Welcome to Sundown D24! Bringing a Boat? Registration Fees of $40 daily Apply. Relax, slow down and enjoy life. In Perdido Key that's the way of life. Come enjoy our special spot on the island. In our 3BR / 2BA condo at Sundown is the perfect spot for your family getaway. We furnished our condo with families in mind. There are enough beds to sleep most families. All bedrooms have TV's. The kitchen has everything you would need prepare your favorite meals and feel at home. Is is open to the dining area and the living room with beautiful views from each room. A washer and dryer is furnished for your convenience. The balcony is a favorite spot for most. Enjoy beautiful views of ole river. You can bring your boat and tie up to our boat docks. We have a storage yard you can park your boat trailer. Directly across the street is our private beach boardwalk. Sundown is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and Ole River all in one place. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the largest swimming pool on the island. Also on our property is a tennis court and basketball court. Cable and Free WIFI provided. *Sundown has taken every precaution to ensure accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct errors.

The check in was easy and the beach was very nice. You just have to cross one road, but we had wagons to transport all our beach essentials. There was even a parking lot if you wanted to drive your beach things across.

Enjoyed our stay rained everyday but a rainy day is better than none! Condo itself could use a little love. But overall great trip

The condo was exactly as pictured. The views are spectacular. You can fish from the dock or walk 2 minutes to the beach. Many restaurants and attractions a short drive.

Nice area to stay in
The property manager was very helpful. Very nice location (private entry onto beach and another public entry right across the street). A number of nice places to eat and shop. The beach itself was wonderful. Would stay again. :)

We enjoyed our stay at Sundown. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and attractions.
Kim was extremely helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend Sundown Unit 24D.
I would make one suggestion. There should be a sheet with instructions on how to operate the TV and Wifi..

Short Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Sundown. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and attractions.
Kim was extremely helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend Sundown Unit 24D.
I would make one suggestion. There should be a sheet with instructions on how to operate the TV and Wifi..

Wonderful floor layout. Easy and spacious for our family of 7. Absolutely LOVED the back balcony. The river view was wonderful! We normally stay right on the beach, but were so pleased with the views of the river- saw dolphins, cranes, flying fish, loads of butterflies and seeing all the boats enjoying the water could entertain someone just sitting and watching for a long while. Fairly easy access to the beach, although waiting for traffic did sometimes take a little while. We love Perdido Key. Have been going for over 3 decades.

We LOVED our stay at Sundown. We stay in Florida every year and this was the best place we have stayed. The condo was PERFECT for our family. There were so many options to keep the kids entertained the whole time, the kitchen was FULLY stocked, and being right on the water was so so fun! We learned about catching crabs and shrimp and even saw dolphins at night right off our patio. We will definitely be returning!

Simply Perfect
We LOVED our stay at Sundown. We stay in Florida every year and this was the best place we have stayed. The condo was PERFECT for our family. There were so many options to keep the kids entertained the whole time, the kitchen was FULLY stocked, and being right on the water was so so fun! Property was quiet, well stocked, and cozy! It was a great stay and we loved the bay in the backyard to provide fishing opportunities for my oldest son who loves to fish!

Perfect stay
We had an amazing time at this property. The office manager was more than helpful. The view out back of the bay it was really nice to sit there and drink coffee and eat breakfast. The place was accommodating we had children from the age of 11 to 18. This is definitely my go to place when we come back. The dock is right across the highway to the beach. Not too much trouble would want to keep an ion young children crossing it. Overall though it was a lovely place to stay.

Great place with a quick walk to the beach!
We all fit in this place nicely. We're a large group of 10 and it was still comfortable. I would recommend a hand vac for all the sand you'll drag back. And there is only cable/smart TV access in the master bedroom and living room. Otherwise this is an excellent place to vacation!

Restful
Took the family to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the location was exactly what I was looking for. Across the street from the beach, close to shopping / grocery stores and quiet in the evening. Would recommend .

Perdido Key Bay Bliss
The condo is nice and has a great view of the bay! We enjoyed our time here and it was easy to socially distance as we had our own stairwell leading to our condo. Also, the walk to the beautiful gulf was easy as long as you watch for traffic crossing the road. We will definitely keep this location in mind when we visit again next summer. We made lots of memories here that will last a lifetime!

FAMILY VACATION
CUTE, COZY, AND WE LOVED THE BACK DECK WITH THE VIEW OF THE WATER.VERY QUIET AND RELAXING. ALL THE BEDS AND THE SIZE OF THE BEDROOMS WERE AWESOME! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.
