Excellent location, set-up of the appartment.

Chimney which is in utility room is cracked and lets in smoke from the open grill restaurant which penetrates everything in the appartment. - There is not much space to dry wet clothes/towels.

The floor is noisy. When people was walking upstairs it was like they were walking inside the appartment. Stairs, no lift: but only for the first and last day to bring upstairs the lugages. Parking, there was available not so far, however, a private parking area reserved for the appartment would not be bad. In general the apartment was clean, however the carpet in the living room was dusty and with large stains. At the entrance there is a corridor, separated by a door from the apartment, there was some smell, perhaps of cooking from other apartments or restaurants? But it didn't last all the time.
