The host was warm and welcoming. The garden was beautiful and large. Being able to bring the family dog was a particular bonus for us. Very close to the city, yet peacefully distant when you’ve had enough of the activity of the city. The house was very well appointed. We will definitely check the availability of this property for our future visits to Aix.
The western exposure of the house did make it quite hot inside during the latter part of the day. This is only due to the big windows which gave a beautiful view of the garden. Some awnings could help minimize this effect. Even so, this home was exceptional!
