The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Cabo. The property is exactly as described, perfect location. The view was amazing. Salvador was super helpful with arranging our transportation, booking us an excursion and setting up a dinner in the Condo (highly recommend the dinner). The staff of property is so nice. Would 100% book this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 1706. The beds are very comfortable, and the unit is clean and fully stocked! We enjoyed the welcome chips and guac, and took advantage of the private chef option. Diego, our chef, made a meal that knocked our socks off! All this and a perfect sunset from the patio. It was a dream vacay!

We love Cabo this is our second stay at Villa la Estancia and we can't wait to go back! Our unit had an incredible view and came with daily housekeeping which was just amazing! This unit was perfect for our family. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. The staff is super friendly. Onsite restaurants are superb. We will be going back next year!

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Far exceeded our expectations. It was like home from home with the added bonus of stunning view and perfect location. The accommodation was fully equipped with absolutely everything and anything you could or would need. Immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. It was in “brand new” condition. The location of the property was perfect within the resort. We had three teenagers with us and they didn’t want to come home when our time was up. I would highly recommend the property and the engagement from the owners in arranging our stay.

My family just returned from a week in this wonderful villa. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The staff from Bellman, to pool servers and everyone in between were amazing and so friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be planning another trip to this villa again!!

Absolutely loved this unit. We were welcomed by Salvador who prepared us fresh guacamole, pick de gallo and salsa! Delish! Beautiful condo with amazing views. The homeowners are brilliant for having three queen beds in second bedroom - worked perfect for our family of five! Housekeeping service was amazing too, along with front office staff and concierge! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Villa La Estancia is a great property that we have been traveling to for years. The property is well maintained and many of the same people we met 15 years ago are still working there. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. The property has nearly anything you need from restaurants, stores, a gym a spa, pool and tropical drinks.

Excellent location and property. - Pool is amazing - Valet service - Direct beach access - Plenty of activities on the beach - Brian is a great host - Our 8-year old twins loved the fact that there was a giant floatie in the apartment that they could use at the pool - Nice drinks and staff - Close to restaurants - Indian food options nearby The only minor downside was that the sand was a bit course and the water was a bit rough. In spite of that we loved our stay and would certainly consider going there again.

We had a great time. Villa 1706 offered more than we could imagine. There are 3 connected properties that offer food, activities and beach access. I utilized the shopping service and probably didn’t need to because the market was very close to us and open all day. We spent our time lounging at the pool, reading and enjoying cocktails. The Wi-Fi is not great so we sat in the lobby a few times when worked pulled us away from our vacay. The concierge services were always positive and helpful. We wanted for nothing. Looking forward to coming back again sometime.

Stayed in a beautiful villa in Villa la Estancia. Incredible view of the rock formation from the large balcony. Unit was large, clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Maid service every other day. The pools and hot tubs were crystal clear. We went in September, which is not busy season, and there were lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Could not say that for the sister resorts on either side. Only downsides were construction noise and everything very expensive. Did not have an all-inclusive option. All in all, one of the nicest places I have stayed in Mexico and Caribbean.

The property is in a great location close to everything, right on the beach although it’s not swimmable but you can walk about 10 minutes down and it’s a great beach with vendors and umbrellas chair rentals to enjoy a great day. Everyone is very nice and cordial from check-in and through all your stay. The Villa is on the 7th floor with a great view. We totally recommend this villa. We were greeted with Chips and Salsa in the Villa when we arrived by our host Salvador. Thank you.

In the words of my family, "This was the best vacation ever!" I don't believe I can thank Brian and Kassidy enough for the exceptional & professional communication, hospitality and overall detail they provided in the planning of my family's vacation. They provided a very detailed "Guide to Cabo" that featured everything we needed to know including the best airport transfer company, restaurant (all types & price ranges), places to visit and things to watch out for while there. Now to Villa 1706 at Villa La Estancia. This place was AMAZING on all levels! The hospitality and commitment to service from the Concierge staff, the Bellmen, the Housekeepers and every member of the resort staff was like nothing I have ever experienced. The villa was fully stocked with all of the necessities required to make this place feel like home. The peace and quite throughout the resort, including the pool and beach areas, was a welcome treat. And the view from the massive outdoor living space was one to behold. It's shame I can't give it more than five stars! When I am in Cabo again, and I will return, Brian & Kassidy's Villa 1706 will be my home away from home.

The resort properties are beautiful and with this condo, you get access to all 3! Great location if you want to be close to Cabo San Lucas, Modano Beach and the marina. The view from the condo is amazing. The area is pretty "touristy" but beautiful. The property management met us at the room on check-in with some welcome snacks! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We found booking with the hotel concierge led to our more successful excursions. We enjoyed dune buggies and snorkeling. The condo itself was really comfortable and well-appointed. Everything in Cabo is based on US$$$ so it was expensive. We took a taxi to the local Walmart and did some shopping to cook and eat some meals at "home." Worked out well for our family! We most enjoyed the Glass Factory...I think our next trip we might try San Jose Del Cabo for a more small town feel.

Beautiful well maintained property. All team members who work at Estancia are extremely friendly, fun and professional. After spending much of my career in hospitality, I really appreciate the little touches that mean a lot. They must be fantastic at hiring and training. They touch their heart when they greet you. Ate here a few meals. Food was good. Beverages were good. Right on Medano Beach. Walkable to town. Accommodations were awesome. Great deck for gathering, cooking, enjoying the view. Well appointed decor and stocked with the right items to cook and entertain. Also had beach toys. Very comfortable home. So glad we stayed here. Spacious.

La Estancia is a beautiful resort and the staff is amazing! Villa 1706 is great and I highly recommend staying for the week, you won't be let down. All the residents of Cabo are friendly and gracious and I recommend going out to visit the local community and restaurants.

The condo is perfect. The owner, Brian, was very knowledgeable and provided a great welcome packet. We stayed with our family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff at Villa La Estancia is super friendly. Salvador (concierge service) was extremely helpful getting us reservations. Easy walk to town via beach or street. The wifi is a little bit weak, but workable - not a big deal though because you're on vacation, get out and enjoy all the property and Cabo have to offer!
