This spacious 5 bedroom pool house is conveniently located across from Disneyland and near the conventions center and Downtown Disneyland. Master bedroom - queen bed. 2nd(fireplace) bedroom - king bed. 3rd bedroom - king bed and a crib. 4th bedroom - 2 Bunk bed - twin on top, full bottom. 5th bedroom - Queen bed, Bunk bed - twin on top and bottom. Livingroom - Sofabed. We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit Please see CITY REQUIREMENTS in the listing Description section above. Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. Optional Pool Heating Fee - (Additional fee) **Please note, we do NOT advertise on Craigslist** We respectfully decline bookings that create a 2-night open gap in our calendar. Please be sure to check our availability, prior to booking! Cancellation policy: Full refund 60 or more days prior to arrival - Cancellation processing fee applies Cancellation processing fee: 90 or more days prior to arrival – $100 cancellation fee 61 - 89 days prior to arrival – $300 cancellation fee 60 – 0 days prior to arrival – No Refunds / No Change of Dates CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS: *City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours. *Max Occupancy - 13 individuals including infants and daytime visitors *Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights *Min age to book our properties is 23 years old or older. *Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in the driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed. *Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book. *Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area. *NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive). *Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. *No parties or events are allowed **Optional Pool Heating or Spa Heating** Pool - Additional costs apply for heating. For pool heating, guests are required to let us know at least 24-48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Six authors used the house as a home base for a writing convention. During the course of the convention we had guests for dinner both inside and sitting outside using the grill. This house had everything you need for an adults weekend but also if you had kids, it would be perfect. It made our lives so much easier to be there instead of in a hotel.

Great location as well as plenty of room for everyone(12). Had a small problem with plumbing but they fixed it as quick as they could without too much inconvenience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had 3 families stay for a quick trip to Disneyland. The house is very cute, Disney theme. The pool was a great option, fenced and safe. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Nancy and Rick were great with questions before and during our stay. The house is well equipped in kitchen, has all the linens you need. We walked to and from the parks each day. Great location. Would stay again!! Thanks for being great hosts!!

We stayed during a convention at the nearby Anaheim Convention Center. It was walkable and the access to restaurants was very good. Our group of five adults were all co-workers so the number of rooms, each with their own TV's was very accommodating. This house would be the perfect family compound for Disney as it is right across the street and has tons of walkable options for restaurants/bars. The only "needs to improve" are some basic TLC as the undermounted kitchen lights don't work, the grill was a disaster so I replaced rusted out parts, the patio umbrella is torn and there were no plastic glasses for the patio area so I bought those too and gifted them to the house. Small things that wouldn't ruin any vacation though. You can't go wrong w/ this place.

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it both times! House is clean and inviting and has everything you need. We were able to walk to Disneyland (1.3 miles) not to bad. We will definitely stay here again or any of their other properties as Rick and Nancy are great to work with and very accommodating thank you!!

The lay out of the house is perfect for large families, or multiple families staying together. The kitchen comes with everything you could ever need. The bathrooms are updated and spacious. The towels, sheets and blankets were clean and nice quality! Backyard and front yard are beautiful and well taken care of. The walk to the monorail was quick and easier than messing with parking. The pizza place down the street was even fast and super delicious. Love this property and will be back!!

Great property. About 30 minute walk to the parks. Property management was great to work with. We had a plumbing issue and they were quick to respond and fix it. Other than road noise on one side of the house which there is nothing anyone can do about it, it was perfect place to stay.

Property was pretty much as described. There were plenty of beds, the house was clean and the kids loved the pool. We had a couple of minor incidents and the property manager and the owner were very concerned and responsive. We were very pleased with our stay!

This home was perfect for our family Disney vacation where we took our children and grandchildren. The large house was comfortable for the 13 of us with room to spread out. Swimming pool was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Checkout was a breeze with virtually no tasks required of us. It is a bit of a walk to Disney but our 6-year old granddaughter was able to do it.

We love this house and will stay here again. It is roomy, very comfortable, and is set up with a cooks kitchen that was amazing. The pool was awesome and everyone had their own room. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves. Having a stroller and a wheelchair in the garage we could use made getting around Disneyland even easier.

Overall, the house was fine. There were some minor cleanliness issues (like mildew in the shower), and there were no paper towels or napkins in the house, but the house was in fine shape.
For us (family of eight) with girls aged 3 and 6, there was just a little too much noise from 1) the main streets running next to the house, and 2) the water heater that made REALLY loud popping sounds when someone took a shower, which woke everyone else in the house up.
We let the property manager know that it would be nice to 1) replace the water heater, and 2) put some closets in the bedrooms to be able to hang up your clothes.
On another note, it is a full 1 mile walk from the house to the entrance of Disneyland/California Adventures if you are going to make the walk around the Disney property (which we did) to enter the park.

We had a wonderful time!! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room for all. Big kitchen table. Bunk beds which the kids loved. Pool. And a 20 minute walk to Disneyland entrance gate.

This house is so cute!! We love the Disney themes all over the house. It’s clean, the owners are great at communicating. Thorough instructions about everything, which I really like. Also it’s only a beautiful 15 minute walk to Disneyland!! 🙌🏻 Every night we can watch the fireworks from Disney. We will definitely be back if it’s available the next time we come back. 🙂

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Disneyland. There were plenty of rooms/beds. We appreciated the three bathrooms, area to hang out, large very stocked kitchen, and overall cleanliness. We didn't use the pool, but the backyard was very nice. The location was perfect! It was about a 15 minute walk to security at Downtown Disney. We would recommend this property for a large group. We will definitely return!!

We stayed over MLK weekend with 2 families of 4. Plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to run around! House was clean, had everything we needed, and beds were comfortable. We walked to and from Disney both days. The walk seemed a little long with tired kids on the way home at night but not bad. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife took her kids and grandkids to Disneyland. We stayed at the house with 12 of us. It was a easy walk to the monorail even with a three-year-old along. Enjoy the pool. We definitely stay again

From the Disney-themed decor to the proximity to the parks this house is the perfect home for your Disneyland adventure! This spacious house gave everyone their own space to decompress after long days in the park. The benefit of having a house with young kids is you don't have to worry about them being loud. They ran and played to their hearts content. Having a kitchen allows you to eat breakfast and prep lunches before heading out to the parks. Downtown Disney is roughly a one-mile walk. We walked every day and avoided the hassle and expense of parking at the park.
This was the perfect home away for home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Every thing worked if well for our family. Easy walk to Disneyland, pool was great, 3 bathrooms were a must for a large group, other comparable homes had only 2. Hosts communicated well and we all had a great time!

Great house with full amenities- we paid extra for heating of pool and used pool 4 times. Kids and adults loved it! House was decorated and set up very nice- plenty of room for our big group of 11 people. Had our 1 and 3 year old grandchildren- plenty of bath rooms, sitting areas and bedrooms had enough space! Kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware. Location was good. Host checked in with us and family was very pleased.

This house had everything we needed for a great trip, lots of space, amazing pool, small grass area, 3 bathrooms, plenty of rooms to allow for privacy. The open living area was great for keeping eyes on our two year old. We walked to Disneyland (it was quicker for us to walk than park in the theme park garages, we tried it both ways). The side of the house is on a kind of busy road, leading to some traffic noise. However the backyard was secure so I was not worried about my toddler running around freely (with the pool gate closed). We were concerned the front door didn’t lock from the inside, even if the exterior side of the door was locked. So Rick came to home and installed a chain lock up high within a couple of hours to keep the little one inside (she just mastered opening doors on her own). Long story short no complaints here, would stay again for sure!

Found ourselves in town for a death in the family. Thankfully we were able to book on short notice. Interaction with the manager was pleasant and they went out of their way to accommodate our stay. House was perfect in every way. Again, thank you.

Randy the property manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay. He helped us set the front door lock code and answered any questions we had.
Layout of house was great. We have 13 guests total and ages ranged from 68 years to 1 year old. One bedroom with attached bathroom (stand up shower) was on side of house closest to garage. A second bathroom was next to the kitchen (stand up shower). A big bedroom was located immediately inside the front door and then down the hall the remaining 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom (with stand up shower and separate bath tub). Shampoo 2n1, soap and hand soap were provided and a welcomed item.
The garage had the HE washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach and fabric softener for use. We also had use of a lightweight stroller, 2 high chairs and a Pack n Play. You can only park two vehicles in the driveway and there is no street parking at all.
The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, spices, bowls, silverware, utensils, microwave and toaster. They did have 6 bottles of water in the refrigerator upon arrival which was nice to have after a long drive. Only few items I wished they had...saran wrap or aluminum foil, zip baggies, and kitchen wash rags to wipe down counters and table (they had kitchen sponge and paper towels for use).
Location - a very short walk (1 -1/2 block) to wait for Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART - i used the app which gave me precise times to expect the shuttle at location) in front of the Best Western Pavillions. We took Route 9 and that lead us to the transportation area for Disneyland, CA Adventure or Downtown Disney. Very convenient and easy to use. If you are wanting to walk to Disney then you could walk through an employee parking lot which is located across the street and around the corner (sounds strange but easy 15-20 min walk depending on you stride). Will let you enter Downtown Disney closest to ESPN and Rainforest Cafe.
Outside Area: The front yard is well taken care of. The pool area is great (just as pictures show online) it is secured by a fence and gate. Also the seating outside with an umbrella was used and also we BBQ'd. Each night we were able to watch from the front lawn the fireworks from Disneyland and that was nice for the little ones who could not stay in the park that late.
Overall great experience and feel this house has much to offer if you are looking to stay in this area with family or friends.
