Beautiful 8th floor condo at the Majestic Beach Towers in Panama City Beach. This unit is newly renovated with new furniture and stainless steel appliances. This end unit offers unbeaten wrap around views of PCB. With 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, a twin size bunkbed and sleeper sofa in the living room this unit can sleep 12! -The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the private balcony. -The second Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony. -The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds. -The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen tv. -The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay. This Unit is an end unit on the 8th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook. Was a great time. Beautiful condo, enough room for all 12 of us to not feel crowded. Wrap around balcony was a treasure and saw spectacular views. Only problem was master bedroom toilet ran constantly. The foot of bed was wobbly.

This unit was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The property as a whole was wonderful. Only complaint is the bar across the street is super loud and can be heard in the unit until they close. We use box fans in our rooms so it wasn’t as loud. We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo is in a great location. Within walking distance to many restaurants, etc. The market and restaurant inside the building were very good. Condo itself was perfect for our needs.

We were thankful to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. This condo was convenient to elevators and the trash bin, local stores, and places to eat, pool and beach. The furniture needs updating along with the rug on the balcony. It’s a hazard for tripping and getting hurt. There are repairs that need to be made on various items including one of the queen size beds and kitchen cabinets. The dryer handle was broken when we arrived, but they came to fix it the next day after we notified them, which was nice. One toilet had a problem, but they fixed that as well. The instructions were helpful and the checkin process was easy. The door wouldn’t stay locked, but a simple phone call to the number given resolved that problem. A vacuum in the unit would be helpful to get sand off the floor each day. We did the best we could with the broom available. We enjoyed our time as a family in spite of the few things that needed to be addressed and the other minor problems.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, nice pools, and spacious condo. We had a few issues but nothing major. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Our whole family stayed for the week and had the best time. The place was beautiful, fantastic views, we even filmed dolphins from our balcony. Bring a pair of binoculars.

I loved our condo, however the washer wasn't working so we had to call maintenance. They did fix it within 24 hours but it would have been nice not to worry about laundry. Maybe do a walk through or have the cleaning staff communicate with owners that something isn't working properly before renting out. I will say you defiantly have to pack towels since not too many were provided. The parking garage is a little walk. Overall I would stay again! We loved it.

Positives: great location, lots to do with the kids, Starbucks, ice cream, bar, restaurant, all on site (prices VERY HIIGH). We came in on a low volume day (Wed) so it was much easier to unload than 4th of July week the last time we stayed at Majestic.
We will definitely stay at the Majestic Tower 1 again!! Once all the above negatives are resolved, we’d get this same place again, too. Rental company was great to work with!!

Very Nice

The rooms were spacious as well as the kitchen area. There was a large table for eating or playing cards every night which is what we did. The master bathroom is a luxury. The pictures give an accurate view of the unit. Its very spacious and the panormac view is awesome. Some of the fastest elevators I've been on and during the week of Thanksgiving there was no waiting. You'll get your steps in with car parked across the street and your at the end of the building but good exercise, the view is worth it. Owner has a front loading washer with stacked dryer thats top of the line, but if previous occupants didn't leave the door of washer open you'll need to get something to run through it. we did and worked fine. There are two charcoal grills at Majestic at the right side of parking lot that are excellent and the lighted grilling area is well maintained. One review complained about slow sink drains, not an issue I fixed that. Our bed was very comfortable and had no complaints from my boys and their wives about theirs, bring my own pillows so no issue there. Kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking utensils, however I always bring my own omelet pan and tongs for grill. If there was one thing, it would be a little more seating in the living area, but then that would infringe on the openness that it has. Table was large for every one to share meals and play games on. Emerald Coast Destinations were very accommodating and communication with them was always friendly. Over all would book again if I were to bring my family down next fall.

Place was nice, chair had a broken leg that made for a couple laughs, our door knob broke when someone went outside at 3am to smoke.... We didn't hear then until 7am. That was also a funny memory. I called and reported the door and 2 hours later, they came and replaced the knob.
It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our beach was closed all but 2 days of our trip for beach restoration. (I wish they would have told us in advance)
But overall, if you're not satisfied with this unit, you need to chill out. It's a great condo, on a great beach, in a great state.
I will book again next year

PCB getaway with family was fantastic!! Loved the condo and the wrap around balcony offered breathtaking views!! The floor to ceiling windows were also a hit with the younger kids!!

There was a paper on the fridge that stated we had 2 chair and umbrella rental with the unit but when we asked about it at the hut they said they didn’t have chairs for our unit. We love staying at Majestic but would never choose this unit again.

The view was amazing from the 21st floor. Elevators were not an issue for our crew of 7 adults though our visit was no longer tied to a school calendar. The unit is spacious and photos are perfectly accurate. I had been concerned with previous reviews about limited towels and kitchen necessities which have clearly been addressed. There were plenty of towels, Pots/pans, utensils, Dishware and Silverware. I loved the light airy and spacious accommodations for our trip.

Panama City Beach is very touristy understandably so with the white sand beaches and warm ocean. It had a tropical feel with outdoor restaurants on the ocean providing several options for outdoor eating. The view from our condo was the best unfortunately our lodging accommodations were sadly lacking. If we were staying in economy accommodations, it would have been acceptable. For the amount we paid, the condo should have been equipped with nice towels, unbroken dishes and pots and pans that were worthy to cook with. The condo should have been meticulously cleaned, unfortunately it was not. Each person in our party received one towel and one wash cloth to last for the week., There was one dish cloth and one dish towel. The fridge was dirty and I had to clean and sanitize prior to placing refrigerated items in the fridge. The dishes were dirty and chipped so we washed them prior to using as well. The shower liner in one of the bathrooms had a good amount of mold causing us to purchase a new shower liner. The towels were so small and thin you could not wrap yourself in the towel after showering. When I booked this particular unit, it included two beach side chairs and an umbrella for the week we were there. When I tried to claim my two chairs, I was told the condo where I was staying was not on the list and we would have to pay an additional fee for the chairs. To summarize, we loved Panama City, we loved the view, we were very disappointed in our lodging accommodations for the price we paid.

My family and I go to Florida every year, anywhere from Pensacola Beach, Destin to PCB. This is by far the best condo we’ve ever stayed at. We would absolutely do it again next year! Everything you see in the pics and description is on point. We traveled with a group of 8, there was plenty of room for all to move around at once. The view from the balcony was awesome!
The pools were great, the restaurant (although a bit pricey) was great! Plus a Starbucks made it easy for my morning coffee.
The cons…for a family our size there wasn’t enough bigger pans to cook with, I found myself washing the only large pan they had to cook with. Hot water ran out everyday if everyone tries to shower after the beach, so we learned we would have to space it out. The ONLY reason I might not go back….the parking garage and elevators!! If you drive a large SUV or truck it’s a nightmare trying to get in and out of the garage, not impossible, just a pain. The Elevators are a worse nightmare, during the week you’ll find yourself waiting 15-30 minutes for an elevator. During check-in It took us 2 hours to unload our vehicle. My recommendation is carry just enough to get you through the night, then unload the next morning.

The condo had plenty of space. Everyone had their own bedroom and three bathrooms with 6 people worked out great. Location was great. The view from the 21st floor was fabulous. Only complaint was the elevators, slow and being that far up we stopped at every floor.
