leakage tap, leakage toilet tap, broken shower, all over red ant, balcony is joke, rooms is very shady, location is totally diffrannt shown on booking.com, total worst worst experience...... thanks for emergency I booked only for one day.... don't book and don't spoil your trip. Can't stay for n half hour

There’s no hotel by name bliss by stays. They asked us to stay at another hotel by a different name. When we reached the location according to this name we didn’t find any hotel there. They are just looting innocent customers. All the reviews are probably fake. Worst experience ever. We had kids along with us. They were not at all considerate. Didn’t give us a refund too. Then next day sent location of another hotel which was by another name altogether.. 😫😤. Then looked for reviews on google and came to know many had faced similar issues.. and their representative Ms.Sapna doesn’t listen and keeps on blabbering.

Need to have tea, and small snacks option. In house kitchen for at least tea and snacks.
