Very dirty very rude staff we book with booking.com for superior family appointment and when we went receptionists lady trying to charge us extra she ask us to pay per person they are very bog scammers !my first time bad experience i ll never go again this hotel and they don’t speak and understand English its very hard to explain them !

Room was big with every facility including washing machine.

Bathroom look was damaged. Hair dryer was damaged. No proper blanket was given.

The bed was broken The cover wasn’t clean

We were happy with absolutely nothing.

I never had such a bad experience when booking a hotel room. There was absolutely nothing that went good with this reservation. - On the same day of the booking, I sent an email to the hotel informing that we would arrive to the hotel at about 22pm asking them to confirm me if it woukd be ok for them, but I never received an answer. - Unfortunately our flight was delayed so I tried to contact them via phone to let them know about it, but got not response after trying several times. - I decided to check their website, and they had a phone number for whatsapp which I wrote to. For my surprise they were very rude, giving answers such as "empty room", "the room is cancelled", "we are full", "can't help", "cancelled it", "bye". - We still decided to go to the hotel and talk to the receptionist. We checked the address provided in booking.com & in google, but we couldn't find the hotel, we asked to the nearest hotel and they didn't recognized the name. We ended up figuring out that the hotel has a different name. - We got to the reception and they couldn't find the reservation even though I showed them the confirmation I had on the email. They ended up giving us a room saying it was for 2 people, but there were 3 of us and the reservation was for 3. - They gave us the key of the room, and when we got into it, it was smelling so bad, someone have had recently smoking inside the room, there were even butts on the shower!!! - To make it worse, there were 5 people at the reception and none of them was able to speak english, making the communication with them really hard. They were very rude to us. - Last but not least, they were refusing to let us pay by card, they were asking just cash. After insisting, they accepted the card. They also asked us to cancel the booking reservation we had, which of course we didn't. - After us staying on the apartment, they cancelled our booking.com reservation.
