No complaints whatsoever! Very well stocked, clean, spacious and more. The owners were very welcoming and checked on us a few times but were not intrusive at all. I don’t believe anyone would be disappointed.

This was the perfect getaway if you are looking for a quiet space away from the regular river crowd. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. So much space to set up for meals, all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need, outdoor games, and comfortable beds. We could not have asked for a better time. The host was attentive and helpful and super accommodating. The river access was very convenient and water was crystal clear. I don't think we could have asked for a better time, and we're already planning next years trip!

Lovely place to get away and visit with family. Had 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 7-17, all had fun!

This was a much needed spring break week for our family and friends! The cabin had everything you could need and more. We enjoyed games, volleyball, roasted marshmellows, went on atv trails, cooked all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed fishing daily on the pond and paddle boats! We would definitely come back.

Although we did not get to enjoy the property as much as we wanted due to cold weather and other activities, we still had a relaxing time. This property can accommodate a lot of people from beds to sitting. We ended up only having four people but wanted a place that could sleep more if needed. We were attending the 100 acre wood rally, and the mud room was very handy for staging supplies each day. It's also a nice in-between location.

We had a lovely weekend full of memories. Our extended family of 10 enjoyed the games, the porch, the walk to the river, and just laying around. The amenities were more than anything we could need. The hosts were so helpful with providing charcoal we forgot. I can’t wait to go back with my family. Thank you so much for making your property available.

We loved this secluded property! Plenty of space for our large group and plenty of things to do. We especially enjoyed the sweet dogs visiting us during our stay, the hammock in the trees, and the private river access. Our very nice hosts gave us space and privacy to enjoy our visit, we will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and spacious. The views are beautiful and the quiet is so peaceful. The yard games were a fun way to pass the time. We loved spending time at the river on the property (a very short drive). The stars were extraordinary at night! Would definitely recommend and plan to return

Everything was perfect other then the rain. We still had lots of fun at the river, fishing in the pond, petting the sweet dogs, paddle boating, building a fire, and just spending time with family. There was more then enough things for the kids to have fun with and stay occupied! The view was beautiful and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thanks again! We hope to be back every year!

We had such a great time at this property!! The river was up because of recent rain- but let me just say, being able to sit outside on the huge covered porch in a storm was worth it. It forced us to slow down and enjoy our time together. The house was wonderfully stocked- especially the kitchen! So many beds and sleeping options. My kids loved the upstairs and the dogs!! We will be back!

I would highly recommend this property! Beautiful property and fantastic host, who has thought of every last detail to make stay perfect! We had gone with a large group for the local state parks but could have easily stayed at the house and had plenty to do. Make sure to check out the river access...the kids had a blast there!

Had a wonderful time at this property. The land is beautiful and it was so nice having private Black River access. The owners live in the next cabin over and were so nice. Their dogs were wonderful and usually said hello each day. Inside was very clean and it was great having two fridges. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us, we did a girls getaway together. Would love to come back again.

I had the absolute best experience with this booking. Henry and Texas are so sweet and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is completely stocked and the views are breathtaking! Thanks for a great weekend!!!

Wow! Where do I even begin with this property? The cabin is amazing. So much room in there and it had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Need a pan to cook with? They have 15. How about a mixing bowl? They have several, even commercial sized ones. Need an avocado peeler? I counted 3. Need some extra towels or sheets? They have more than my local Bed Bath & Beyond in there. The owners are so nice and helpful, and they gave us a ride to the private river access to show us exactly how to get there (which you can easily walk to). We planned to float, but it was cold and rainy. That wasn't a problem since they had so many board games, and outdoor games to play with to keep us busy (I highly recommend playing a round of "The Worst Case Scenario Survival Game" they have there....I cannot remember the last time we all laughed so hard). They even have Internet and Netflix, and LOTS of DVDs. It was so quiet and peaceful. My 14 year old has been making plans already for when we return. We had 2 family's on this trip and all of the kids and adults had such a great time. And, FYI, there are 12 beds in the upstairs loft, so next time we could have all of our kids each bring a friend and still have beds to spare. Definitely put this on your favorites list and book this property.
