The restaurant staff was nice. Grazie!
We had booked a three person room and got a two person room instead. As I checked other dates I noticed a price difference of around +40% between those rooms.. So it seemed we were not getting our moneys worth. We told the staff about this, got all kinds of explanations but not single gesture towards fixing the situation or even saying sorry once. A very weird experience that left a dent on our holiday feeling. In the end Booking.com refunded us which was something. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Very un-italian too. Weird.
