PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. Our home is located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 15-minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private backyard. Enjoy quiet, hassle free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home. This home has a pool that was recently renovated and a brand-new kitchen! More pictures on the way. Must not encroach into sidewalk. One car may be parked on the street IF parking permit is displayed on dash. No parking on the street Thursdays 12-4. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. + City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time. + Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. + We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar + Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee +You must be 25 or older to book with us. +We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. +For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds. +All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present. The house was great, walking distance to Disney and plenty of fun for the kids. The kids loved the pool and slide and themed rooms. It fit three families comfortably and we would definitly return for another stay.

This was a good place to stay if you're going to Disneyland. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely done, and look to be recent renovations. There is a large table and stools at the counter that provide plenty of seating for the max guest count. The house is cleaned well. It could use some additional decoration to make the house feel more inviting, there are many blank walls. Some of the double beds could use new mattresses, they weren't comfortable for adults. Kids don't care, and were fine. I would stay here again with a large group.

Overall, our stay was good. Great proximity to park, spacious, and plenty of places to sleep. We didn’t spend much time there, as it was a Disneyland focused trip. So it was perfect for our needs. The only real gripe is the last step on the stairs is somewhat easy to miss as it blends in with the floor. My mom took a bit of a spill, but is okay. Just needs a marking of some sort, probably.
But again, the house is perfect for Disney trips with large groups. Only about five minutes to Disney parking structures/shuttles. And in a quiet neighborhood.

Location is great, easy walk to Disney's parks. Lots of item for young child: stroller, kids dishware, play pen.
Pool was clean and well keep.
How house needs a deep clean. Broken items need to be removed and replaced. Pictures post in advertisements are not the same as house. Contact Management company a number of times to get assist with these items. Management company only helped after we call VRBO, however still did not follow throught on requests.

We went with the kids & grandkids to Disneyland for the first time, it was a blast, especially love the kitchen & living room areas, great to just hang out there. The themed rooms were really cute, I slept in the cars room & think the bed should be replaced with something better, I also slept one night in tinker bells room & that bed was fine .

Ten members of our family stayed at Castle House There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. However having no bathrooms upstairs did present a challenge for those using those bedrooms. However they were able to overcome this. House's condition was well used, as you would expect, but very clean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was great.
The location of the house was close enough to Disneyland that walking to the shuttle loading location only took 20 to 30 minutes. Our teen-age grandchildren really enjoyed the pool on our first day. However, the waterfall feature, which controlled the use of the slide, died on the second day and was not fixed before we left 5 days later. This limited the fun at the pool during the stay especially during the 90-degree days. Another issue was that the refrigerator did not make ice. Management was called and a person came out. He said he got ice out but must have been some of the ice that we added from the store. The frig never made ice or got fixed. Again, a challenge during the 90 degree days that we had. Going to the store every day to buy ice was a pain.

Fabulous time - kids had a ball in the pool. Very clean with lots of towels and bathroom amenities.
Kitchen had great appliances and a large island. Could use some new pans, and baking sheets.
WiFi was great, but it only has one television which is a problem for us because the little kids wanted cartoons, but of course the older kids did not.
Watched the fireworks every night!
All in all we would definitely recommend this house.

The kids loved the pool, and we walked to Disney each day. We usually stay at the one of the Disney hotels, but this was cheaper and had about 10x the space.

This home was better than the pictures showed in the online listing!! It was fully equipped with lots of towels, extra sheets and even air mattreses! The pool was super clean and our kids really enjoyed the waterslide and splash pad features. Super close and fast walk to downtown Disney, would definitely recommend staying here!!

Large group of 8 (two families). Listing was larger than description and pictures provided. Everyone was able to have their own rooms and spread out. Pool and hot tub was great. Close proximity to Disney and trams. We actually found it faster to wait closer to park opening and use the security point by the Monorail and get to the back of Disney that way. Good communication with rental company and they were available by text during our stay. We would stay again.

Great place for family trip to Disneyland. Big, spacious, stocked kitchen; heated pool with fun water slide and hot tub; clean; easy walk to Disneylandia; plenty of bedrooms. Would be nice to at least have a half bath upstairs (where there is one bedroom with king bed and one kids room), but no biggie. Overall convenient, clean, and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at Castle House 1. The house we very clean, the communication with the management was easy. It was super close to Disneyland. Loved the kitchen--it was well appointed.

Beautiful home in a great location. Loaded with amenities. Very close to Disney to walk but we did Ubers as we walked enough miles in a day. Uber to Disney is less than $10. Beds are very comfortable. Home is beautifully decorated and feels cozy. We loved it here! It was very easy to check in and out and easy to communicate with management via text, a welcoming message is received the day of and always checking in. All of my questions were answered pretty quickly. The pool & hot tub was clean and awesome. Loved our stay and I definitely recommend this property and would for sure come back here again.

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. Nice and close to the parks, which was a short walk to downtown Disney. The property was clean and had ample beds and sleeping space. The pool was tremendous!

Such a cute house, my adult and almost adult children loved the decorations. Down side was there was only one big bed downstairs, so I gave that to my in-laws, requiring us to climb those stairs after the miles of walking 😂 but I say that’s a small price to pay for such a nice house. Also the outdoor quiet time cuts into the time being able to use the hot tub before or after Disneyland, so we came back during the day once to enjoy the wonderful setting. All in all a great stay… thank you

Very well kept and good property. We enjoyed the amenities provided, and convenient location to Disney. While walking to the part was around .5 miles, we chose to use Rideshare (Uber) most of the time; walking 12 to 14,000 steps a day were enough.

The property exceeded our expectations! The deep pool was amazing and where the kids spent the majority of their time. The staff was incredibly responsive and answered our questions literally within minutes of our asking. And staff came out promptly to deal with issues. Funtierland was excellent!

Excellent location for all size groups. Walk was about .75 miles to the park entrance. Short walk there long walk back ;) . Neighborhood was ok. Pool was amazing!

The strict regulations by the city of Anaheim are very unfortunate, be aware of this prior to booking a VRBO, however it’s something that the owners, nor do the renters have any control over.
This house was very accommodating, the bedrooms are large and spacious, but it does have too many twins size mattresses.
The kitchen setup is very nice, and spacious. It does need a little bit of help in regards to stocking, and items to use in regards to cooking. A house this size didn’t have more than 8 forks which required us to wash them after every meal or buy plastic forks.
Sounds crazy, but the lack of toilet paper and a few other items in actually concerning.
The pool setup is amazing, and extremely accommodating. The kids absolutely loved it, while the parents enjoyed the Spa.
We would definitely stay at this house again, especially if we come to Disneyland again as a large family!!

We were a family group of 11. The house was clean and so spacious we could have had more family members join us. We had some difficulties with the spa not working properly, but the management team had great communication and fixed it for us so we could enjoy our time in the spa and pool. We will be back for sure
