Situated in Kalbarri, this lovely condo for £83 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 2 Nights Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs unit. Main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed, Second bedroom has 1 x Double bed and 1 Single bed. The Unit has a reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo in living area. Small heater available. Kitchen has a stove but NO OVEN, Air fryer ,microwave and fridge/freezer and all the necessary cooking and crockery required. The bathroom is tastefully renovated. The unit is straight across from the pool area and has river views from the front door. No washing machine in the unit but laundry facilities are available within the complex, swimming pool and tennis court are a few of the facilities available please note you do need to bring your own Rackets and balls. A lovely very clean, freshly painted through out, tastefully decorated neat and tidy unit to come home and relax in after visiting the Kalbarri sights, or a morning spent around the pool. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more. This complex has a luxurious pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. You can enjoy the beautiful coloured pool lights in the evening. The share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied. There are tennis courts for your use, you do need to bring your own rackets and balls Laundry facilities are also available on site (Card payment required)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great, the accommodation was close to IGA, beach, park and walking paths. The complex itself also had great amenities.My only feedback was I was surprised by the lack of facilities inside the accomodation, there weren't basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, tea and coffee and not even soap was provided which was a little frustrating. Otherwise a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental apartment was great. Self contained. Close to swimming pool & barbecue area, also Laundry matt. ( laundry matt was a bit pricey- cost $9 all up to use eash machine & dryer. Both take tokens and each token cost $3. In the pictures on the internet, there is a swan in pool area & says there is a sauna and spa area but those were not in use and the Swan wasn't in pool. Overall, great experience, great spot. The ice cream place and restaurant was closed down which was a shame and tennis courts run down, would of loved to of played tennis or basket ball or even badminton. ( hopfuly in the very near future this gets a good do over as well as restaurant and ice cream shop.

Nice clean comfortable place to stay. Would use the pool facilities if weather was warm. Only thing lacking was bath soap and shampoo. We had to run out to iga to get some. Not sure if this something we should have brought along.

The facilities were clean. We had never stayed in an apartment before. We found it a bit odd how we had to clean the entire property before leaving, however completely understandable as people could leave it in complete shambles. However it's a bit strange that you have to pay $30 if you break a plate or something and they give you the cheapest plates ever, super fragile, we don't have these plates at home because of how easily they break. So that was a bit odd. However the property was right on the water, straight across from the jetty and close enough to the IGA and right next door to the fish and chip shop. Overall a good experience. However signs stated the pool was heated which it wasn't. As I said great experience would go again.
