The Kawama is located in the Kawama Yacht Club, a gated community with 24-hour security right on the ocean in the town of Key Largo. If you plan on exploring the area in your own boat, you will have free use of the ramp. For larger craft, please contact us for information on renting a slip at our marina with direct access to the ocean. The property was exactly as noted. Everything we needed was on hand. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed over the holiday (Christmas to new year) and made our own large christmas meal with no issues. Accommodations & location were excellent. Updated unit. With perfect space for our family of 5. Private area for renters/ owners in the beach area, multiple pools, lagoon and playset all a plus on grounds. quick access to excellent restaurants locally and grocery in key largo. The owner Mike, was also wonderful all the way though. As a mom of 3 traveling over the holidays I had questions and wanted to ensure we had everything needed. Mike was responsive to all questions. Promptly and thoroughly. Diane who cleans was also wonderful and ever so helpful with check out needs. Laundry right on site a big plus! We needed a low key vacation with lots of options locally and that’s what we got. We will be back! Already booked our next stay!

The condo was nice! Be aware that you will need $300,000 in liability coverage for your boat in order to bring it on their property. We were not told this and had to leave our boat on the side of the road. I just called my insurance company and increased it. But it’s not stated anywhere! Other than that it was decent!

This condo worked excellent for a trip to Key Largo to become dive certified. Super convenient to everything in Key Largo. The condo was clean and cool - a nice treat after a hot day at the sea. We didn't cook, but we had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast and enjoy snacks in the evening. Parking was easy. Upon departure, we spoke to the cleaning team who was very kind. The only suggestion would be a better variety of pillows.

We were two families with 5 adults, a teenager, and an 11 year old. The condo suited our specific needs as we were looking for a “base” with 2 full bathrooms and a pool. We did not cook meals at the condo, so we really can’t speak to any of the kitchen implements. The balcony only has room for 4 chairs, and there is a great sunrise view over the water. The parking was adequate and the pool was nice. Diane was a pleasure to deal with and check in/out couldn’t have been easier.

Beautiful home with everything you need...including the washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable. Great location for snorkeling in the lagoon too. Quiet and love the secure property. Easy to talk to property manager if you have any questions.

We had a great place for home base for our scuba trip.bvery close to the dive shops and terrific restaurants. Facilities were wonderful. Definitely make a point of sitting on the beach at night. Beautiful all day long.

Perfect storm caused a few hiccups but, with the right attitude and communication it was easily navigated . Security at property was super helpful. The building is older but was in the process of getting a face lift. Construction wasn't intrusive. The unit was nicely upgraded. The owner and his rep were very kind, answered any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only complaint would be the parking situation. They have very few designated trailer spots. Being next to the marina a good bit of the parking was taking up by boat trailers.

We have been coming to the towers for a few years! This is by far one of the easiest! In terms of the property manager!! We appreciated his responsiveness and help! Thank you! We like the towers because we bring a boat makes it easy to get to the docks! Ask so easy location to get to the store or out to eat!!

Renting this property was great! It was nice and spacious even though we had about 7 people total. The only things that were “okay” instead of “great” was the fact that the listing does not say the unit number, the hot water for the shower in the master bedroom does not work, and we never had a parking spot by the end of the night (we only had one vehicle). We were able to park by the boats on the other side of the pool which was better than nothing. Overall, great place to say for a few days!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kawama Tower. It is gated, and located so close to restaurants, water sports, and groceries. We had plenty of kitchen, bathroom, supplies, and beds. The master bed was very comfortable! We look forward to returning some time in the future!
