Located in the La Playa neighborhood of Port Aransas, one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach, with a private boardwalk. Never miss out on a conversation while gathering in this expansive living room/ dining/ kitchen setting with grand ceilings. Watch your favorite movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi from the plush sectional, couch which converts to a sleeper or a chair. The full kitchen is complete with tile countertops, updated white appliances, both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils to prepare family meals. Dine at the table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Curl up and read a book in the quiet sitting area off of the living room or utilize the desk for distance learning and checking in on work from home. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, closet, and chest for your beach attire. The hall bath is appointed with a vanity and a corner shower with a glass door. The master bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, TV, and closet. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The upstairs area is perfect for kids (BR3) furnished with 2 Twin beds, 1 Full Bed, a TV, a chest, a closet, and plenty of floor space to play. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with a vanity and shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, L-shaped deck, and take in the Gulf view and breeze. After a day of fishing, cook up your catch on the charcoal grill below. The beach is a short walk by way of the private neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes. Pack your bag, load up the family, and come play where lasting memories are made.
