Come share the enjoyment of our home away from home in Hawaii! Enjoy your stay at this Hawaiian plantation style villa adjacent to the King's Shops and a short walk to the scenic Anaeho'omalu Bay. The villa is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Get ready to unlock the door to your luxury vacation retreat. You will walk across a marble threshold into the foyer of a beautiful custom decorated home. Looking into the living room you will see an inviting chenille sofa, large entertainment center, and walls adorned with landscapes by a local Hawaiian artist. As you walk past the koa clock, you will find a modern kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedrooms, described as "comfortable and elegant", have queen-size beds featuring light-weight down comforters with adjacent spacious bathrooms. The open loft at the top of the stairs has a day bed with trundle and a desk for writing your postcards. Our favorite room, the master bedroom suite looks over the well manicured bermuda grass of the 8th green, the famous King's trail, and facing the ancient Kohala Volcano. The room is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama. In the master bathroom, relax in the Jacuzzi soaking tub after a long day in the sun. Don't miss breakfast on the peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea. On location at Waikoloa Beach Villas, enjoy your time at the lava rock pools and spas with elevated waterfalls, peaceful sounds of local birds, or use the barbeque at the poolside picnic area. Don't forget to go shopping at the King's Shops (Tommy Bahama, Tori Richard, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co., Na Hoku etc.) and the lovely Queen's MarketPlace. This was a beautiful property, very comfortable for the 6 of us.The location was great and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved relaxing on the patios. The pool was easily accessed and lovely. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs, even extended our checkout time 2 hours. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and our experience has been great each time. The location is ideal with the Queen’s and King’s shopping centers a short walk away. There is ample room for the family to spread out on the lanai. Stacy, the property owner is very responsive if there are requests or questions.

This property had everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and grill, there's plenty of room to spread out and there was a nice selection of beach chairs/beach toys! The owner couldn't be more cooperative and helpful! All in all, a wonderful vacation property.

This condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and tropical plants and trees on the property. Great back patio with furniture and a grill. Inside was a perfect fit for us with 3 bedrooms, so 2 couples and one child each had their own bedroom and bath. Loft area was used as an office for one person who could work as needed. Thankful for a washer/dryer and detergent! Kitchen was well stocked and condiments left so we could start cooking right away. Loved being close to the pool and 2 shopping areas and beaches. Watch for goats, birds, kitties and mongoose. We so appreciate the opportunity to stay here! 💕

We enjoyed our stay here! Good location with lots of extras. Beds we’re comfortable which is a must. Not much bad to say about this place.
Not regarding this unit but felt I should comment on is the grounds keeper/manager of the whole community. She was pretty uptight about the pool area and the play while in the pool area. We had a small water ball the kids were playing with and she came out to tell us that balls were not allowed in the pool area and that the kids were getting too loud. So with kids going to the pool area was sometimes tough. Again this has nothing to do with this unit but felt it worth mentioning.

This was our second time at the location/unit! Fully stocked kitchen for “home cooked” meals; perfect location at the villas, shops, and restaurants in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay… just sad the time went so quickly.

We loved staying at this unit! Our party had a family of 4, plus two grandparents and it was the perfect amount of space. The bedrooms are comfortable and the tastefully decorated home had everything we needed to enjoy two weeks on the big island. One of the best parts of this unit was the location. Right across the street from Kings Shops & Queens marketplace. Walking distance to A-Bay beach, restaurants, and golfing. The complex itself is stunning. Our family loved using the pool & hot tub, which is right across from the unit. The garage had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, cold bag, and umbrella. We will miss sitting out on the lanai each morning. Thank you James and StacyLynn for a wonderful place to call home!

We booked this ground floor townhouse for 17 days; our 2nd stay at a condo in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Everything was accurately described and we totally enjoyed our time (which is never long enough). Very quiet with a lovely view of the golf course, having lounge chairs as well as other seating on the lanai truly suited our group. The array of beach chairs was terrific as we spent nearly every day at A Beach. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed; everyone was very comfortable. As mentioned in scores of other reviews; the close proximity to Queens and Kings shopping areas make this the best location to stay. Having traveled to the Big Island many times over the past several years, Waikoloa Beach Villas is ideal and will be the place we stay ongoing.

This condo is in a great area. With different ages, there was something for everyone. The pool is fabulous, especially for our grandchild. We really enjoyed your bikes, thank you for having them! Our children liked going down the street for happy hour. Very clean and spacious. Peaceful area. We adore Hapuna beach and spent three afternoons there. Also Puako where we saw so many turtles. We decided to go to a luau, which we don't do very often as we come to the Big Island every other year. We went to the Marriott. It was so much fun, great food, great show, and great bar. As my husband said, very professional. A lovely vacation.

Our family had a terrific time at this condo - enough space to spread out, pool is directly across from the place and shopping and restaurants are walking distance. Hosts have laid out clear instructions for check in & out. Also beach is a quick walk or drive and there are plenty of beach items to borrow from the garage. We loved the location of this property---close to shopping, close to several golf courses, close to restaurants. We also enjoyed the privacy it afforded. The view onto the golf course was very restful and private. Loved the spaciousness of the unit.

Enjoyed the home very much. Very clean and quiet, even with the wind blowing gale force. We had everything we needed form coolers to toys for the beach. Had a couple of problems, heard back from Stacy very quickly to resolve them. All of us had a wonderful time. Jon

This home exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was a clean smell. The place was so clean and tidy. The garage was well kept and convenient as well. The view of the golf course was amazing and the pool across the street was so convenient, clean, and secure. The place had everything you needed from laundry, cleaning supplies, towels, all applicances, spices, cookbooks, and beach gear (even snorkels and water shoes). And not to mention comfortable beds and air conditioning! Shopping and close beach access was icing on the cake. Wonderful stay and fabulous hosts! Thanks again!

this is the third time staying in beach villas and this was the best unit. location and access was great. it was well appointed with everything a family could need for a stay. the only improvement suggestion would be to update the sofas. they were a bit old and worn. owners were very responsive when i needed them. i'd recommend this unit and would consider it again in the future.

Loved the location. So walkable to all the shops and the beach. I wish the owner had communicated that the pool was closed for renovations as we had some guests with mobility issues. The pool on the far side of the complex was too far for them to walk.

Everything about this unit is outstanding - from the complete kitchen supplies and accessories, to the comfortable bedding and furniture, to the location (especially its proximity to eating and shopping establishments) and communication with the owners. Would have no hesitation about renting again. Highly recommend this unit if you are staying in Waikoloa Beach Resort area.

Perfect relaxation
First time bringing our kids to our favorite island and this house made it very easy. Had everything you needed, from kitchenware to beach beach, it had it all. Very, very close to the shops and restaurants (walking distance). Pool is 100ft from the front door, golf course and Mountain View’s await and it looked just like the pictures. Way better than a hotel stay and no need to pay a ridiculous valet fee because the house has a garage to keep the car out of the sun. Already looking to plan out next trip and this will be, if available, the house we stay in again.

We had a great stay with my parents, husband, and our 2 year old. The house was super comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to the pool, coffee, food, a great beach, everything we wanted! Would absolutely stay here again. The only small drawback is that the garage is very small (which the owners were very clear about in the listing), it was too stressful trying to park our mini van in there each time but luckily there was always an unreserved parking space available within a short walk so it wasn't a problem.

This was a perfect rental for our group of three adults. We each had our own well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. The lanai is fabulous, perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon, and the grill and blender both saw plenty of use. There's a fabulous beach within easy walking distance (and a pool within a stone's throw of the front door), a convenient market and gas station basically next door, and easy access to the highway, restaurants, and bars. This is the perfect basecamp for a trip to the big island, especially for a group of people.
