From the moment you step through the front door, you are greeted by the subtle hues of the beach, with the elegance of a five-star resort. And its only 3 blocks to the beach!! This beautiful luxury vacation home was designed and decorated with quality and island charm in mind. The main living level is on the 2nd floor of this home. It opens up into the airy living room, kitchen, and dining area. The timeless kitchen has all upgraded appliances, a large island, and is open to the dining room and living room with a view of the oasis style pool, backyard and putting green. There is plenty of seating, with 8 chairs at the dining room table, and four at the island, plus outdoor seating on the back porch. The pool has a sun shelf for small children, a spa, and is big enough for the entire family to enjoy! The covered patio has a bar, a side yard perfect for corn hole, and a separate seating area with comfy couches. All bedrooms have plush mattresses and bedding, as well as hand-picked decor. The master bedroom is a gem with its overly spacious design, balcony, huge walk-in closet, and luxurious master bathroom. Come vacation in this beauty! Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, balcony, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and soaking tub. -Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, shares hallway bathroom -Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle bed, shares hallway bathroom -Fourth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, balcony, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, shares hallway bathroom -Sixth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, shares hallway bathroom -Seventh Bedroom, 2nd floor: 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds, shares the hallway bathroom *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows pets (with approval before check in) - and there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee associated. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. *The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We had a great weekend and stay with friends. How was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outside pool area as well. Location was great as you could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Property management was also very good - proactive communication and overall good customer service. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home with pool and hottub. 2 blocks from the beach. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Management company is incredible. They will answer questions within minutes and are very nice and helpful in all ways. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed the property although the alarm on upper balcony needs batteries and our early risers didn’t dare use the balcony in the morning for fear of waking the others.
A few other things:
Fan in bathroom at top of steps doesn’t work
Microwave doesn’t work or needs to have directions
Upper oven does not run to temp
Corn hole has only three bags
Need another ping pong paddle
Hot tub not hot
Gave a good review though as is a beautiful place. Would love to have it for three nights next January but looks like only five nights are available.

We had a great time! Enjoyed the hot tub every night and the children swam during day time hours. The beach and shops are very accessible. Magical Sunsets on the beach. Special time for 15 to be together!

We loved our time on AMI. There were three families with 5 kids total, ranging from 18 months to 8 years. The house has a great setup for us and we loved the location (close to multiple restaurants, cafes, general store, ice cream shops and beaches.)
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, dishwater, bowls, pots/pans, etc…
Only two complaints:
1) The floors outside by the pool were dirty and could use a good cleaning, along with the garage floors.
2) We had an issue with the pool and while it was solved within 20 hours, I never would have known as there was no communication from the rental company. I had to follow up about 8 times to receive a plan and communication.
We will go back to AMI! We may consider looking for a different place next time but would be happy here again.

We loved the house set up, the decor, nice pool and guys loved the putting green. The only complaint was lack of basics like hot pads, throw rugs, kitchen utensils, etc. great place for a big family though!

As a house get used and older, things break and no one probably owns up to it - I don't blame the owners. :) We would definitely come here again. There was exactly enough room for all 11 of us. My son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach and fun was had by everyone. Lot's of walkable places to go or drive 10 minutes to another restaurant. The pool was great. Not sure all the jets were working, but at least we got a new pool skimmer to get the bugs out. :) I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was lovely and clean and looks just like the photos. The kitchen had basic necessities (silverware, dishes and glasses) but was otherwise very bare bones. There were no serving platters or cooking basics like salt, pepper and olive oil.

First time visitors for large family vacation.
This home had lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space.
The outdoor living space was nice: lots of lounge chairs, pool toys, and grill. The pool was pretty warm (over 85 degrees) but we did like that it was a shallow water game pool where most could reach. The only downside was the patio and balconies were pretty dirty. ..and that made it hard when there is white furniture.
The kitchen and dining room were open and inviting. We did lots of cooking there and the double oven was helpful. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived but fixed mid-week.
We walked to the pier, ice cream store, and the convenience store. We found a local playground for the kids and the beach was only a few blocks away. Holmes Beach was great and we went there most days.
The summer concert at The Center was really loud. It was just across the street and went until after 10:00PM. This wasn’t so good for small kids that go to bed early. It was very busy, lots of lights and very loud.
We had a great week here and enjoyed exploring the island.

This house was so well equipped for our family of 10. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us with bunks for the younger children and larger beds for the adults. The children especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was equipped with enough plates, cups and silverware for a large group. There was also plenty of seating for everyone to congregate in the living room. The decks, especially the one overlooking the pool got lots of use. The adults could comfortably supervise the children while in the pool. The outdoor living room with the furniture groupings, bar and television by the pool was so comfy!
The only things that I will mention were dishwasher and the cleanliness of the floors. I wrestled with the dishwasher all week. It was exceptionally difficult to push the bottom drawer in, and at the end of the week, it was giving me an error code. I washed all of the dishes by hand before we left. The floors of the property weren't cleaned really well. After a day of bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were black.
Despite these small inconveniences, this was a wonderful stay for us. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

The pool area was amazing and so much fun. Plenty of room for two families! The kitchen, family room and eating area had plenty of room for our gatherings. I would rent this home again.

The house and location were amazing. It is walking distance to the beach, lovely cafés, stores shops and rental areas. We rented a golf cart and bikes and use them every day. The pool area was amazing and so much fun. Plenty of room for two families! The kitchen, family room and eating area had plenty of room for our gatherings. I would rent this home again.

This house was big and beautiful! We had several families staying and it fit us all just fine. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. All of the bedrooms are amazing and the floor plan is awesome as well. Both master bedrooms are fit for A king and queen. We rented golf carts and we didn’t use our cars again until we left. We did have an issue with the “warming pooling” as we were told it was called. The hot tub never got hot. They sent someone out to look at it and we were told it would heat up in 45 minutes. It never did. We asked the (not so polite) pool lady the next day and she said it was working. . . It stayed as cool if not cooler than the pool. So we never did get to enjoy the “warming pool” our entire trip, That bummed us out. This 7 bedroom house with no carpet also needs a bigger broom. The broom is about the size of a kiddie play broom so sweeping was a chore that took a little longer than it should, and the dishwasher was not great. The house is about a 3 minute walk to the Bay side of the island and maybe 7 minute walk to the beach side, but if you can find parking on the beach side again the golf carts are a great way to get around the island. Check in was as simple as it gets! You’ll get the door code about a week in advance. Over all the property was great for a large group, ample parking, plenty of space inside, no view of the water but not a far walk either way to get to some. Bring your own Extra trash bags/paper towels/ paper plates/ and extra toilet paper! I recommend this house to anyone that is wanting to take a large group to the beach 🏖

Big & Beautiful!
This house would be great for large groups or families. It has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. They pool is perfect size and we enjoyed the hot tub. You are a little further from the beach but we always rent a golf cart when we visit the island. It's truly the best way to get around. The master bath was wonderful! We will definitely stay again.
