Situated in Kalbarri, this attractive house for £81 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. 4 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season ** Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside. $50 fee applies. (Max 1 dog) ** A few new additions going in at Mbale. This neat & tidy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick apartment has 1 Queen bed in main room & 2 Single beds each in the other two bedrooms. Ducted/evaporative air con cool only to every room and ceiling fans in living/dining room and all bedrooms. Large new Smart TV, New lounge suite & carpets throughout the lounge /dining areas and new flooring in the Kitchen room. Bath and separate shower in bathroom (also semi-ensuite to main bedroom). New Washing machine in laundry with a separate toilet. Microwave, New fridge/freezer and stove/oven in well stocked kitchen with a small breakfast table. Larger table in dining area and lounges for relaxing in. New BBQ & there is a outdoor setting in back patio area, Two driveways one with a single carport & the other has a driveway with gate access to lawned backyard (good for the boat and Dog.) Fully enclosed backyard. Centrally located close to beach and town. (There is a pet gate to put across the laundry door so Pets are welcome to sleep inside due to weather, BYO DOG BED, however in the laundry only.) Mbale receives a lot of returning happy regular guests so it is quiet a popular property to relax in and enjoy your holidays here in Kalbarri. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Neat and tidy house. You can see the river and coast from the front garden, and the pub is a short walk away (there is nothing too far away in Kalbarri). There were two blue tongued lizards living in the back garden and we came back to find a big roo munching on the grass in the front garden one afternoon. The only minor issue was that the architrave running along the face-brick wall in the laundry was not sealed, meaning that bits if debris were being blown onto the work surface, but such a minor thing and easy for the owner to fix

WiFi would be useful & the labels & instructions is off putting, particularly when the inventory does not match. The location is good, close to town, Blue Holes & Chinaman's Beach. Nice new big refrigerator & good back garden & gates for dog/s. Very suitable for small family or couple.

This house is perfect for a holiday. It is neat clean and tidy and in a fabulous location. It is also secure and has everything that you need. Its only a 5 minute walking distance from the house to town and a stones throw from the water. And the yard was very secure for my two dogs.

Located across the road from Pelican shores accomodation , near hospital, physio , river mouth , nice stroll to the main part of town in less than 10 minutes . 3 bedroom brick house , main room has double bed , drawers and hanging space for clothes ( also has old tv and spare drawers , carpeted , bedrooms 2/3 have 2 single beds , drawers and hanging space for clothes , carpeted rooms , Seperate Toilet , bathroom , laundry with washing machine ( bit old and odorous ) Pets permitted outside , has a gate to the side of the house which leads to the back yard ( small boat or trailer can fit there . Under cover carport .Kitchen with cutlery , plates etc , gas stove ,electric oven , no dishwasher .Was not very clean at our most recent stay -I took photos and plan to forward to Ray White team for review .Overall was ok for what we needed .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful holiday home that ticked all the boxes for a perfect getaway. The location was fantastic, and I had an absolutely lovely time during my stay. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.One of the highlights of the property was the great backyard and entertaining area. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends and family, and we enjoyed many meals and drinks out there in the beautiful weather.While the property was generally great, there were a few small things that could have made it even better. For example, having a split system in the living room and other areas of the home would have been nice, as would proper cutting knives, a bath mat, and a door on the shower instead of a curtain. Additionally, the option for a mid-stay sheet and towel change would have been appreciated.Despite these small suggestions for improvement, I would still highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in a great location. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

A great property in an excellent location. However the property is pretty tired and needs maintenance. Thread bare carpet, sagging mattress, loose screen door and window latches, curtain rod anchors failing etc.

Very well-placed, clean, simple little home with everything we needed. With shops in the area closing so early it would be fabulous to arrive to a small starter-pack (eg) 5 teabags, 2-cup container of milk, 3 sugar sachets, 1 'coin-size' piece of soap, and a toilet roll. I understand it is the customers job to supply these for the stay but even miniatures of these products to arrive to at night when everything is closed would have been SO helpful and welcoming.

We came for a a fishing trip and brought our wives so needed something to suit both parts of the plan. This property is comfortable and suitable to park our large boat. A few maintenance items could be sorted, but other than that, comfortable property with good fit out in a brilliant location ie easy walk to town, short drive to gorges and of course not far from the boat ramp.

We have stayed at this property for over 20 years at the same time (September - October,2-3 has always been a family affair!It started as our 3rd term school is a clean and comfortable place.The furniture has sometimes needed updating.The new Television was a winner!The lounge might be next!

Mbale had everything we required,was clean and comfortable and well situated close to the beaches and town.The gas stove was playing up and called Ray WHite the agents who came within 15 mins to look at it and this was 4pm friday arvo. It needed repairs so the gas man arrived 20 mins later and had it working soon after.Great service.

Clean accommodation but could do with some upgrading.
Glad I didn’t bring my dog as there was no area outside which sheltered from the rain. Probably ok in the summer.
All in all we were happy with the accommodation and location of the property.

lovely unit
This is a very nice unit and would be great in the summer. Sadly the heating is not sufficent to make the unit warm in the winter. With a better heating system it would be the best unit we have ever rented. It is spacious and in a good location and just a short walk to the shops or the river.
