The condo was great!!! It’s near everything you could possibly need including the beach. Fort Clinch is not far from it and a must see as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, secluded villa. Nicely decorated and everything thing you need. The beach is just a couple blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby and a few minutes to downtown Fernandina. Michelle will respond quickly to any questions you may have. I will definitely consider staying here again ( I usually need a bigger place)

Good stay great weather. Need clock in the living room area.

Cute and clean condo. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, as we were at the beach, or in town most of the time, but it was great for what we needed. The beds weren’t super comfy, and the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors, but the owners did the best to make it comfortable.

I had everything I needed and the condo was very comfortable and very convenient to the beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened in porch. It was just me this trip but they had plenty of towels/beach accessories I would use another time when I return with family. Thank you!

Our family with three young children had a short, two-night stay as part of a long East Coast road trip. The apartment was easy to find and settle into. We cook most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though it is a first floor apartment, things were very quiet. We all slept great! On our only full day there, we had a peaceful morning at the beach, which was just a short walk away. We had hoped to go to the pool in the afternoon, but there was a mesmerizing thunderstorm that we watched with the kids from the screened back porch for about an hour. Downtown Fernandina was just a short drive away for dinner, and we were back on the road the next morning with a simple checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is a great place to vacation in! The listing is very accurate but I was more impressed in person, beautifully decorated, great amenities and super comfortable. It was our first time visiting this area and it was a big hit with the whole family. So glad we booked here, only wish we could have stayed longer!

We came down for a few days of fishing and rest. The accommodations were perfect for our stay. We found the home very clean and close to all the things we wanted to do. Had a great time fishing with Captain Danny Flynn of fish Amelia Island Charters. After a morning of fishing we ate at timotis and finished with a ice cream from cold stone. Beds were very comfortable for two great nights of rest. Will be recommending to my friends and will stay again 5 out of 5 stars for this stay.

Loved how quiet the place was, tucked back from the road in the woods. My favorite spot was reading or enjoying a meal on the back screened in deck. The place had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and other places like downtown Fernandina Beach, the state parks and more. We had a great time!

Fun weekend at the Beach
This is a great property for families! Perfect size for my family of four! We had everything we needed in the condo. The only complaint was that the walk to the beach was not feasible for small children. Although it was super easy to drive there and park! The grounds around the condo are beautiful!

Amelia Island is a historical small town that is right on the Atlantic Ocean! This unit is so close the ocean that you could walk, ride a bike or drive less than 5 min to beach access. This unit has an amazing kitchen with anything you may need! I even used their crockpot so after a day of playing at the ocean we could go home and enjoy a hot dinner! The WiFi was amazing for my kids to do their homework and the tv was nice to be able to log in to Hulu or Netflix after dark. There is a screened in deck off the living room and master that was great patio furniture in so you can relax with the view of a small private pond surrounded by majestic trees. The owners also had a closet that they made sand toys, a rolling cooler, beach chairs and more available for renters use! That was so nice! There is 2 full bathrooms that are nicely decorated and very clean! There is also a stackable washer and dryer that is in the kitchen hidden away in a closet that came in so handy! We could pack less being that we could use it! The bedroom with the twin beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough room to put an inflatable twin mattress down for more son. In the master it had a very spacious room with a comfortable bed and private bath! This property also has a private pool which my kids loved jumping into after a very long trip! I would give this property a 10 out of 10!!! Thank you for our amazing staff, the amazing memories will last a lifetime!

Fall Break Stay
This property was for perfect our family. We have stayed at Amelia Landings several times and love the location. It’s our favorite place to stay! This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was well stocked and had plenty of kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable, plenty or towels that were of good size and soft! We loved the back porch. My only reason for giving three stars on cleanliness is the baseboards were extremely dusty and caked in dirt and the sinks had some lime buildup. I am assuming this is not the owners fault but the cleaning service who is probably stretched extremely thin during this time. We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice. Perfect for our family of 4. The second bedroom had plenty of room for our 2 year olds pack n play. I would not say it’s easy walking distance to the beach, unless you want to walk on the sidewalk on the main street leading down to the beach. With our 2 little ones, that was not an option. Easy enough to pack the car and drive down to the beach. Plenty of parking. My only real complaint was that we were not allowed to touch the thermostat in the condo. It had to stay at 72 degrees and you are threatened with a fine if you touch it. It was fine in the mornings, but by late afternoon , it was just too hot in the condo. Unfortunately, this is not disclosed until you book the condo. Overall, a very nice place and very pretty community. We would stay there again in the fall or early spring, but not during the summer months.
