Wrote to property few times and wrote to booking as well to change my date of arrival since my kids were sick. Booking informed me that property never replied to booking. Very unprofesional.

cleaning lady was nice
we paid for sea view so we excepted one. we were on the 1st floor and we almost didnt see the sea (as you can see on the photo)

they dint have option for full board. As its countryside they could have given that option.

Everything was very good, the beach is close, the location is very good, clean and the staff are welcoming
Delay in check-in for one room and they did not take into account our request for a room with 2 separate beds as it was previously requested in the booking.

Beach was very nice. View from the room was amazing. Hotel was clean. Great job for Ljubo the waiter and older waiter at hotel bar.
Staff is awful. Lack of staff in general. Nobody to welcome you or to take bags to the room. Nemanja was so rude. He would constantly chase kids out of the inside pool area and make them leave because inside pool is above the restaurant...Beach only had 1 waiter. Restaurant also had only 2 servers. Ljubo was awsome and polite. General issue with this hotel is that they do lack trained staff. 1 cleaning lady per couple of floors. No toilet at the beach so you have to go wet inside the lobby to use the toilet. No trash bins in lady toilets at the lobby. No music on the beach or pool area. Another dislike is that hotel does not sell ice cream for the kids. You have to walk outside the hotel area and go to Idea store to purchase icecream. Room coffee pods and sugar were not restocked at all. We were not notifed that rooftop bar was closed due to fire hazard that happend couple weeks ago. Same issue with the Spa that is located next to the bar. Left side of the hotel smells terrible due to the septic issues that Kumbor in general has. Food was very poor comparing to the other hotels that we stayed in in Montenegro. This hotel needs new management ASAP

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Positives are the private parking lot and beach, the pools can be used well. The hotel is very nice and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful.
Breakfast and dinner were not varied, they were the same every day. The food was tasteless. The cleaning lady scattered. Sometimes she didn't change the towels or left the trash. According to the hotel's confirmation, we can to check out by 11 a.m., but the cleaning lady wanted to send us out of the room before 10 a.m.

The size of the room could be little bit bigger, however, we managed very well in current room as well.

From the confirmation of the booking we had check-out at 11 o'clock , but we were told that we had to leave hotel at 10 o'clock.

The hotel staff were really helpfull and kind. Everything was very clean and all the necesities were there. Beautiful view and location. Breakfast was delicius
The AC in the room is weak, its central and u can adjust temperature... I wouldnt recommend the restorant, it doesnt have a good selection outside breakfast hours.. The Spa Centre didn't work as well

Loved the pool view. The beach is amazing, very calm. Amazing buffet at the resturant, dont eat anywhere else!!
I visited 1st of june and the hotel seemed empty, almost no staff. We could not order room service since the bar was closed and we could also not order snacks at the beach since the restaurants were closed.

.We got wrong room, had to wait 4 hours before management came to sort the problem. Not great with 30'C heat. But thanks for champagne later.
Manager and barman were the only ones to speak English, girls in reception didn't give a deem. Staff is not the best...

It was the most disappoint stay in a " 5 star hotel".
First of all everything is with extra charges (sauna&spa). They were closed, doesnt work 😉
The indoor pool doesn't have air conditioned. It's soo cold so you can't swimm on it.
There wasn't towel and slippers (such a dissaster in a "5 star hotel". It cost's 35€ to keep a towel.
The smell of the shampoos in the room smell too bad, it sucks 🤢.
And to close there wasn't air conditioned in the halls.
We pay 120€ (with discount) for one night stand, and the hotel doesn't offer the minimal conditions.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Reception staff very professional and friendly as all others. Hotel very modern and very ...very neat. My room was perfect thought it had mountain view! I can imagine how wonderful are they with sea view!!

View, breakfast, clean, kind staff
Breakfast time is too early, from 7 do 9:30. They start to take food away exactly at 09:30 and make such pressure vibe that you feel you need to get lost. In room in body milk bottle was actually hair conditioner and we applied it on body...you won't die from it but all the body shower, shampoo etc were mixed up. Inside pool works untill 20h and water is cold. Staff rarely wear masks.
