A nice place to retreat from the world.

Staff went the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. The pool and associated amenities were lovely.

For the price, the general quality of the property itself, the finishing sim the room, were not comparable to others.

All fine, just a simple ask to respect your guests

I was staying in orca for the third time. Everything was perfect during previous two stays. This time staff wasn’t pretty much complimentary and even rude, refusing me in the breakfast in check in day, saying that the guest is not eligible to have breakfast on the day of arrival as check in is later at 14. Are you kidding me ? One cup of coffee and a toast will be enough for your dear hungry guest who traveled all night long . This was really rude and impolite from the staff. Do you know anything about customer service ? I won’t return as these small things means a lot, and says a lot regarding your behavior towards your guest. No free water in the bar. Except two small complementary bottles.

This is the second time we come to a hotel We were outside the room it was a 44c heat day We arrived at the room, there was no electricity, we informed the reception, nothing was done, we waited 40 minutes and asked him to move other room, but he claimed they not have available rooms, we checked in booking and there was many rooms, and we asked to speak to the manager, and he refused to speak

Very spacious and clean. Excellent for a couples stay. The pool is amazing.

No nearby shops within walking distance but a short taxi ride will get you to Hisaronu.

the WORST stay EVER

1. The staff was so rude and unreasonable that it blew my mind. They treated us with NO respect and entered our room without permissions. DO NOT stay at this hotel if you value privacy. 2. There is barely any hot water and wifi during our stay. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but the water was cold. When we called the reception, they came and fixed nothing. And then they insisted that everything was normal. 3. The bar has no ice at all for drinks. And the food took forever to serve. No spa service in the evening. 4. Absolutely poor management. The staff seems to have no clue what's going on. They don't know answers to most of the questions. 5. Location is bad. It is hidden off the main road. If you don't have a car, it is impossible to get there. 6. Pool was dirty.

A great place to relax

A lovely quite retreat to relax the rooms are villa styles. Our room was upgraded to the 2 floors villa with a private pool, it was very comfy and the indoor jacuzzi was great. My sincere thanks to Mr Kadir from the reception for helping us and carrying our luggage from the car to the room. I advise you to rent a car to go there so you can see the places around specially at night. If you want to eat out you have to try a place called “Sahil Lokantalari” that is a 10 minute drive from the hotel, the manti there was the best that I had in turkey. Next time I’ll stay for a longer time.

Just a heads up, the private pool is shared with the next door villa and is exposed to the public areas of the hotel, so not a 100% private.

Quite new hotel yet its not maintained very well. View is cool towards the mountains, breakfast was quite good. Pool is really big

1. Coffee they give on breakfast is terrible (its from machine and feels like an instant one) 2. Executive room is nice and spacious, but the filling of the room is not smart enough. For example you dont have any type of table you can eat or work at... 3. All villas face central pool area and there is music playing at pool bar the whole day. If you like energetic music - cool, if not - would be an issue 4. our room faced reception building. Late in the evening friends of guy sitting at reception came and they made lot of noise(

Orka Cove Highly Recommended

Staff were very nice and friendly specially bartender Emre was very attentive and nice will really recommend him for drinks 🍹 Receptionist Theyab was also soo very nice and helped us around the hotel The Operation Manager Burgu was so very kind and she was very helpful in around hotel beautiful hotel and very nice hotel breakfast lunch and dinner is 10/10 amazing views very relaxing really recommend

Never ever live this hotel! There is no hot water, and I asked the reception to fix it. The reception told me to call 15

Never ever live this hotel! There is no hot water, and I asked the reception to fix it. The reception told me to call 153. And people there told me to call reception. It’s so ridiculous. The problem didn’t fix until 12pm so I have to shower with cold water since I got airplane tomorrow morning and I can’t wait them whole night. I want to change the room, since there show empty rooms in booking but they said the rooms are full. They are all liars and the attitude is awful. It seems like they just don’t want to solve the problem and they don’t care about your situation. The Wi-Fi is awful too, the internet continues to disconnect. So terrible.

Disappointing

Size of the room Views and location Pool area and ambience Staff were nice and helpful and tried their best to communicate in English.

AC was bad at cooling, could not spend the day in the room and had trouble sleeping from the heat. Pool was not heated and was always too cold to swim in. Food was very poor. Not up to 5 star hotel standards at all.

Astonishing Stay!

the rooms are spacious with great facilities! the staff was helpful and super nice. The jacuzzi in the room was the ideal relaxation device in the room. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is amazing!
