Aloha. Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Kihei Kai Nani searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us. Mark and Pam Snag one of the best deluxe units available for rent in all of South Kihei at dynamite rates for a great time on Maui. This is an absolutely incredible condo with Wailea looks at a Kihei price and only 15 seconds to an Awesome beach! This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit. FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit! Two person max occupancy. 1 bedroom. NO sleeper sofa. We also own another high demand vacation rental at the Maui Vista complex just down the road. All was great! Except I have decreased vision….so I had some difficulty in kitchen , especially when sun went down. Some of lights didnt work.

The unit looks better in person than online and is exactly as advertised. Loved the little touches like beach chairs for use. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a beach at your front door. Great place to stay.

The condo was very nice. Clean, well stocked with essentials, comfortable bed, very nice pool and lots of toys to play with. And the location was great right across the street from a beautiful beach with a pedestrian crossing to make access easy. Within walking distance of several really good restaurants and delis. We couldn’t have asked for for a better place to stay on our first trip to Maui!

Really nice unit. Right on S Kihei st which is pretty busy but the unit is located in an interior space so very very little noise. Literally across the street from Kam2 beach and 5 restaurants within 150 ft. Had a couple of contacts with owner prior to arrival (just quick questions) and always got a quick and thorough reply. Owner also doesn't have an encyclopedia of work they expect from you. I respect that. Clean up behind yourself and respect the property and everything is fine. Would recommend the unit

Can not ask for anything more . Location , cleanliness, amenities are all excellent . Unit just as described , unit fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a basic or complex meal . Close to so many good eateries you dont need to cook . Super fast and stable Wifi , had 1 minor issue that was handled with ease by a couple texts with owner . This is my new go to when coming back to Kihei . Don't miss an amazing place by passing this close to perfect unit . Thank You Mark and Pam

This place was just as advertised. The condo has been updated and includes all the necessities, I would definitely stay here again. The location is directly across the street from the beach and is located close to several restaurants and bars.

So close to the beach, you can see the ocean across the road from the patio. The host was excellent and quick to respond. The place itself is nicely decorated and surprisingly spacious and has many extras. It looks better than the pictures show, they even have a ceiling fan in the bedroom! I highly recommend staying here.

This is my first time to Maui so I’m a bit biased but this has been the best vacation I’ve taken in my entire life. The beaches are gorgeous and the condo is right across the street from it. This condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to coolers for the beach and even beach chairs / boogie boards. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who isn’t familiar with Hawaii and doesn’t necessarily have an idea of what they will get into.

This condo is in an awesome location. This is the second time we have stayed in this property. It has great amenities. It was clean and has been kept up really well. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen is great. The owners were very responsive to messages.

Loved the location. Close parking. Good air conditioning. Lots of stores close by. Hated the door lock system, very difficult to figure out. Would have liked instructions to the TV. Nicely set up condo.

This little condo has everything you need and is quiet and well-supplied with beach gear, although this was a work trip for us and we pretty much just slept here and had 16 hour work days out. However, the only sheets were on the only bed, so my coworker who slept on the couch had to make do with borrowing my blanket to sort of burrow in. There were extra bed pillows, which was good. We appreciated the use of non-scented laundry detergents, which are a real issue for many. Thanks! The AC unit in the living room needs repair as it rained steadily and could not be used. Something is up with it and we informed the cleaning lady who knocked promptly at 10am about it. Overall it was easy to find, easy to use, well-stocked (other than bedding--there really should be a spare set of sheets in general), and seems to be undergoing updating.

My wife and I had a great time. This condo is in an awesome location, close to all the necessary things but also not in the middle of all the super touristy fancy things just our speed. The beach across the street is awesome not crowded clean and great for watching sunsets and having fun on.

What a fabulous stay at the Kihei Kai Nani! We’ve been there several times, and love the location across from the Kam 2 beach. There’s good parking for this unit, and the pool is great. There’s so much going on in Kihei, and the complex is so close to walk to any number of shops or restaurants, that if you can get there, you don’t really need a car (but being able to explore the rest of gorgeous Maui is awesome!) Kihei isn’t as soul-less as we find the resorts; it feels like “real Maui”! The unit is great, perfectly placed in the complex, a few steps to the street to walk across and be at the beach. You can see some of the sunset from the lanai (looking through a beautiful palm!) The unit was clean and well stocked. Nicely decorated and comfy furniture, especially the bed. The only cons: being so perfectly placed by the beach in Kihei means you get some street noise from the bedroom, and the TV needed some instructions for non- techno guests, but who needs TV? (We did finally figure it out!) There are great restaurants, but our faves are the Paia Fish Co for great fish burgers, the Monkeypod for killer happy hour and best Mai tais ever made, the Maui tacos for fish tacos, Da Kitchen for real Hawaiian food and plate lunches, and last but not least: Maui Bread Co for their amazing Hawaiian muffins!! The bomb!!

Great condo and location! We loved walking across the street to catch the sunset on the beach after a long day out. We were close enough to plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities, without as much of the touristy feel of Kaanapali (which is beautiful too!). The condo has beach gear and coolers, plus everything you need to make dinner and drinks when you get back from the beach. It was great to not have to worry about renting or buying everything. The owners were quick to reply to questions and all of the staff we encountered in the office and grounds were friendly and helpful. We will definitely try to book this unit again if we return to Maui. Thank you!

This condo has lovely kitchen and bathroom upgrades as advertised. Appliances are top notch and we were provided with everything we needed. Closet space was adequate and extra hangars appreciated. It is convenient (walking distance) to stores and eateries. Despite instructions, could not figure out how to personalize the access code, but it was not really necessary anyway. Owners were very responsive to questions when booking and on arrival. Mark even notified us of an early check-in option. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our fourth stay at Kihei Kai Nani and first time in this unit. Wonderful location in the complex, incredibly clean, great hosts. Highly recommend this place! We’d rebook in a heartbeat!

This place was very nice and exactly what is listed. The shower was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beach was right across the street and was so beautiful, and we could body board and snorkel. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Had a wonderful stay at this property for a week. The location is steps away from the ocean where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. We appreciated being able to walk over there minutes prior. The condo complex appears to be a mixture of local snowbirds and vacationers, and because all the units seem to be one bedrooms, there are very few children so it appealed to couples wanting some quiet time. The neighbors respected the quiet hours as well. The condo facilities are average for this area of Kihei but this seemed to be one of the nicer units. It was upgraded and clean and we had what we needed in the way of amenities. We loved making coffee and drinking it on the lanai every morning before starting our days. You can easily explore the whole island from Kihei and we loved having this place as our home base. It was great to have way more room than we would have in just a regular hotel room, and we got to make use of the kitchen as well. Parking was also ample and there was lots right by the unit. Bear in mind because this unit is so central, you are steps away from retail establishments and the main local road through Kihei. We live in a busy downtown area so this was not an issue for us and we appreciated being so close to the water, but I could see how others might want a unit further away from the street. All in all this is one of the better units you’ll find and I recommend booking it!

Such a great location…steps from one of our favourite beaches. The condo is super comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Best location in Kihei a short 2 minute walk across the road to access all the best beaches in Kihei. Close to shops for coffee, cinnamon buns (yum), deli, beach view bar & shopping!
Great communication with owner if needed but everything you will need is in the comfortable condo!

This place was as gorgeous as the pictures show. Beautifully remodeled and we appreciated all the details the owner included. It was amazing to simply walk across the street to enjoy the lovely sunsets. Great food choices also within walkable access, as well as more with just a short drive. Very central to all Maui attractions. The owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect! We could not recommend it more highly!

This condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home. It has everything you need for your vacation. Location is absolutely key about this property. Restaurants, shops, and beach just a minute walk from the condo. Mark and Pam were great host who kept in contact from start to end. We will definitely stay at this condo on our next trip to Maui.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! It is centrally located which worked out great as our “home base” as we checked out all Maui has to offer. In addition, the location across from Kam 2 is perfect as you are literally 100 ft from a great beach. I HIGHLY recommend snorkeling the reef between Kam 1 and Kam 2 (also Kam 2 and 3) as you will see many amazing wildlife, including lots of sea turtles. Just make sure you snorkel in the morning before wind picks up and sea gets a bit more rough (which is better for boogie boarding!). There are also many food and bar options within walking distance and recommend checking out the live music played at the Tiki Bar from 3pm to 6pm (cheapest drinks) and Ohana Seafood from 6:30pm to 9:30pm (best music - try to catch when Tripp Wilson is playing - you will have a great time). Back to the property, the bed is very comfortable, bathroom is nice, and there is a comfortable couch and decent sized TV with all apps needed. Wifi was plenty quick (I was using VPN to San Diego for work without issue). Everything you need to have a great time at the beach is provided, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even snorkeling equipment (though we used our own). Oh and the A/C works great! Basically, you will not regret staying at this property and we highly recommend staying here.

This was our first time in Maui, and we wanted a central spot in the west side. The apartment was beautiful and updated and in a perfect location. There were beach chairs/gear to use as well as coolers and such. The place was so clean and perfect for a two person stay.
