Lovely cottage right in the town centre so really handy. Added bonus of secure parking just 2 minute walk away. Nice little yard to sit out in and secure for our dog.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Ideally located in the town within easy walking distance of the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, very central. As described a small terrace house but has everything you need. Good it has a parking space but too small for our big car but we suspected that.

This is a lovely, spacious, well equipped cottage. There was lots of room, comfortable beds and a sitting area in the garden which is a real suntrap. It is situated in a quiet area of Filey but also within a short distance of all amenities, beach, seafront etc. Filey is a beautiful town. The only problem was with parking. The instructions we were given re the parking space was that we would see a large metal gate with number 5 on it and we were given the access code. We assumed (as we had not been told otherwise) that this was in Chapel Street alongside the cottage. We searched the area but could not find it, despite enlisting the help of a local. We had to park on the road for the duration of our stay. We looked online at the reviews for the property and realised that the parking space was a couple of streets away. We had no idea what street or where to start looking. We telephoned the number given to us by the owner but it kept going to voicemail. We left a message but our call wasn't returned. The owner told us that she would be away that week but we assumed that our message would be picked up. We are not sure what would have happened if we had had a real emergency.

Noticed a difference from previous visits .A bit of damage to freezer drawer and mirror upstairs. No toilet roll available and there are a couple of stains on mattress. Apologies. Beautiful cottage and everything else. Spot on.

We had a lovely couple of days ,the cottage was spot on ,great location,clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and shops,our dog didn't want to leave the beach,highly recommended it.

Lovely property in a fantastic location only issue is the Parking space was very tight to get into especially as I have a large 4x4.

Central to all amenities cosy and well equipped with secure parking will love to return .

We were warm and comfortable, the house provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and comfortable cottage in ideal location

Had a great few days, however when we arrived the turning into the one way street was tight. There was no light bulb in main front room light and only one pint pot. Rectified by removing bulb from spare bedroom and buying a few more pint glasses(which I left for use by next resident) oh and the thermostat took some figuring out. Otherwise a great property

The property was good in every way except the parking it was more than 1 or 2 minutes walk away and also trying to park in bay 5 when all the other spaces was full was very difficult as I am not a professional driver, our daughter parked in the next street for free 2 minutes walk away !!!.

Great location in the heart of the town. Close to the beach, country park and shops. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you needed. Although we did cook, if we had it was well stock with pots pans ect. Cleaning products, dish cloths ect. Fresh towels and lovely clean beds. We would definitely recommend it.

Beach minutes away, plenty places to eat, filey brigg stunning views, everything you need in cottage.

Lovely very comfortable property. Very well equipped modern kitchen. Close to shops and few minutes walk to the seafront. We were very lucky with the weather sunny everyday.

After reading all the reviews , we went with this property , and we glad we did it’s like home from home , as so near to everything , and don’t think it will be long before we are back for a few days , looks small from the outside but once you are in the house you will be surprised how big it is , kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need to cook with , plenty of hot water, and a back garden to sit out in with a beer , we took out litte dog and was fine in garden , the rooms were nice , bed was comfortable , tv in every room , except kitchen , and like I said we will be back at some stage , if I had to be honest the shower could do with up grading to a power shower , but that’s all that I can knock it on , having said that I would buy it tomorrow if I could 👍

Well equipped home in the perfect location. All shops and amenities on your doorstep. We had excellent communication from the moment we booked. Look forward to staying again.

Great position for everything. A great cottage with excellent facilities. Wonderful kitchen with good crockery and equipment. WiFi and Sky + in downstairs lounge. Plenty of storage. Big bathroom. Parking not on site but secure 2 mins walk. On the downside bathrobes only big enough for children. Electric shower useless, toilet seat loose. However we would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Property is clean, modern, and has a you need gor a coupke or family holiday, great location for everything in Filey, a good patio area that can be made secure and was ideal as we took our dog with us, the host was excellent and texted us lots of information if places to go , a good parking place close by , we will go again

We enjoyed all of our trip.The cottage is lovely and clean.It has all the facilities you need and so close to local shops and events. Will definatley revisit again.

Beach is extensive, sandy and we enjoyed walking and paddling in the sunshine. Plenty of space where dogs are permitted on the sand and can be exercised. Good dog friendly pub nearby called the Station Inn. Overall we had a good time.

Comfortable cottage in a brilliant location - so handy for town centre and beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. South-facing outside space was a bonus. Had a lovely stay.
