The property was very lovely and perfect for us, a couple traveling with their dog. The host, Debbie, was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for traveling with a dog! There were also amazing views of the Lincoln Cathedral!

Had a wonderful weekend July 2023. The house was compact but perfect size for a couple. Beautiful garden. Debbie couldn't have done any more for us. We will definitely be returning . Thankyou

The little house was great, perfect for the 2 of us to stay and the location was great with the centre so close but with the benefit of the views it has. Debbie the host was just amazing nothing was too much trouble and she was always willing to help, even dropped us off into town one evening!! Debbie also found out that I was a fan of my car and invited me onto her lawn with my car to take some pictures!! Unmatched hospitality

The owner was lovely and couldn't do enough for us,felt like nothing was roo much trouble.
We will be xoming again definitely and we would highly recommend this place.

20min walk to pub on riverbank and 1 mile walk to town
garden was lovely
estate grounds are beautiful
took some great photos in nature reserve bird hide

Serene views, incredibly friendly host, tranquil surroundings!
Whether you’re booking for work or pleasure this is the place.
Stayed in the lovely little house which is cosy and delightful. After an early start working a local antiques fair it was great to put your feet up and take in the views out the window of sunset.
The host was so helpful advising on local places, walks and made sure our stay was comfortable.
Great price for location too
