At night, view the lights of village below - heavenly sunsets, very romantic - peaceful, serene setting. The building also has large, outdoor deck. Convenient 24 hour front desk and 24 hour security. There are many activities in the area. From the first floor, step into the All Seasons Recreational Center with its indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Enjoy all of this while feasting on the mountain scenery through windowed walls.

We loved being so close to the slopes and the view (on the days it wasn't cloudy) was beautiful. If we come back again next year we will try to stay in the same location.

Beautiful view of Sugar Mountain! We loved the opportunity to be active or just hang out at the pool. Very nice condo to stay!

Nice view with the exception of the scaffolding on the sides of the buildings. The property is in the process of being repainted and balconies sanded down to the metal for repainting. Other than the constant noise from their work, the stay was nice.
Luckily, we were not at the property at all times. The area is beautiful with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy.

It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was fabulous. The view from the place was absolutely breathtaking.
The biggest down fall was the parking. You had to be shuttled from parking lot to the condo. They let you drive to front door to drop off luggage then back down to a parking lot. On the upside you didn't have to wait long for the shuttle. I think at most was 5 minutes. I would definitely stay again. Other than parking it would be 5 stars.

We enjoyed the condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Loved the stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Our only problem was checking out. There was only one working elevator so I had to wait 40 min to bring our luggage down. Other than that little inconvenience we enjoyed our stay

Nicely decorated condo at the top of the mountain, close to Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Beach mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Blue Ridge Parkway. This was a comfortable oasis to watch the autumn colors. With two queen size beds/bedrooms and two full paths. It was perfect for our stay.

My mom who is a real estate agent and has always lived in cities decided she would like to come on a few short hikes in the mountains with my small family. Needed a place that was nice to come home to for her tastes yet near the beauty of the mountains. This condo is very tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The indoor pool facilities were so appreciated by my daughter and we all enjoyed the whirlpool after a day of hiking. Peaceful with a nice dinner area we enjoyed nightly. Easy to get to a day of fun shopping as well. If we had stayed longer we would have done some of the other local activities as well. There seemed like a lot of things to do.

Great Stay For The Highland Games
My husband and our two adult daughters enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games and the location of the condo was perfect. We loved the view of the mountains from the patio and imagine the views in the winter are incredible too. Looking forward to returning.

Unit was nicely furnished, but had a number of small issues that kept the unit from getting 5 stars. I do trust that these issues will get addressed. Building itself is showing its age, however they have embarked on a major upgrade of the building that will really improve it.

Awesome weekend getaway!
We’ve had the best stay this weekend for Father’s Day. The unit is beautiful & clean! We’ve stayed at sugartop for years & I can honestly say this is one of the best! The hosts are wonderful as well! Great all the way around! We will definitely look them back up next time we come to SugarTop.

Very nice stay
The condo was very nice and just as advertised. We had great views of the skiers and very cold weather. The property was so nice we didn't mind staying in from the cold.

The condo was very clean, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The resort staff was courteous and helpful. Pool, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room were well maintained and very relaxing. Owners were easy to work with and responded to any requests quickly. We would certainly stay again and highly recommend this unit.

This condo was amazing, we loved the the sunset views and the complex was really close to Grandfather Mountain where we did all our hiking.
