Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for £358 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautifully decorated, family friendly duplex is located away from the crowds in an exclusive and peaceful north end neighborhood. Take the elevator from the ground level up to the main floor common area that includes a relaxing seating area and a ping-pong table for all to enjoy. There are separate entrances to the east (ocean) and west (sound) sides of this single-level duplex. The west side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in each of the other guest rooms. The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The living area and each of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV with cable and accessibility to streaming channels. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals with your family. Dining area with seating for six is open to the kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway behind bifold doors. The recently expanded deck has plenty of seating for lounging in the sun as well as a dining table for meals prepared on the outdoor charcoal grill. High-speed internet with wi-fi coverage throughout the entire house including out on the deck! Home sits on a large, professionally landscaped lot with basketball goal and on-property parking for up to 10 cars (including covered parking for four cars on each side). On the ground level is a shared, enclosed hot/cold water shower with dressing room. Beach access is quick and easy via a paved pathway at the rear of the home – no crossing busy streets! If you’re looking for more space for a larger family gathering, check out the next-door unit (VRBO #369387) and rent both sides for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths that sleeps 16. Bed linens and towels are not included but are available through a rental service. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. No motorcycles or RVs allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We stayed with family on both sides and it was very convenient! The walk to the beach was easy & the beach was not crowded compared to down the way. We had 4 kids under 6 and the house had a gate available for the stairs which was super nice! I can’t say enough nice things about the property. Carole was also amazing to work with! She always responded right away to any questions or concerns that we had!

We had a very nice family beach week in Wilmington. Location was great - steps to the beach, quiet street, close to great restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the heart of Wilmington, the beautiful sandy beach, ping pong table and quiet deck to enjoy coffee and relax. Wrightsville Beach is a great spot and we hope to come back for years to come.

We spent the week at Carol's beach house in Wrightsville. The location was great, Shell Island, but not too far from the restaurants and the walking Loop on Wrightsville beach. We loved sitting out on the huge front deck. It was peaceful and amazing. The house has very close access to the beach as well. Just a short walking distance. We would definitely stay again. Carol was wonderful to work with.

This home is perfect for large groups or families. We stayed in this home for our wedding weekend with our bridal party and it was absolute perfection. The environment is so welcoming and relaxing. There is also plenty of outdoor seating which was a plus! Also only a few steps to the beach. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location if the beach is your primary target. Clean and comfortable furnishings with a large deck for lounging. We had one small issue upon arrival which the host took care of immediately. We actually extended for an extra day.

I got this property because it was big enough to house my family for my wedding. I had no idea this property would turn into my wedding venue!! The property was in a nice location. The only issue we had was the water. The filter for the water was not turned on. The smell of the water was toxic. We were not able to shower until the next day. Carol did apologize for the inconveniences. The hide away bed is not comfortable for an adult.
