Situated in Seaside, this lovely house for £90 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Necanicum House - Oregon Beach Vacations Welcome to Necanicum House, located in Seaside, right in front of the Necanicum River and just down the street from the Seaside Promenade! This lovely, two story home boasts four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and is perfect for up to eight guests! Step inside your Seaside vacation rental and get ready to relax in style and comfort on your next visit to the Oregon coast. Park the car, and head inside. You'll find yourself in the living room area with enough seating for everyone in your group. Gather around the flat screen TV located above the fireplace and watch a movie together after a long day out on the beach. During those cold winter nights, feel free to warm your toes by the fire. Located just off of the living room, the kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a few homemade meals during your stay or plenty of space to set the takeout. The kitchen table holds four guests so feel free to gather in the living room area as well during meal time. There are also plenty of restaurants to check out while staying at Necanicum House. Pig n' Pancake, a pizza restaurant, and a great steak place are just a few places located on the Prom that offer great food and service. Head upstairs, and you'll find a half bath along with the primary bedroom, boasting a queen size bed and a private bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo. You'll also find the other three bedrooms upstairs along with the final full bathroom. Two of the rooms each offer one queen size bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two twins, making this room perfect for any children in your party. Property is well located and has all the basic amenities needed. Perfect for our infant and two year old.
That being said it really needs a deep clean (couches, rugs, sink area) and the mattresses need to be replaced as well.

Could use a bit more yard chairs for time outside (either out front or back). Also lots of cobwebs around the house (behind doors, corners and ect.)
Loved the addition of fans in each room, lots of towels, decent kitchen setup for cooking onsite. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, all as advertised.
Couches are a bit lived in and could use an upgrade.mattresses as well are old and not very comfortable.

Location is pretty close to everything, The beds are not comfortable second bedroom you can feel the springs in the mattress. Kitchen could use a couple more standard items, cookie sheets, griddle, better scrubber for dishes. Couches were stained and just didn't feel very clean. Also ran out of propane half way through grilling burgers. Also with multiple people staying, would have also been nice having more than one key for all of us.

Spacious home that accommodated our family of six really well. Was super clean at check in. Great location - 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk into town. It’s location down a drive way and behind another house gave a more private vibe than most rentals.
Main downside was the Wi-Fi. Movies pausing every few seconds at times became frustrating. With 6 people and their devices plus the two smart TV’s, the router and/or internet speed needs to be majorly updated. Thankfully, our main occupation during our visit was the beach!

Our stay
It is a lovely home. I would stay there again. Good location, close to everything. However, there were some areas missed with the vacuum and with a few things. Some of the walls needed to be wiped down. The couches were stained and the carpets could probably use a cleaning too. Just some basic extra time and touches would solve those areas.
The kitchen had basic supplies but no cookie sheets, or tin foil.. you may need to bring your own cooking pans and definitely your own supplies as far as tin foil, cling wrap, etc.
A couple of the lights in the lamps and bathroom needed to be changed or looked at.
After looking at past reviews, it seems like cleanliness is an ongoing issue.
I would stay there again. I liked the house.

This house is so cute. We stayed here with 2 babies under the age of 1, and this house is so close to town. It was perfect for when we had to walk back "home" to grab something for the kids, or if we needed to put them down for a nap. It's a very nice house and perfect for large groups. We really appreciated there being laundry soap to wash our towels and things. Would definitely recommend this to people and would stay here again.

The home sits behind another one so from the street it can easily be missed. needs better address.
The first day of check in the TV did not work in the bedroom upstairs. We called office. they were going to call someone on staff and see if they couldn't walk us thru adjustments over the phone. This did not work either. Meanwhile we checked the tv in the living room and it didn't work as well. They were going to send maintenance over which did not happen until three more calls the next morning and arrival of the man late afternoon. He discovered that both tv's were broken and needed to be replaced and would put in order for new. However we were leaving the next morning so it wasn't likely we would have service the whole time we were there, which we didn't. It would seem a replacement for at least one tv in the home should have been available. Also WiFi codes are printed incorrect. Location to beach was Two Long Blocks and hardly walkable for older people or young children.
