This is the combination of two units - upstairs and downstairs - two separate entrances and the units connect inside with a door that can also be locked. Each unit has its own kitchen and living areas. Very spacious and private. Each unit is two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Each unit has a large private balcony and the upstairs unit does have ocean views. I am going to sound like one of the kids but it was AWESOME!! It was so close to the beach and boardwalk. I house worked out fabulous. Capt. Mo greeted us and did everything to make our stay outstanding. We where luck enough to go with Capt. MO on a fun evening cruise...highly remend it!!!! See you and Eliane next year!!!

We had a party of eight for a bowl game in Miami and loved this place. it was only a stones throw from the boardwalk and the beach. Mo was the consummate host very attentive to all of our needs and went out of his way to assist us with our stay and make it so enjoyable. The place has four bedrooms two upstairs two downstairs with four bathrooms so it fit perfectly into our groups needs. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

This is a fantastic place and Mo is an excellent host! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 + 1/2 baths. ALL the furniture was super comfortable, there were smart TVs in each bedroom, great black-out shades, W/D in each unit, and well equipped kitchens. Mo also supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrellas as well as beach toys and games. I've stayed in many places on Hollywood Beach and this is by far the best place. It has everything you need for a great vacation. We weren't able to get out on Mo's boat this trip, but we plan to do that next time for sure.

Steps from Hollywood Beach Broadwalk

We didn’t rent a car and used ride share apps to get around. But, the place has space for four cars.

This place is amazing. Very clean and quiet, great location, just a short walk to the beach. Mo is an incredible host. Always available with loads of suggestions for food and activities. The best trip in many years!!!

We rented the whole house for a moms and daughters spring break trip and this was perfect. The teens got one level and the moms got the other. There was plenty of room to space out and relax. Both levels were spotless and had comfortable areas to relax. Blackout shades on the bedroom windows completely blocked out the light for excellent sleeping. The house is well insulated and was very quiet!
The location is just off the main walkway of the beach with all of the bars and restaurants. It took about 1 minute to get your feet on sand. It was also nice to get away from the crowd too!
Captain Mo was extremely friendly and accommodating. This was a perfect house for a mixed age group-highly recommend!!

Both levels were spotless and had comfortable areas to relax. Blackout shades on the bedroom windows completely blocked out the light for excellent sleeping. The house is well insulated and was very quiet!

Great Trip!`
Mo was a great host, and the house was perfect for us: just a few blocks from the beach and some of our favorite spots on the strip. Mo stocked the house for us and very readily available with questions. Our only regret is that we were unable to go fishing with him due to the weather. It was a trip to remember with a great host!

Wonderful stay
The property was perfect for our family and the hosts provided all the “extras” to make our stay wonderful! Being so close to the beach and boardwalk was delightful and gave young adults in our group plenty to do!

Home away from Home
The house is a home. The owner greeted up and was delighted to share this property. It is located a few steps away from the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. We slept so comfortable, everything we needed was provided, and it was better than staying in a hotel. It was clean, spacious, and great for families. We rented both units with family members and the children loved being together while the adults could still have privacy when desired. The view from the balcony was so magical, and relaxing. We will rent this home over and over for sure. After all, it became our home away from home.
