Located in Plantation Key, this charming condo for £144 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Flexible cancellation policy. Futura Yacht Club is an exclusive private, gated resort community. Not like a hotel, FYC is a mixture of renters and owners sharing some great spaces with great amenities. Located directly on the bay with easy ocean access via Snake or Tavernier Creek. The grounds are impeccably maintained with beautiful, tropical plants throughout, pickleball and tennis courts, and a large and inviting pool, pool deck and covered gazebo. The marina is deep water (boats to 36ft allowed), very well maintained and offers excellent protection from wind, waves and current making docking/mooring a breeze. It also has a well constructed boat ramp making this a great place to launch your boat, clean your fish, watch the manatees or gaze at the awesome sunsets. Overlooking the bay, this area is the perfect place to soak up the sun, read a good book, watch amazing sunsets and count the stars. Guests bringing a boat will have to provide proper insurance to the office and pay a registration fee of $50. Boat slip rental is available on request for an additional rate of $170 per week. Trailer storage is also available onsite for $150. For the active the pickleball and tennis courts have lights for evening play. The large pool and lounge area also have WIFI in case you have to take a work call while relaxing. There is also a tv for catching your favorite game while playing ring toss. Swim and splash in the warm sunshine with plenty of chaise lounges for everyone. For the relaxed, our marina is equipped with a charcoal grill, adirondack chairs, two hammocks, a fire pit, tiki hut and picnic table, all in front of one of the best sunsets we have found in the keys. The condo is fully equipped and well maintained. It has a very nice view of the grounds and is only one floor up for easy staircase usage and convenient to the elevator as well. Having the option of both is perfect for social distancing and easy of use. The marina can be partially seen from the balcony and is only a few steps away. Light and bright, the condo is freshly decorated and clean. Enjoy the balcony for breakfast or grill that fresh catch of the day. There is also free community washer/dryer on every floor which is just 6 units. Bring your computer and keep up with your email. Fast and reliable wifi included. The Vrbo site did not guide us to the correct location. We called the owner who directed us. The property was very nice and they made certain we had what we needed. Excellent experience overall.

First day we check in . Apartment was no cleaned from previous visitors. House completely dirty. A lot of dust and dirt behind the couches even after the cleaning lady came. Needs updates !! The whole building does

We stayed for 1 week and wow this was the most relaxing vacation . The pool was heated and very clean. The beach was so fun to watch the sunset each night. The Condo was quiet and the perfect location! Can’t wait to come back next year !!

We had a fabulous time at Futura Yacht Club. Everything was clean, the amenities were nice and the location was perfect. Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property or stay here ourselves again.

The property manager, Shelly, was beyond great. The condo was as described. The only issues we had was the bottom drawer of the stove wouldn’t stay on track and I haven’t gotten my security deposit returned.

Quiet condo condo with ideal location. Close to Islamorada Key where we went fishing at Bud and Mary's Marina on the Miss Islamorada. We caught many fish and the crew was wonderful. Returned to condo to cook the fish for supper. Loved watching sunsets over the water and swimming in the pool every evening. We were pleased with our stay and will definitely stay again.

We had one of the best experiences traveling ever! The property was in a great location, 1.2 miles from a beautiful park that we had access to. Every night we got to watch amazing sunsets. The pool was great. The cottage was very clean and secure. The property owners were fantastic and very helpful. We are definitely booking again for next year.

Had a wonderful stay in the condo in Islamorada. We spent the entire week on or in the water, and the condo was perfectly located for everything. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of the fresh fish we caught off shore. And feeding the snappers and sharks the scraps from the cleaning table at the marina was fun.

We stayed for 7 days and had the best time. The property is centrally located and easy to access everything we wanted to do. We spent most of our time on Key Largo and Islamorada but did make the trip to Key west and that was well worth it. The property itself is on the water with beautiful sunset view. The pool is very nice and never very busy which is nice also. I would only add that maybe the condo have some more basic amenities like storage containers for food, and some ziplock bags for same purpose. We cooked meals at condo and ended up buying our own baggies half way thru the trip. Also couch is in desperate need of replacement. It’s a pull out bed and the cushions are sunk in and very uncomfortable. Neither of those issues were deal breakers, we had a great trip. Also, communication with owners was great.

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. Mark and Holly were great in helping us in obtaining the condo through VRBO and getting in (we were a late arrival). Especially important was that the condo was equidistant from both Key West and Miami, which allowed us to visit both. We had a great time and hope to return.
