My family and I have friends who live in the Venice area and we absolutely were thrilled to stay in this lovely home! It felt just like being home with everything that someone could possibly need! The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The hot tub was excellent and the yard was the perfect size for our children. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything from renting the property to checking out went smoothly. Just a few minutes to the beach. Mrs Rogers was very sweet and helpful. Venice is a lovely place.

Just as advertised. Carole is very available for questions. Quiet neighborhood was nice. Close to just about everything we needed.

We had a great stay and enjoyed 655 very much. The location to all the family and activities we had planned was perfect. The property itself had everything we needed to facilitate our stay . My family rated the stay triple A .

After receiving entry instructions an hour and 45 minutes late, we were very pleased with the accommodations. It was nice to have any beach items in the garage at our disposal. The bikes are unable to be adjusted, so we couldn’t use those. Although it was unseasonably warm the 3 weeks we were there, we did use the hot tub, which was very relaxing. The neighborhood is mainly comprised of older houses plus some vacant properties with no sidewalks. Unfortunately, you need to drive everywhere. Beaches are all at least 15-20 minutes away, depending on traffic.

This home was so nice- and so very CLEAN! It is located close to the Gulf beaches in a very quiet safe neighborhood. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. The water cooler was a wonderful surprise and added benefit we were not expecting! We would not hesitate to stay here again- thank you for sharing your home! Just a note to let you know that most of the beach/camp chairs in the garage were in pretty bad shape and most of them were broken.

The check in process was awesome and easy. The house was absolutely BEAUTIG

TV remotes and light switches were a bit of a process to figure out what operates what, but that was a minor detail considering we didn’t go on vacation to watch TV! Nice neighborhood. Everyone walking by was so friendly. We will most certainly be back next spring! Thanks again for everything.

The property was in a great location for us, very closet to all beaches, which is where we went every day. We had a great time and enjoyed the use of the hot tub more than we thought! The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice. The area has several natural areas we hike every morning and amazing beaches we enjoyed every afternoon. The house is quite homey and comfortable. A great stay!

Well stocked, comfortable home!!! Very clean! 10 to 15 minutes to beaches! Owner was very pleasant!bring pack n play if u have baby:) very nice neighborhood. Dog friendly!

We had a great stay in Florida! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. We enjoyed cooking meals together, using the beach stuff during the day finding shark teeth, and relax at night in the hot tub! The neighborhood was perfect for walking, jogging, and biking too - and seeing christmas lights.

Our family was very pleased with every aspect of our stay! This was a much needed getaway. With a newborn in tow that is a Foster Child that we received days before coming, the house accommodated all of our needs! Close to beaches, and close to restaurants and stores!

We absolutely couldn’t of found a better place to stay. Having never visited Venice before we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. The owners were amazing, always willing to help, and the place was amazing. Definitely can’t wait to plan our next trip there!
